Description: A black leather whip.

Lore: The whip once used as a weapon by a sadistic dominatrix and princess. She had a vile personality and always acted cruelly; such as whipping others and expecting them to follow her orders to the letter. She was also a sadistic person who liked to toy with opponents she found amusing. Despite her cruel nature, she had a large following of loyal subordinates who took pleasure in being abused by her and would risk their lives to protect the princess.

Measurements: The whip has a handle with a length of 20 centimeters. The thong of the whip is 3 meters long.

Effects

Domination: The whip possesses the ability to affect the minds of others. The user achieves this by hitting others with the whip. Those who are hit by the whip by the user, have heart-shaped pupils. Each time a target is hit, their Strength is permanently reduced by 20% against the user for the remainder of the topic. The reductions stack on top of each other, however, they only affect the base Strength of the target. Furthermore, the reduction only applies to the Strength of the target versus the user. This means that the Strength of the target is not reduced against others in the topic.
- 1st Hit (-20% Strength): The target applies less damage to the user. They're not sure why though.
- 2nd Hit (-40% Strength): The target questions their reasoning for battling the user. They now apply even less damage to the user.
- 3rd Hit (-60% Strength): The target starts to question their feelings for the user. As a result, they apply even less damage now.
- 4th Hit (-80% Strength): The target starts believe that they might have feelings for the user. Thus, they apply even less damage now than before.
- 5th Hit (-100% Strength): The target no longer wishes to battle the user. In fact, they won't even mind getting hit by the user without retaliating.
