Kaito

Kaito stepped out of the portal in a place closer to where the next page should be, but he knows that there has to be a better way to find these pages but he was unsure where to really start unless it again might be in a bandit camp or it might be in a different beasts den and this meant it was going to be another day of soul searching or fighting and he guessed that he couldn't complain as he had chosen this life for himself no matter how many times his master had tried to talk him into taking the easier life of just being a jack of all trades and helping the village, just something in him wouldn't allow him to settle for such a simple life but he has to admit that he wished he had.

Maybe after he finds someone that will mother his children he might take a step back from the dangers that seem to just keep coming at him. He laughed as he looked back at the portal as Revy comes out to join him. Kaito highly doubted any woman would settle for him as he was not good enough nor reliable enough to be that to some woman. He looks around while he waits for Yuurei and Renji to make their way out, Kaito was glad he got over the motion sickness he use to get from traveling like that, the feeling of being thrown forward to a new place like he did every time he portaled.

Yuurei

The duo had finally left the South as it was a place that he wouldn’t really be seeing much he hoped. Still, his traveling wasn’t over as they were looking for the lost page in the west. He wasn’t sure how long this journey would be, but he figured he would stay with Kaito until he would be able to find it. He knew the other page was in the North, and it would be best for him to make it his last stop. It was his home after all.

He would step out of the portal and he would look around to see that they were at the Baska’s Outskirts. They were basically within enemy territory, which he was fine about that.

“Alright, two more pages and we will be done.” He said to Kaito with a smile on his face.

Yuurei would just look around the place trying to figure out what to do and where to go next. Renji would put himself in Yuurei’s school bag and he would have his head popping out as he was napping.

Kaito

Kaito looked forward toward the wooded area and he figures that is the way and he starts walking as he can feel the excitement in the pages he had and he guessed that there must be one in the way that they are heading. He wondered if this was going to be another nasty event or if they will find it fast this time around instead of him having to tear up the whole of a region looking for it and this meant that he was going to have to believe that he was the one that was meant to find it here as there was no one else that he was with that could keep up with the speed that Yuurei was able to find them but he figured that he guessed it wasn't surprising that Yuurei was the first to finish this mission off while he was right there behind him and he gets closer to an old beaten down shack.

Revy was walking along behind him and she wondered why Renji was napping did he not sleep last night or was he just up planning a way to get back at her.

Yuurei

Yuurei was looking around to see what to do, and he would see Kaito start moving to where the woods were located. He would follow behind Kaito as he figured that they would do this and hopefully find the page as quickly as they had found a few of them in the past. When they entered the woods, he would look around to see where he could find the lost page for Kaito.

“I can see us finding a lost page around here. We just got to search and hope for the best.” He said to Kaito with a smile on his face.

Renji would just nap away in the bag. Revy wasn’t talking to him because of what he said about Kaito, so he didn’t have a reason to help. He was upset that she would let something like that ruin their relationship and it was why he chose to nap instead of being up for anything right now.

Kaito

She now sees Renji as a bum that is just showing that he is just as self serving as she thought he was. She walks up to the shack with kaito and hurries in when she sees him open it so she can find the page again and she will show she is really too good for Renji.

Kaito just blinks as this had turned more into a Cold War than a fight but he guessed he will have to make it up to them once they made it to the north and catch a minute to find the page. He starts planning a date idea from the two of them so if they weren’t better by then, he would try to put a plan into motion to try and help them patch it up. Cause he really didn’t like to see these two fighting with each other like they were. "Yeah for now just do our best and not get eaten by something that is going bump in the night if we are here till then but since we got an early start we shouldn’t have to worry about it I hope."

Yuurei


Yuurei would see that Revy wasn’t working with trying to break this little fight they were going with. Renji wasn’t mad at her, but he didn’t think voicing his opinion was the wrong thing to do. He would shake his head as he hoped that one of them would talk to the other. They still had their home to go to, for the last page.

Renji knew his partner didn’t need his help as the bag was moving in a small motion. There were no big movements, and he knew he was fine. Yuurei would hear Kaito he would laugh a bit as he was hoping nothing would come and attack us.

