Details


Height: 2 meters.

Length: 3 meters.

Appearance: Wyverns can be an assortment of different colors and sizes depending on the climate, terrain, and age of the animal. Aneicroi specifically originating from the mountains in Iceberg is predominantly white and black to reflect the harsh snow environment.

Description: Wyverns resemble lesser dragons, scaly winged beasts, however with diminished intellect and minimal to no aptitude to magic compared to their brethren. Hunted to the point of near extinction as a consequence of the conflict between humanity and dragons, Wyverns only live in small pockets of the world far from society.

Personality: Aneicroi was once a simple wyvern from the real world that fell into the void during the dragon incursion, many years ago. Empowered through centuries of influence in the corrupted plane of existence, Aneicroi was quickly made a target for those with strong wills causing it to be possessed by countless souls. As a result, their personality is always changing with different entity taking control of them sometimes for days and others only for moments.

Drawbacks:
  • Physical Crippling: The user will no longer be able to obtain physical attributes with them being fixed at 1 meanwhile their legs will always have the hindered effect applied to them.

Abilities


Skills:
  • Innate Flight: Aneicroi can fly up to 10 meters.

Companion Perks:
  • Major Arcane Resistance: Aneicroi has Major Resistance versus Arcane-type moves.

Partner Perks:
  • Mind Walker: Aneicroi binds itself to the user causing it to rely upon its owner's intelligence for its own attributes, receiving +1 SP to each of its stats per intelligence the user has. This effect applies once the user's intelligence exceeds the base stats for each of Aneicroi's stats.
  • Contract between Equals: Aneicroi does not count towards the user's companion slots, however, they can not use any weapon in their off-hand slot or any melee weapon in their weapon slot.

    Effect: While Aneicroi is perfectly capable of flying on its own, it has a bit more trouble carrying someone on its back. Should the user wish to ride Aneicroi in topics, the Mounted Flight move must be used. Since this uses Aneicroi's innate abilities, it cannot be canceled.

  • Name: Mind Drain
    Rank: S
    Mana Cost: 500
    Requirements: Aneicroi
    Type: Debuff (Intelligence)
    Element: Arcane
    Range: 10 Meters Radius
    Cooldown: Once per topic
    Duration: Sustain
    Effect: Aneicroi flaps its wings and releases a draining wave of magic around itself that has debilitating effects on those within its range. Everyone getting caught within the radius of the wave receives a Debuff to their Intelligence as long as Aneicroi sustains it. Should multiple targets get affected by Mind Drain, Aneicroi must pay mana per affected target to sustain it. Mind Drain does not affect the partner if Mounted Flight is used. Intelligence that is removed by this spell is applied to the user and to Aneicroi through Mind Walker if applicable.

  • Name: Void Beam of Deconstruction

    Range: 25 Meters
    Cooldown: 5 Posts
    Duration: Instant
    Effect: Aneicroi opens its mouth and generates a small void-like sphere of concentrated flame and then manipulates the sphere to shoot an intense beam of void towards a target. The beam has a diameter of 1 meter.

    Rank: S
    Mana Cost: 10% of the companion's base manapool
    Requirements: Aneicroi
    Type: Supplementary / Domain
    Element: Fire
    Range: Topic
    Cooldown: Once per topic
    Duration: Sustain
    Effect: Aneicroi releases a terrible roar which changes the environment in the topic, causing the sky to swiftly turn pitch black devoid of both sunlight and moonlight, while the terrain in the surrounding area begins to shift and contort in strange unusual ways with trees and bush becoming sharp crystalline structures as any pools of water turn into spiraling consuming bodies of abyss. While Void Domain is sustained, Arcane-type spells have an increased range of 20 meters and an increased speed of 10 meters per second. This applies to personal spells and item spells of everyone in the topic.
