Walking up to the building Revy wondered if she was crazy for wanting to walk up to this place or if it was really the place she had wanted to be going and she thinks she smells Yuurei somewhere close by so she starts looking for where the guild master of the north, she wondered what had brought this man to the center of the country hadn't his guild just been under attack not to long ago but she figured that if Yuurei was in the area she might as well come and see him and his small little friend and he wonders if Yuurei will even realize it is him that is the woman in front of him or if he will be totally unaware of the trick he is playing on the man. He smiles as he thinks that he sees the shape of the man and his exceed partner.

Yuurei

Yuurei would and Renji were on the verge of looking for something. Throughout his time in Fiore, the light mage had learned a lot about the country. He had first studied everything he could in books and then had gone out to the world to experience everything firsthand. There was one thing that had piqued his interest for some time now, but he could never find it. It wasn’t just that, but after his return to his guild, a lot had happened. He never had the time to do anything of the sort until now.

Today was the day he would start looking for these lost pages. It was said to be ancient and he heard those who found it would be granted the power to make them stronger than were previously.

While walking toward the library, Yuurei would notice a woman with a red, cool looking Exceed on her side. He would look over to Renji who was walking by his side.

“Do you know that Exceed?” He asked Renji.

“Nope, never seen him before. Do you know that woman Yuu?” He would ask him.

“Nope, never seen her. Why do you ask?” He asked Renji.

“I got to ask you the same thing. Why do you think I know all Exceeds? Because I’m one? Then you should know all humans and elves, and even Nephilim because you’re one right?” He asked him.

Yuurei would rub the back of his head because his friend was right about that and he was embarrassed to respond back.

Kaito

Kaia giggles as she hears them talking like that. "Hello there aren't you Yuurei Starlight of the famous guild of the north Paradise Dawn." She tries to act super impressed by the man that is before her as she knows him better then he probably knows that she knows him.

Rawry looks at Renji and he smiles. "Nice to see a fellow exceed so far out of here. Are you a strong on with ladies hanging all over you?" This was Revy testing him to see if he really ran around like his partner did running around chasing woman and money.

Kaia looked at Rawry and she giggled a little at the fact that he had asked such a thing of the exceed when she knows that is not something and should be, being asked while they are transformed. She turns to Yuurei with a pretty sweet smile and she had to ask. " What has brought you down here to the central?"

Yuurei would look over to the woman and her Exceed. When he heard her words, he would smile at her as he still had his hand on the back of his head.

“Yeah, I actually am. It’s nice to meet you, What’s your name?” He asked her wondering what she would say.

Renji would look over to the red Exceed, and he would see him smile. It was then he would ask him a weird question, which caught him off guard.

“No, I only got one Exceed in my mind, but she’s always moving around.” He paused for a second before continuing.

“The name is Renji, what’s yours?” He asked him wondering what he would say to him.

The two of them would look at the people in front of them as they had giggled. He wondered what was funny, but he wasn’t going to ask. She would ask him a question and he would look at her and figured he could tell her.

“I’m looking for some pages from an ancient civilization. I was heading to the library right now.” He said to her as didn’t mind explaining things to people who asked questions

Kaito

Kaia looks at him and she speaking in a sweet friendly voice. "Hello I am Kaia, it is very nice to meet you I have heard many nice things about you and your guild, I even heard a crazy rumor that you single handedly took down giants and dragons." She makes her eyes big and starry like she is super impressed with him and the things he had done. She knows that she is just pumping up his ego but she knows he deserves it for how many times when she is a man she treats him pretty indifferently even though they are friends. She knows that she needs to learn to be more open and less dark and gloomy so she sees this as a second chance and a learning experience for her.

Rawry looks at him and she smirks. "My name is Rawry and damn that sounds bad that she is always just leaving you behind like that, does she know you like her?" He just stands proudly and he stretches.

"Mind if I join you?" She is ready to walk with him and try to find a page of her own if she can as that would be cool to find something old like that. Kai as a whole likes old things and ruins as well.

Yuurei

Yuurei would hear what she had to say about the giants and the dragons. He would smile to hear that the feats had been heard even here. Still, he couldn’t take the credit himself as he had done this with the help of other people.

“Nice to meet you, Kaia. And as for the rumors, they are true, but not true at the same time. I had helped with fending off the dragons. My friends Kaito and Brone helped with the dragons, and then the guild as a whole fended off the giants from the North.” He would explain to her with a smile on his face.

She would ask him if she could join him, and he was fine with that.

“Sure follow me.” He said to her as he started walking toward the library.

Renji would hear his words and he would blush when he heard him ask that specific question.