“Yeah I hope we find quick and get out. Then we can look for the final page for you and be done with this. I think we would be ready to fight any evil alternative that the other universe has to offer us.” He said to Kaito as he kept moving around.

He starts searching around and trying to find out where they really needed to look in this place as the tension in the air felt so thick that it felt nearly like it would strangle him if it didn’t get stopped at some point but he knows in the end it will be cleared up even if it wasn’t full peacefully like he would like it to be but he could only try and just do the best that he could he goes through some stuff that is piled up inside of the shack and he hopes it is just like right in this area as he was going to be hopeful.

Revy on the other hand is being rough with the stuff in there like she was fed up and was ready to get some space from the places and wasn’t looking forward to going to the north and he figured that there is just no way that she can be bothered to stop.

Yuurei

Yuurei would keep moving as he was looking through the woods. He wasn’t sure if this would be the right place to look for a Lost Page, but he did trust Kaito’s judgment. They had been searching throughout Fiore as a group and he was wondering how long this would last. The Nephilim would keep moving through the area as he would check things like stones and such. He would lift them up before putting them down. He would stand straight as he would look at Kaito and wonder if he had found anything.

The light mage would see that his friend didn’t find anything either, which meant they had to keep searching. He would keep moving as he wondered if Renji wanted to help now.

“You should help us out? It would show Revy you don’t mind helping them even if she’s mad at you.” He whispered to Renji.

Renji would open his eyes as heard this and he would stretch his arms into the air.

"Nah let him get his beauty sleep he needs it for when he sees Mia in the north." she scuffed and Kaito bonked her on the head for being a smart ass for no reason and she rubs her head from where he had hit her, she did not get bonked by him very often. "You hit me too harddddddd!" she looked at him looking like she was gonna cry.

Kaito knows that he screwed up and is going to be having to make up to her and try getting the two exceeds to make up as well so he has a lot on his plate to have to do going forward he just hopes that he has the strength to do it when it comes down to it. He gets back to his pile of stuff that he was looking through and he hopes that Revy doesn’t hit him with one of the rusty shovels in this shack as pay back.

Yuurei

Yuurei and Renji would hear what she had to say, and it seemed like her hearing was really good. Still, Yuurei was right, and he would ignore what she had said. He would get out of the bag as he was stretching a bit since he had a good nap in there. He was going to use that to sleep in more often now. It was better than being on his shoulder.

Renji would start helping out now because of what Yuurei pointed out. He would look around the place as he had a better chance of finding the lost page down here than he did anywhere else. He would look behind the stuff that was against the wall as he was wondering if there could be anything hidden there. The Nephilim would also continue to search around as he was hoping that they would be able to find what they were looking for in this shack.

Kaito

Kaito has a bad feeling about these two and how they are not getting along and he needs to stop this before it gets worse and he looks at Revy and he opens a portal and he motions for her to go through it and chill out as this wasn't going to help them in the short or the long run as they all need to be working together and on the same page not fighting each other.

Revy glares at Kaito then she walks into the portal to just take sometime to relax cause she knows that she is being a bit much and she knows she needs to be doing better. The portal stays open so she can come back after she has taken time to cool her head and she was fuming a little as she was mad though she shouldn't be at him but she trusted him and it felt like he didn't respect her and tried to act like he knew better then her about her own partner, she knows that Kaito had reaffirmed that she was mad for the right reason but she knows he didn't do it to make this fight to last longer.

Yuurei

Renji would continue searching for what he needed to look for. He needed to make sure that he didn’t hold them back. The quicker they were done with this, the quicker they would be able to go back to the North. He missed that place for some reason as he would continue to go through the area. It would seem like Kaito would make Revy leave the area, which brought him to shake his head. He wouldn’t say anything though as he would continue to search.

Yuurei would see this as well, but he wouldn’t say anything as he would continue to look for the lost page. He wanted to help his friend and whatever decision he had made with Revy; he would leave it to him. He wondered who had lived here before this place before they had decided to abandon it all. It sucked, but he knew it must have been for a good reason.

