Description: Known as a myth from frozen lands of Iceberg, Kodlak's Blood turns a werewolf into one of the infamous Vargr strain: A breed of werewolves said to have started with a pack who undertook a lunar ritual for greater power, standing out from for their savagery and ferocity. Their transformation is notoriously difficult to control and many simply surrender to their bestial impulses. In time, the werewolf may learn to discern friend from foe. Deeply attuned to their wild side, Vargr werewolves are incapable of wielding weapons and armor, and must fight with claws and teeth.


  • The user must purchase this item from the Mysterious Merchant.
  • The user must be a Werewolf to purchase this item.
  • The user must be an Adventurer to purchase this item.


  • Loyal Companion: Closely attuned to nature, the user has a powerful bond with their companions and thus recieves an increase of 20% to the attributes of their companions.

  • Predator Smell: The user can smell the scent of anything within a 50-meter range to determine their location and hunt them down.

  • Apex Hunter: In addition to the normal 20% increase that Werewolves receive passively, the user receives a 50% increase to Speed. This does not stack with the Transformations.

  • Savage Feeding: A ferocious predator, the user recovers quickly when feeding on fallen enemies. They recover up to three ranks lower of damage dealt to enemies in melee range. This becomes two ranks lower when in their werewolf form.

  • Mage Eater: Attuned to the mystical powers of the moon and the sway it holds over beasts, the werewolf can turn even mighty mages into prey. When in their Vargr werewolf form, they can nullify spells that collide with their claws. They must pay mana equivalent to the base rank cost of the nullified spell.

    Effect: The user produces a bestial howl that calls wolves and beckons them to their aid. Including yet not limited to, helping them during combat, using them to see locations and acquire information about a particular place, and spying on others. The wolves appear behind the user coming out of their magic circles. The user can summon up to 2 wolves at once.

    Mana Cost: 10% of Total Base Mana
    Requirements: 50 RP posts as a Werewolf after this has been purchased

    Effect: The user becomes three meters in height and transforms into a monstruous, bestial wolf. It's said that this form makes inexperienced werewolves lose all sense of self and surrender to their instincts. A dark wispy cloak of magic warps over their form as they change, and all of their weapons and armor are magically removed. The transformation increases the base Strength, Speed, Constitution, and Endurance by 100%. When moving on all four legs, the speed increase becomes 150%. In addition, the user receives a Minor Magic and Physical Resistance and can nullify up to 4S rank damage with their body for the duration of the transformation: They will appear to take damage, however it will not be subtracted from their Constitution, and their momentum will not be affected. They are incapable of using item spells in this form, but are immune to bindings and knockback effects. When undoing the transformation, the user will be restored to their base form with their gear and weapons equipped exactly as they were when it was activated. This is not a spell but a biological capability. Therefore it cannot be canceled by artifacts or magics that can cancel spells.
