Mindflayer' Assault: The user becomes capable of stretching and retracting the four tentacles from their waist, this allows them to use their tentacles only as a source of spell motions, being capable of being used for any spell the user possesses. They are incapable of attacking or holding gear with the tentacles. Each tentacle can stretch up to 1 meter in total. Their durability is shared with that of the relic item.
Sinner's Levitation: Due to the user's biological functions as a Voidling they aren't capable of walking normally, instead being capable of hovering up to a feet in the air. According to a small zealous child the way she hovers in the air is considered sinful, but Esperia would prefer to call it: stylish.
Improved Hover: The user is capable of hovering up to five meters in the air through a jump, or lunging in a direction after which they will descend back to their usual height.

sorry it took so long. Mindflayer Assault is denied. It basically gives you 8 free S ranks of defense and they can regrow if you are healed which basically gives you item healing.

People with seisimic sense can still detect the vibrations of the hovering.

Psionic Ward: You want to somehow debuff yourself and your teammates and make it convert a defense spell that is as strong as your strength. In the end, this doesn't work; if you want a defense ability make a spell or something.

Sinner's Levitation: I will allow this for now it doesn't seem to hurt anybody and just gives you this ability to hover in the air by 1 foot. I do think it's a bit too strong because you screw over those with seismic vision, are various spells for just 5 points. If you can add that seismic visions aren't screwed over, then this is legit a perfectly fine Effect for 5 points.

Improve Hover: As long as you can't move aka move around to dodge while you're descending to your original Sinner's Levitation then I'm fine with this as it's just Mobility Improvement.

It should be the same as if a person jumps or lunge into the air, if they don't have a flight spell, their descent would be something they can't move around in.

This Custom is denied

The effect is denied as it "warps" peoples perceptions of them to someone else "a past ruler".

The spell is denied as well as again it "warps" NPC's to believe you are the ruler. As well as the mana cost being at 2% as base transformations are 5% still currently. The making a limited magic enhanced past it's limit is as well a soft deny from me as part of this.

As well as appearance changing items are MM things or other wise restricted to a very few companions or races out side of that so it is denied.

Esperia you linked a limited item, with a spell. It being limited shows it is a limited item and the spell is meant to be limited. The very spell on the item you just sent here says the words "The spell does not allow the user to change their appearance into that of an existing person (whether it's a player or non-player, dead or alive)." It is denied.

That magic is limited on the amount of swords, allowing it to add more sword is breaking the magics restriction. "The user may not freely choose between the number of swords they wish to summon. The spell can be re-cast only if all the summoned swords are destroyed or if the user deliberately cancels the spell." the swords are hard limited by rank of the spell and having more swords is adding damage to the magic by adding a free enhancement to the magic itself.

Biggest issue off all of this is you also don't have the S-rank slots for a Signature spell on a Unique custom as you only get one S rank slot on it and signatures cost two S rank slots.
