Perks

• A Keen eye of Magic: Ōtsutsuki's racial spells are impacted by their enhancements and receive mana cost reduction from their intelligence and cool-down reduction as though they were regular spells.
  
  
• Blood for Power: Ōtsutsuki may recast their racial spells once per post regardless of whether they are on cool-down or not including those that are considered once per topic, doing so will however cause them to receive damage equivalent to the rank of the spell to overall durability and head.
  
  
• Lost in Time: Ōtsutsuki are an ancient race whose eldest member is centuries old and remains as youthful as the day they consumed the fruit, this longevity is seen amongst all Ōtsutsuki. Because of this, They can live in almost any environment without any physical impediment unassisted and any effects that involve rapidly decaying the user or their equipment will have no effect.
  
  
• Weather by Mood: The user has indirect control of the weather around them as a result of consuming the fruit, with their emotions directly determining the weather.
  
  
• Cosmic Horror: When the user looks at an opponent, that target and their equipment are treated as having a minor weakness to the user's attacks. This can only affect one opponent at a time, and only the user of the eyes can benefit from it, as only they can make sense of what they see.
  
  
• Otherworldly Sight: The user can now see through disguise and invisibility spells, and can see clearly in darkness as if it is daytime.
  
  
• Accommodative Body: Ōtsutsuki sometimes hide themselves within another or behind an appearance that suits the location. The user may choose an appearance that resembles the Ōtsutsuki and one that is human.

  Effect: The user may create projectiles made from a non-organic material from the center of their palm which they can shoot out at their enemies at spell speed, upon striking the target it will deal 1x S-Ranks worth of pure damage. The user may sustain the spell upon the target causing all single-target spells that the user casts to home at that location.

  Effect: The user may direct their hands towards the target who has been struck by the Ash Bones (Projectile) spell upon doing so they can cancel any ongoing positive buff effects that that target has applied onto them, should the target not have any buff effects active they will instead receive a flat 1x S-Ranks worth of damage.

  Effect: The user aims their hand toward a target and distorts the space around it turning it into a warp field, while collapsing matter within the field through a spatial distortion into a dimensional void, instantly teleporting the target to their Domain. The target can be an individual, spell, or equipment. Even the general environment within the 16-meter AoE is acceptable. The warping is limited to a spell in S-rank damage or a single piece of equipment up to Legendary rarity if the target is a non-mage and Mythic if the target is a mage. The user must sustain this spell if anything is placed within their Personal Domain. The target can, however, break out of the Personal Domain if they pay the mana cost of the spell. Should the item of a target be in the Personal Domain, they can pay double the mana cost of the spell to force their item to return.

  Effect: The user can negate a spell they observe clearly once it comes within a 5-meter range. The mana cost to negate a spell is equal to the base cost after the user's mana cost reduction modifiers. The cooldown is based on the rank of the spell, according to the cooldown regulations of the forum, and not the cooldown of the actual spell.

  Effect: By gazing upon a chosen target, the user can force others into submission and obedience as long as they have seen the user's eye. To use the effect, the user must issue an order, while the target may either submit to the user and obey, or attempt to resist the spell. Should the enemy attempt to resist, they must roll a D100 and roll higher than 50 in order to resist successfully; if they fail, they will take 1S rank damage directly to the head, while their Speed, Intelligence, and damage dealt will be considered one rank lower for that turn. Additionally, the difference between the user's and their enemy's reputation will affect the threshold needed to successfully resist. Every 1000 points of difference in reputation between the user and target will increase or reduce the dice success threshold by 1 depending on who has the higher reputation: The user or the target respectively. The threshold cannot increase above 75 or decrease below 25. In subsequent turns that the target attempts to resist, they may roll again to break free of the spell while taking only A-rank damage if they fail. Each success or failure in resisting will decrease or increase the threshold by 5 respectively. A target cannot be asked to commit actions such as the taking of their own life, committing explicit actions upon others, or other actions that would be considered taboo according to site rules. Attempting to have these actions carried out will result in the spell failing upon the target for the remainder of the topic. Though the user may look at multiple targets, they may only issue a single command per turn.
