  • Casdae the Cold King: The user emits a chilling aura that can be felt around them by others. This effect decreases the Speed of everyone within a 50-meter range by one tier.

    Range: 50 Meters
    Cooldown: 10 Posts
    Duration: Instant
    Effect: The user raises their main hand into the air and swings it down. This can also be done while holding onto a weapon. An icy cold wind expands outwards from the user up to 50 meters. Everyone caught within the range will have their Speed debuffed for 10 posts.