Kaito

Kaito sits on the ground and he starts getting some things from under a shelf and he wonders what might be in there but he keeps trying as hard as he can to get the page from this area but he knows it might just be useless and he is starting to wonder if he might now just be a sack of shit that was going to get no where as long as he doesn’t get more people on his side but he knows this wasn’t how it had to be but he knows there could be so much worse that he could be doing but he doesn’t have it in himself any more to even think about it. He needs to get himself going in the right way or he is just going to get bogged down and he knows that if he waits that is going to be the end up with him just losing any progress that he had made.

Revy plays with the grass as she thinks about what she wants to do.

Yuurei

Renji would continue to look for the lost page that only was left for Kaito. He was glad that Yuurei had found it, but he knew that his friend wouldn’t go home until Kaito got it as well. The Nephilim kept searching though as he knew that he would be able to find what was necessary for Kaito. He knew that this would help greatly, and, in the end, they would become stronger together. The berserker would continue to move around the place as he was searching. He would find a book in the shack, and he would open it. He would flip through it as he was hoping something here would be the lost page, they were looking for.

Renji would see papers in the back of one of the spots in this place and he would reach for it and soon after struggling he would be able to grab a hold of it.

Kaito keeps looking for this,page in these books he wonders if he would have more luck as his woman self so he used the key on himself and she keeps looking for the page after tying her hair back. She is going to stay busy and see if this form might have more luck than his male for, since he did find his first page in this form why not try and see if he will stay lucky with it but that is just a guess no hard facts to back it up be she was going to do her best to show luck that she will be the lady on this day and she giggled to herself at the pun she had thought about right there. She opens more than one book and she starts working harder then she had been to see if she can find this page, she has to do this and prove something.

Yuurei

Yuurei would look over to Kaito and he would turn himself into a woman. He would chuckle a bit as it had caught him by surprise. He didn’t think that his friend would do that right now. Still, he didn’t say anything as he felt like the man probably thought he was luckier like that. He was the first one to get a Lost Page and it was when he was a female. He would laugh if this actually worked, as he would continue looking through the book. He wasn’t sure what he would find here, but he was coming to the end of the book soon.

Renji would pull whatever it was behind the racks, and he would start looking through them. He knew what a lost page looked like, so he wasn’t clueless about what he was looking for. He would move through it all, and he was hoping he would find it for all their sake.

She was wasting no time as she kept going through the books she felt it is here and she is unsure if this feeling was real but she had to know she had to find it as it made sense this place seemed to have the tell tale signs of being a good place to look for this page unless it has changed its place to be then she probably just looks stupid to Yuurei and she really doesn’t want to look bad in front of her friend Yuurei after all he has so famous and so handsome. She needs to prove that she knows what she is doing and that is a fact at least to herself in this moment though that doesn’t mean in the end it will be the end all beat all though so she needed to stay on her toes if she didn’t want to get swallowed up by the tides of fate.

Yuurei

Yuurei would come to the end of the book, and he would see a paper folded. He would look at it and he would hope this was the paper he was looking for. Still, he wasn’t sure, and he would unfold it slowly hoping that they would be able to get everything they needed in this one place.

While he was doing that, Renji was looking for stuff on his own. He was going through the papers that he had found and was working through them. He moved them around and he was hoping that something here would catch his eye. He would move through the papers at this point and he would put the ones that he knew were nothing to the back. It wouldn’t take long, but he would get to the end the last page and he would stare at it. He wondered if this was what they were looking for the entire time.

She knew this was the moment she could feel that it was right here for her to gain it and she opened the last book that she had found and she slowly turned the pages to make sure that she doesn’t miss anything, or any small detail in this book as this was her last chance in this shack to produce results before they moved on and she was sure it was in this book her it was right here for her all she had to to was take it in her hand and fate being good to her she will in fact find the western page so she may move on to the north and get the last page there so she can have them all just like how Yuurei did and this would be the moment as she turned to the next page as she takes a deep breath this is it, it is right here for her to grab and to have this was it, it just had to be it all of her hopes are riding on this being the page.