“I don’t recall telling her that I like her. I don’t want her to feel obligated in any way. And it’s okay she is living her life, and I won’t stop her from doing that.” He said to Rawry as he started following Yuurei.

Kaia smiles at his being so humble as she wasn't sure that the man would actually be so humble about that, but she knows that he is a pretty decent guy but she knows that she can't just be making sure he is humble she has to just add things to the convo as well and she needs to do it fast. "So what is it like to be the most famous mage in the country? Also how well do you know the other two you named?" She wondered what the man would say and if the man will tell anything about himself or not.

"I see so what is her name so if I come across her maybe I will make a move since you seem to just want to let her slip through your fingers without letting her know?" He smirks as he was trying to get him all winded up and see how he reacts or if he will just get angry at him for saying that.

Yuurei

While they were walking through the streets of Crocus, he would hear her ask a question. He would look up to the sky for a bit and then look at what was in front of him.

“It is a weird thing to be known as the most famous mage in the country. I just entered this country two and a half years ago. It’s a good thing though because it means what I do matters in this country. As for the other two, I want to say they’ve both become my best friends in the long run. I’ve known them for two years. I did with one of them let me help them more than they do. Still, I try not to overstep my boundaries.” He said to Kaia.

Renji would hear him and a vein would put out of his forehead when he heard Rawry’s words.

“Now why would I tell you that, if you’re going to try and do that. She isn’t someone you could take so easily anyways. I’m just scared Revy might not feel the same way is all.” He covered his mouth as he noticed that he had said her name and was embarrassed by all of this.

She looks at the man and she wonders if he was speaking about Kaito or if he meant Brone, but she was gonna figure that he was speaking about herself in that moment and she keeps up with him. "Oh so one of them is a problem case huh must be hard for you to keep him as a friend if he is so stubborn to your attempts to help. Not sure I could really do it like that, But I also think I am a bit much myself to my friends." She rubbed her chin with a thinking smile and she played with her hair a little.

Rawry just laughs a little at the other exceed. "I am simply pulling at your leg brother, I am not looking to sweep any woman off of her feet, just trying to get you to see if you wait around you might just miss out on your chance to hook her." He pats the other exceed on the back and he gives another hardy laugh to try and cheer up the orange exceed as he is a good guy and he knows that. He kind of feels bad that he an said it and maybe made him feel bad for not talking to them.

Yuurei

Yuurei would hear Kaia and he would laugh a bit when he heard what she said to him.

“He is a tough one to crack, but I guess him knowing that I’m here for him, lets him know that he has nothing to worry about. Hopefully, one day he will join me and be by my side. One day I will be able to help him out.” He said to Kaia with a smile on his face.

“Do you have anybody like that Kaia?” He asked her wondering if she had friends or anything of the sort besides Rawry.

Renji would hear Rawry laughing at him, which frustrated him, but he didn’t do anything because of Yuurei. He would hear Rawry’s words and he would soon calm down with what he had said.

“Fine, I get where you’re coming from, then I guess I should tell Revy how I feel about her when I see her next time.” He said to Rawry.

It wouldn’t take long, but the two of them would find themselves in front of the library, which meant they would start looking for the lost pages soon.

She taps the side of her face with her hand. "I guess I have a few friends like that but I guess I could be that friend to others as well if I could be more consistent. " She sighed as she knows what she is doing is probably wrong but it is nice to know that she is liked at least but she was still not gonna let him hit it even in this form. She smirked a bit evilly and she wondered if he had a girlfriend as she never had thought to ask him when she had met with Yuurei before now. "So do you have a woman in your life or do you just have this solo I'm too busy for love kind of guy thing going?"

Rawry pats him on the head and looks at the building. "Best be on the watch mister Renji there may be traps if the pages are of any real rarity." He readies himself in case there are any traps or surprises that lay ahead of them.

Yuurei

Yuurei would walk up the stairs as she would speak up and soon after asking a question. He would blush a little bit as he heard those words. He would look at her and then the door with a smile on his face.

“Well, I don’t have a girlfriend, but there are two girls that seemed to be interested in me. Still, I don’t think it’ll go anywhere. I am busy, but I can always make time for something like romance.” He said to Kaia as he was curious as to why she asked that.

Renji would hear him, and he would be prepared for that now that Rawry had mentioned it.

“Good idea, I will make sure to not be caught off guard.” He said this to his new friend.

Yuurei would open the door and it would stay open until everyone entered. While he was inside, he would look over at her.

“What about you any guys in your life?” He asked as he was making conversation.

