Wishing to train for all of these.

Name: Watashi no hai kara no kūki
Rank: C
Mana Cost: 50
Requirements: Chikyū to kaze
Type: supplementary, AoE
Element: Wind
Range: 10 Meters
Cooldown: 2 Posts
Duration: Sustain
Effect: Jikan extends one of her hands out before placing two fingers on her forehead. A .5 meter diameter white circle on the back of her palm while a 2 meter white circle is formed under her. Another 2 meter white circle is formed on the location the caster decides if it is not focused on their location. Once this is done a current of wind based on the size of the target's heads are formed for all who are in range, allowing them to breath underwater or in places with no breathable air. If they leave the target area before the spell activates, they do not receive the benefit of the spell.

Effect: Jikan extends a finger before turning it and pointing it up. A .5 white meter circle forming at the tip of the finger while this occurs a 2 meter diameter circle also appears below the caster. At the same time, another 2 meter magic circle forms on the designated location. A small circular cylinder of wind circles is created around the feet of characters within the targeted area. This allows them to walk on vertical and horizontal planes (walls, water, etc) as long as they remain within 10 meters of the caster. If they leave the target area before the spell activates, they do not receive the benefit of the spell.

Duration: Instant
Effect: Jikans hold out their right hand making in a closed fist a 1-meter white magic circle appears under her as she does so. A white and brown light flashes around her fist before a twirl of wind is formed around her hand. Throwing her hand forward, the size of this twister grows outward to a max of 1 meter in size and traveling at most 15 meters. The damage of this attack is B rank.

Salutations,

Im sorry for the long wait. Due to the amount of spells you have. Lets go through them one at a time.

1. Do you plan to train or buy these spells. (all your spells)

For Watashi no hai kara no kūki
2. Since the origin of the spell isn't you (you are not shooting magic from your person at the target location) you need a spell circle to form under you. You can also have one appear on the back of your hand if you still want.

3. "A follow circle is formed on the foreheads of everyone who is in range of 2 meters of Jikan's destinated location."

It should say:
A following circle is formed on the foreheads of everyone who is in within 1 meters of the target location.
(You get a 2 meter diameter not radius.)

3. It will also take time for the spell to activate since its not spawning from yourself. The farther you spawn it, the longer it will take. So you need to mentioned that the spell circles either don't follow to members in the target location or once they leave the 1 meter radius, the magic circle disappears.

This is denied. What you are describing is basically a burrowing spell which is like reverse flight which would need to be at least B rank. We are still working out how to do burrowing spells given the different unique benefits of just going and staying underground.

Change this:

To this:

Sorry. I made a mistake. I was under the impression that you had combo element. Double element does not give you access to dual element spells. You have to turn this spell into a pure earth element spell, or a pure wind element spell.

After you do that, we need the dimensions of the spell.

Also, all your earth magics need to also have Double element in the requirements.