Yuurei

Yuurei would look at the page in front of him as he would unfold it. When he looked at it, the man would see that it is an ordinary piece of paper and nothing else. He would sigh with disappointment as he thought he would be able to find the paper for Kaito. He was trying to have them go to the North and get things going, but it would seem like they would have to wait. He was fine with this, and he would just smile at Kaito as he could tell that he was not happy with how things were right now.

Renji would throw the piece of paper away from him as he was hoping he would find it. Still, he would watch it float in the air and then onto the ground.

“Well, that was anticlimactic. I thought we found it, but it seems like we’re going to have to keep searching.” He said out loud.

She nodded as she felt very stupid, she had failed and now she feels kind of low it was her moment that was the time she had it in the palm of her hand but now it was gone it had floated away like seeds of a flower in the wind to spread like weeds away from where it started. She gets back onto her feet and she dusts her self off and she whistles and Revy comes back out of the domain portal and she looks at kaito and wonders what in the hell she had missed that kaito was in his female form and not his normal form that she had left him in.

Revy looked over to Renji and she almost spoke to him but she stopped herself and she just follows the female Kaito as she didn’t want to get lost or get herself in any trouble at least for now as there was still a lot of the west to look for the page in.

Renji would look at Kaito as it would seem like he was also disappointed that they couldn’t find the page. He felt for him, and he knew that they were going to get what they needed soon.

“We got this; if the page isn’t here, we just got to keep moving and hopefully find it somewhere else. If we found in the smuggler’s steps I’m sure we can find it if we keep looking.” He said to Kaito as he looked over to Yuurei.

Yuurei would think about where they could go, but he figured that Kaito had other ideas on where to go. It was then Revy would come out of the portal and she would seem confused about what was going on. Renji would make eye contact with her, but she didn’t say anything to him as she would walk away from him. He would rub the back of his head as he would follow behind Kaito.

Yuurei would do the same thing as he didn’t want to get left behind.

Kaito

She would walk out of the shack and she would look around, she figured that it must be close by some where so she starts walking the path and humming sweetly as she went, she seemed more upbeat then male Kaito as if she had less worries in the world than he did, she seemed more free of her cage and shackles, like she knew the joy of flight while male kaito seemed of hard stuck in his cage.

She looked at Yuurei and she touched her chin as she did, she wondered what went on in his mind and if he had any smart ideas to share but she figured with how opinionated he and Renji were that if he felt it important for her to know then he would probably tell her about it so they can get back on the right path with their fearless leader. She spun back around so that she was watching where she was going so she didn’t end up tripping over her self of making a fool of herself in front of the man.

Yuurei and Renji would come out of the shack and they would look around to see Kaia moving in a certain direction. The Nephilim would tilt his head to the side as he could see that Kaia was happier in this form than when she was Kaito. He wasn’t sure why that was the case, but he wasn’t going to question it. He would just follow behind her as he wondered where they were going next.

Renji was confused about what was going on, but at the same time, he knew that they were doing their best to get the lost page. He would just keep walking until they both saw her looking at Yuurei. The Nephilim wondered what was going on and what she was thinking. He would shake his head when she turned around as he would continue walking.

“I’m not going to lie, I thought we really found the lost page.” He said to Yuurei as he wasn’t happy that it wasn’t a page.

Kaito

She looked back hen she heard the man speak to her about thinking she had found the page. "Yeah I though I had as well I could feel a tingling in my soul and my body~" She giggled a little as her spirits got dampened but she wasn’t down and out yet there was much yet to see and so she was heading deeper into the wooded area as she was looking for tracks to find either a bandit camp or a monster den so they could go into it and look for the page she was seeking. She knew in this form that she was no longer cursed but she also knew this wasn’t the real her. That the male version of her was the real one but it was more liberating to be free of the curse then to be shackled by it but she hadn’t told anyone about this cause she knew that they would insist she stay a female and not return to her true self but that was simply a bandaid fix to her male sides problems.