She followed him up the stairs and he was surprised from all the rumors of him being a womanizer that he didn't have a current girlfriend or a fiancé to call his own, maybe he just hadn't found the right woman for him and maybe that would change some day as he was still younger for the race that he had become from the time that they had met years ago in the seedy underbelly of the city of Hosenka. "Nah no guys in my life like that I did come close I think one time to having someone like that then they just sorta disappeared off the face of the earth with out another word." She kind of looked sad at having to admit that and it kind of hurt their soul.

Rawry kept on guard as well as they walked on with Renji lucky that it seems he doesn't have a clue that he is really Revy in disguise and he hopes that Kaia doesn't blow their cover or have to use her magic cause that would probably be a dead give away.

Yuurei

Yuurei would hear her words and he would nod as he understood what she said.

“I feel you on that. I have a friend who kind of did the same thing. They’re my first best friend. Still, it seemed like they’re upset with me because they never write back to me.” He said to Kaia.

When he got to the desk of the library, he would move to the woman behind the desk.

“We would like to be taken to where things are archived at.” He said to the woman.

At first, she was about to tell them they couldn’t, but when she noticed that it was Yuurei her eyes widen.

“Sure, follow me Yuurei.” She said to them as she was walking them to the stairs that led to the archive section.

Renji thought this place was going to be creepy, but they didn’t even reach that part yet.

“Down here, you will find things that we’ve archived through the decades and even centuries.” She said to him.

Yuurei would nod as he would start walking down the steps.

Kaia is now worried as they hadn't known that Kailani hadn't been reaching out to Yuurei as well and she watches the woman's eyes get big from noticing it was Yuurei she guessed that this woman might be trying to get brownie points with the lord of the north himself. She shook her head and she followed behind them as she also wondered if the man just had that effect or if it was his fame. She looked at the dark tight path ahead of them and she started to feel a bit jittery as it as giving her flash backs of his dark cell in the place she was as a child but she hides it and keeps following right be hide them.

Rawry looks at Renji and pats his back again as he could see the man might be getting a bit spooked and Rawry himself wasn't so easily scared of thigs like this but that knew that some of their friends from the north had a few small fears like the dark and bugs that they would help them with back home.

Yuurei

Yuurei would use the basics of his light magic to light up the path as they walked the steps. He didn’t want them to fall or anything like that. When they got to the bottom, he would notice that there were several switches. He would flip them and the lights on the ceiling would flicker a bit before they started lighting up the place. It was a huge archive section, and his eyes widen as he was impressed. This was crazy, but at least they would be able to start looking for it.

“She didn’t mention that it was going to be this big. Shit, I don’t know where to start.” He said out loud as he was looking around.

The woman said they had centuries worth of stuff down here, so he shouldn’t have been too surprised.

Renji would look at it all and he would shake his head.

“We’re going to be here for days.” He said out loud.

Kaia looks around when the man had lit the lights and she wonders how they will ever find anything and she starts walking toward the far end and she starts looking into the books and folders as she knows she shouldn't talk shit about anything but she also knows this is a huge undertaking that they will be trying to do that may not even start paying off for them in the least bit but she knows that she can help him do this even if she fails at least she was helping him and making sure that he had the chance to find the thing that he was seeking.

Rawry also hurries to start looking to help them as he was gonna be doing the best that he can. "Just be careful Renji if you help some of these papers are very delicate." He keeps working on looking through the books and folders and he wonders if what they are really looking for would be around here or if it would be too much work in the long run with no pay out.

Yuurei would watch Kaia move over to an area. There, she would start searching. He would smile because it seemed like he was going to have to choose randomly where to start. He would move to a different aisle than them and he would start looking through the place. He was hoping they wouldn’t be here too long, but that was up to faith to decide that for them.

“So where are you from Kaia? How did you and Rawry meet?” He asked her while going through the area.

Renji would look over to Rawry as he was also working to look for the pages. He would go around as he would start looking around as well.

“Will do, thank you for the heads up. Also, make sure that nothing has a hidden trap in them. Even though I doubt it or the woman would have told us.” He said to Rawry.

Kaia keeps looking around and she wonder if she should just be honest and she guessed it was only right to be honest as she has no idea if she had even every told him where she had come from. "I came from a place that is right on the place where the boarders of seven, bosco and iceberg meet it wasn't much of a place to look at. I met Rwary in a bath house being a little monster." She was honest about how she had met with Rwary though she left out the part where Rwary had called the woman names and had stolen the woman's clothes before climbing over the dividing wall and she had to cover for them to the woman that owned the place.

"Yeah it wasn't one of my best moments I will admit that, and I don't think it is trapped anywhere." He keeps hard at work looking for the thing for this trip so that he can atleast be of some use to them.

Yuurei would hear what she said about where she was from and how she met her Exceed. It made him chuckle a bit because he could see the Exceed acting like that. He kept looking for the pages as he wasn’t sure how this was going to end. Still, one thing was for sure he wasn’t doing this alone. He kept looking through the papers and books that were placed inside the archives and he would move through them.

