Yuurei

It would seem like things were moving along within Talaz Lagaar. It would seem like the Loyalists were the ones protecting the Fabricator, and the other factions wanted to take over. It was quite intriguing and he figured something like this would happen sooner or later. It was a grab for power, and well, he couldn’t wait to see who would bump into him. He had a job to do and it was funny how he was assigned guard duty. It would seem like they wanted him to protect, and he didn’t mind it. He figured they would keep their strongest asset protecting the Fabricator itself.

Renji was by his side and he was leaning against the wall. He wasn’t going to help Yuurei on this, but he was here as extra eyes. Yuurei would look at his Santa coin and he would flip it into the air.

“Let’s make this go by quickly.” He said as the coin would fall into his hand and he would put it away.

Yuurei

Yuurei was relaxed as he would just look around the area he was guarding. He knew that things were chaotic around here lately, but did they need him here? He would shrug his shoulder as he would look over to Renji. The Exceed would look at him and he would just hope things would be boring.

“Yes, let it back quick and boring. I don’t want to do anything right now.” He said to Yuurei.

The Seraphim would laugh when he heard this and it was something he knew that Renji would say out loud. Migi would hear this and he would look at the two of them before speaking.

“Man, I do want something to happen though. I want to see who is dumb enough to fight against you Yuurei,” He said to them as Yuurei would let out a small chuckle.

Still, for now, they were all three guarding the area, making sure that nobody would be able to infiltrate past them.

Yuurei was wondering the same thing, but it wouldn’t be intentional. It would be more like a mistake and the wrong place at the wrong time. The Requip mage would just wait and he wouldn’t see anything, or feel any vibration around his area, besides Renji.

It would take a while, but things would turn into a few hours. It was quiet here and the Seraphim would just wait it out. That was when he would feel the vibration of a few people heading his way. He would push himself off the wall as he was kind of excited. He knew he couldn’t use any spells that would destroy the infrastructure, so he had to be careful. Thank god he had a bunch of stuff to use, so he had to think about what he would use here.

It wouldn’t take long, but the people who were running in his direction would finally turn the corner.

When they turned the corner, they would slow down a bit as they would see that there were only two guards waiting for them. They shook their heads because they didn’t think they would only have two people guarding this room. When they got closer though, their eyes widen, and their movements stopped. It wouldn’t take them long to notice who was the person waiting for them.

“Okay, now that makes sense why they only have two people waiting at this entrance.” He said as he honestly sound defeated.

Another person heard those words and shook his head. This was stupid, but they weren’t going to back down. They could at least weaken him and hopefully, someone from the other groups would be able to take him out.

“I don’t think he’s going to let us leave, so our only path is to move forward and see what happens.” He said to the group.

Yuurei would crack his neck as he understood their dilemma and figured he would start things off. Migi’s arm would create two sharpen appendages, and Yuurei would bring out his Gae Bolg, and his Zabimaru. These two weapons would be enough for these guys and won't make a mess out of this place. They flinched for a second as they saw him bring out weapons. Yuurei didn’t need his armor, but he would make this fun for him. He would bring forth his Shadowguile and he would activate the smog that would cover the area. The men there would gasp as they couldn’t believe what was happening. They would be engulfed in the smoke as they would start coughing from it.

The Seraphim would walk through the smog without a problem. He would see that someone was trying to run away and he would shake his head.

“I can’t let you run. You will just be back here anyways.” He said to them as he would toss Gae Bolg.

Gae Bolg would fly straight to the man’s back and it would take him out as he fell to the ground. Yuurei would have his spear return to him right after as he would look at the other group of men here. They were all trying to figure a way out of the smog, but this was stupid. They had to bump into Yuurei out of everyone that could be in this faction. Yuurei would look at them and he would break apart Zabimaru. It was then that they would all be sent to an individual one by one and they would be slammed by the pieces that made contact with them.

The men would scream and shout as they were hit, which would make the others worried. They would be coughing but figured it would be best to run away. That was when he watched the remaining ones go in a different direction. It sucked to be blind and he knew that much, but it was funny to see them scared for their lives.

Yuurei would see that a few of them had run in his general direction. He would shake his head because Migi would stretch out to them and he would cut them up without hesitation. When the parasite was done, he would snap back to his original length as Yuurei was walking toward them. Zabimaru would return back to normal this time, and he would cut down anybody that was too close to him. It would seem like Migi would do the same thing and they were clearing them out without too much effort.

It wasn’t long after that Yuurei would disperse his magic. The smog would clear out and the people that were here were now on the ground. Yuurei would shake his head when he saw this and he knew that this would have been annoying if he wasn’t who he was.

“I guess we got to clean this up.” He said as he would pick up a few of the guys and he would start moving them outside.

Renji would shake his head as he didn’t want to do this, but at least he didn’t have to fight. Hye would move over to the men on the ground and he would pick them up. They were barely alive and it would seem like Yuurei made sure that they didn’t die, but wouldn't be able to do anything for a long time. His friend would never change when it came to humans, but maybe one day that would change. The two of them would move the men that approached them outside. Of course, they left Migi there, so he would be able to at least signal them if more intruders would show up.

It took quite some time, but soon enough the two of them would return to their post and they would look at each other.

“I guess we stay here and wait to see if more people come this way.” He said to Renji.

Renji would hear him and he would nod.

“Yeah, we’re here for a few more hours anyways, so there is not much we can do about it.” He said to Yuurei.

The two of them would continue to stay on guard of their area, but nobody would show up. It was uneventful, but in the end, Yuurei made sure that the other factions couldn’t infiltrate for the time being.
