Inspector Nilan: Since his arrival at Orchidia, Nilan has been doing nothing but improving the relations between the community and law enforcement. He used to be an operator among the higher ranks in the rune knights. He quit the rune knights to spend more time with his sick wife, who died not much later. After rejoining the ranks, he was dispatched to Orchidia.

Summary: There have been reports of a hooded figure roaming through the city and lurking behind shadows. People claim that the person was the one who had been pulling the strings behind the disease and the unusual plant. Find him and see what he's been doing.

Enemies: None

Objective: Stalk the hooded figure and find out what he's been up to.

Extra Rewards: None

Note: This mission consists of two separate topics. The first one in Orchidia City (500 Words) and the second one in Forest Outskirts (500 Words).

Details:

Create the first topic in Orchidia City, titled: Behind The Scenes: Pt. I [Quest: Guest].
Inspector Nilan has sent a letter to you, requesting your presence at his office once again.
Nilan claims that there have been reports of a hooded figure roaming through the city. He believes that this hooded person is the one who has been pulling the strings behind the cause of the unusual plant.
The inspector wishes you to find this person and capture him alive to squeeze information out of him.
Onlookers state that he is usually seen near the Orchidia Forest by afternoon.
Create the second topic in Forest Outskirts, titled: Behind The Scenes: Pt. II [Quest: Guest].
Wait by the woods before he arrives and you'll see him heading into the forest.
Stalk him as he enters the woods and he will retrieve some kind of potion from his pocket and pour the liquid onto the soil beneath.
Somehow, he begins to notice that he was being followed and decides to run, fleeing in the process.
Capture him and return to Nilan, albeit, he refuses to give any kind of information no matter what.
Due to the culprit's stubbornness, Inspector Nilan decides to question him later and rewards you for your work.
