Bosco: Royals and Regicide (Registration)

Royals and Regicide

Amidst the chaos created by the Nachtian Dragons and the sudden death of Queen Sigrid Sternenlicht, the battle-hungry King Harald Sachsenwald invaded Stella to distract his mind from the death of his wife. The territories near the border were quickly conquered by his son, Wilhelm Sachsenwald, allowing the Boscosi army to create settlements there for future expansions into Stella. Of course, the Stellans retaliated. Stellan assassins managed to slip through the settlements unseen and poison King Harald in his sleep.

When the Stellan resistance assassinated King Harald of Bosco, the country was left in a power vacuum. With no identifiable central power or authority, the successors to the throne needed to act fast. Unlike the traditional method of succession used in various other countries, Bosco did not automatically consider the firstborn as the next in line to the throne. Instead, any offspring of the ruler could contend their claim to the throne.

With different ideologies on how Bosco should be governed, the heirs to the throne started their campaigns. Not only using the support from within the country, but also from outside. Guilds and individuals started to show up in Bosco to offer their services. Some for personal gain and rewards, others because they believed in the philosophies of certain heirs. It is still unclear who will be victorious, but whoever succeeds in claiming the throne will shape Bosco's future to their ideals.

Event Conditions

Users can lend their support to a sibling of their choice at any point during the event, however, later participation may result in a reduced reward.
Users may complete tasks to boost the points of their candidate or hinder.
Users may only participate with one character per Sachsenwald heir.
The event takes place exclusively in Bosco and Stella. Interactions between supporters of heirs outside Bosco and Stella will be considered unrelated to the event.

Event Details

Users in the same guild may support different heirs, however, they cannot interfere with their guild members if applicable to their guild regulations.
The heirs all have a background, dynamics with other heirs, and a different ideology on how Bosco should be governed. This prevents and enables them to do certain things with others i.e. the relationship with a rival cannot be improved.
Heirs that are friendly start with +100 Relationship Points with each other. Neutrals start with 0 Relationship Points, and Rivals with -100 Relationship Points.
Relations are influenced by interactions that the users perform. The number can increase and decrease. Above 50 turns them Friendly and below 50 turns them into Rivals.
Should an heir be defeated by another one, they may concede. In that case, users following the losing heir can choose to continue under the banner of the winning heir or select a completely different heir to support.
It is recommended to select an heir that matches the philosophy of the character. Even when an heir is ahead, it can easily change depending on the effort of others.
NPCS may, at any point in time, enter topics related to them and the event. This is largely influenced by the amount of work the user does for or against heirs.
Users may contact Staff if they wish to have their personal plot be integrated into the event in an official capacity.
The rewards are kept secret and are based upon the heir that the user selected even if they lost. The rewards will be revealed at the end of the event.
In order to participate, the user must post in this post with their character and state the name of the heir they are supporting. The name of the heir will appear in the profile when the user is accepted to participate. More information about the heirs can be found in Bosco: Sachsenwald Siblings.
