Leon Magamo: Leon Magamo is a small infant with dark eyes. He is slightly tanned with black spiky hair and thin curly sideburns. His main outfit is an all-black suit, with a red long-sleeved shirt, a black necktie, and a black fedora with an orange stripe. He has a small chameleon companion, that is usually seen resting on the brim of his hat. Though he appears to be an infant, he carries himself, acts and speaks as if he is an adult, leading anyone who encounters him to believe some strange magic has kept this man an infant.

Yuka Kannagi: Yuka Kannagi is a timid boy, with a seemingly boundless lack of self-esteem. He is small and scrawny with brown hair and brown eyes. Most people look right past him, as nothing about Yuka particularly stands out, and those that do see him, presumably view him as an orphan, searching for food or shelter. He is typically sweet and kind to a fault, and others frequently take advantage of his apparent naiveté.

Summary: Leon has been constantly working on toughening up and building up Yuka’s self-esteem. As such, “Useless Yuka” is a bit less shy and timid, but only marginally. Now Leon wants you to help teach Yuka how to steal properly, as it requires total confidence in one’s abilities. Regardless of how well Yuka does, Leon will secretly inform you to tip off the owner of the shop, forcing Yuka to defend himself against the shop owner’s powerful attacks.

Enemies:

Shop Owner: The very tough looking owner of a blacksmith shop in Orchidia. He has a reputation as a man that tolerates absolutely no stealing from his shop, and will not hesitate to put someone in the hospital if he catches them. He is not only an accomplished blacksmith, but he is well-versed in the use of many of the weapons he makes. He has come close to killing people before for attempting to steal from him.

Objective: Help Yuka boost his confidence by teaching him to shoplift and then defend him from the shopkeeper when he’s just about to lose.

Details:

Create a topic in Orchidia Market.
Meet up with Leon and Yuka at the location described in his letter he sent you.
Once there, Leon will task you with teaching Yuka how to steal properly.
Distract the owner.
Secretly tip off the shopkeeper
Let Yuka fight on his own, and only step in when it looks like he’s going to be seriously injured.
Step in and deal with the shop owner.
Carry a very injured Yuka back to Leon who will heal him.
Leon will hand you your payment, and you can leave.
