She needs to be careful due to her being wanted throughout Joya and their alliance countries. She heard that there was a City within Joya that most of the criminals hide due to it hiding to anyone with a pure view of the world. Perhaps this woman knows something she doesn't, or maybe she has an offer she could not refuse. Objective: Travel to Joya, the city and find the woman. Once you do, do what you must and follow the instructions of that woman at all cost. |