“That’s interesting to hear. I can’t imagine Rawry being a little monster.” He said as he looked over to the Exceed.

Renji would continue looking and he would hear Rawry’s words.

“Yeah I don’t think so either. And it happens to the best of us.” He said as he wanted to help the group out instead of just being there doing nothing.

He would be gentle with the pages as he didn’t want his claws to rip anything important. It wouldn’t be good if he destroyed the lost pages by mistake.

"So how did you met Renji?" She thought it was only fair to ask back she couldn't recall if he had ever told her his origin story with Renji though she figured he would be willing to share it as well cause he seemed like it might be a funny story at least to hear. "Well she had insulted Rawry and he reacted like that, I still wouldn't trade him for the world." She keeps looking through the book as one of these must have what they are looking for and will need for later even through she doesn't know what for or what it might lead them to. Maybe it was pages to some ancient book that will give them overwhelming knowledge or maybe let them do great feats or fill them with experiences of someone else's life times.

Rawry Felt a bit touched by the woman's words about him even though he knows they are gender swapped so this is a bit backwards it still hit his heart. "Did you know that Yuurei would be your life partner when you found him?"

Yuurei

Yuurei would hear her ask a question about how he had met Renji. He would chuckle a bit when he heard that. Those were the good old days, and it was a time he didn’t think he would become this strong. She would comment on why Rawry had acted out of character that time, which he figured would be the case.

“I met Renji by saving him. There were people harassing him and his friend, and I kind of stopped them from going any further. Once I did that, Renji told me that I had to have more style when fighting people. Ever since then he has been watching me improve.” He said to Kaia.

He kept looking around, but for some reason, he kept getting nothing. Still, he was learning a lot from the past of Fiore, which was a good thing for him. Renji was doing the same thing, but he couldn’t find anything at all.

“Nope, I didn’t know that Yuurei would be my partner for life. Still, I’m glad that he’s there for me. He makes me food all the time.” He said to Rawry as he continued searching.

Kaia has found many ways to assassinate a king but nothing about ancient wisdoms that she could part take in with Yuurei and that was indeed kind of annoying for them both. She wondered how the king would react to Yuurei would the king bend the knee to Yuurei or would the King try to recruit Yuurei as a man in his corner. Kaia knows she will probably never be able to be such a thing but she knows that Yuurei could probably do it pretty readily. She finds rumors of ancient magic armor items that you hold in your palm and say the type of armor and energize, she thinks that she will have to find out about that later and maybe hunt one down for herself if she is lucky. "I would think as a guild master that you would travel with an escort from your guild."

Rawry walks over to a shelf and then walks into a few hidden areas that are hidden by optical illusions so if you weren't paying attention you would walk past them without even noticing them and he keeps looking hard not wanting to lose hope here in their quest to find the real things that matter and maybe a five star lost recipe for grilled and seasoned fish.

Yuurei kept going through the books that were in the archived area. The Nephilim kept moving through the area, and he was searching for things randomly now. He wasn’t sure what they were looking for, but he would hope they would find an answer soon enough. He would look over to where he heard her voice. It would seem like she wanted to know why he was alone.

“I do have a bodyguard. He’s the Exceed right there. It isn’t just him, but I have a summoning who I can summon without a problem. Still, I don’t think a lot of people would attack me in Central Fiore.” He said to her.

He chuckled a bit as he continued looking for what they could find. It wouldn’t take long, but the light mage would stumble across something. He didn’t know what it was, but it was an interesting cabinet. It was closed, and he was bored as he would think about opening it.

Renji kept checking things as he is wondering how long they were going to be down here.

“So, Rawry, where you from? Me and my friends come from a place called Santa’s workshop, but I have never seen you there.” He said to him.

She wondered about that she had not really let Rawry fight a lot so it might not be a good idea to let them fight at all but she knows that Rawry can hold her own vs people her size but it isn't very often that they will be fighting things their size out her in the real world and she was worried that she would have to watch him die one day because she failed to protect him from his own death and that will be what really breaks her and that will be what probably cause her to tear the world apart and never look back at the things that they had done to them.

Rawry looks at the other male exceed and he comes up with a decent lie he thinks. "I hated deep in the forests of Stella I had not a clue to my purpose but i trained and adventured till i stopped in at a hot spring and I was insulted so I did something stupid and then I ended up here a few years later." He is not sure how long he can keep up these lies as it wasn't really who they were but this was a more in depth look at the people that they called friends and it seemed that Renji had or has a crush on the real them, they wonder if it was even smart to show back up cause they found this out through a sort of back handed sneaky way.
