Details


Description: An armor set made of reinforced steel, coated with a layer of gold. The torso portion is forged to resemble a stern dwarven face, matching the shoulder guards that also resemble dwarven faces, hence the name Face of the Mountain. Beneath the layer of gold, the armor is etched with runes of power that provide the magic of enhancing defense, to make sure it’s wearer is protected. The armor was forged deep within mountains of Stella, where the forges near a magma chamber that provides the heat necessary for the work, crafted by the hands of elder dwarves with the help of Dordon Heavyaxe, who presented said armor to his son Brone Heavyaxe as a gift and recognition of his growth and promise of becoming an adventurer.

Measurements: From the shoulder plates to the base, it’s length, is 2 feet and from the left shoulder to right, it’s width, is 1 feet, 6 inches.

Effects


  • Biteback: The wearer’s armor is durable and fierce. It is not indestructible, but it does have ridges that give the armor a unique property to it. Attackers who find themselves landing a physical blow on this armor will find themselves taking an amount of damage one rank lower than the damage delt to the armor. That means if an attacker’s weapon hits the armor, and deals a certain damage to the armor, then the weapon itself will take the damage as well. Attackers who attack with their physical body will find themselves hurting themselves by damage of 1 rank lower than their initial attack.

    Effect: Upon activation, the armor emanates warm magical energy that seeps into the wearer, healing wounds equal to the rank.

Details


Description: The seraphim Uriel had descended upon the material plane in order to save Yuurei's life. Before the archangel ascended back to his plane of existance, Brone asked of Uriel of a single feather from his wings. Uriel blessed him with said feather, hoping it will serve him on his adventure. Brone Heavyaxe eventually crafted a golden septum ring using the angelic feather. Now whenever the wearer dons the septum ring, a soft glow of light will emit from the wearer's armor, protecting the wearer further.

Measurements: 1.5mm in diameter.


Effects


  • Uriel's Protection: Due to the quality of the feather used to create the septum ring, the wearer's equipment will have an aura around it. This aura makes sure that the wearer's equipment cannot be affected by other people's abilities to armor pierce through their equipment.
