Client:

Balthazar Barbossa: Balthazar is the stern captain of a pirate ship, often leading raids and expeditions into the seas. He has found many treasures as a pirate, and even fought against all sorts of creatures of the sea. In order to get rid of his wares quickly, he sells them to Reagan before getting annoyed by the Rune Knights.

Summary: Balthazar needs someone to remove the lamp in the lighthouse so he and his men can raid Hargeon City without warning.

Others:

Reagan Hullston: Reagan is a smuggler who transports wares from the pirates outside Hargeon to be sold elsewhere. He does this because there is quite some profit to be made. Purchasing the wares at a low price, due to the risk of getting caught, and selling them in another city at full price is his business. He cleverly hides his wares with all sorts of methods each time.

Objective: Meet up with Balthazar who will inform you of the plan to remove the lighthouse lamp. Contact Reagan to obtain climbing and swimming equipment to avoid detection from the guards posted out in the front of the lighthouse's entrance.

Extra Rewards: None

Details:

Create a topic in Hargeon Lighthouse.
In the cover of darkness you will meet up with Balthazar in an alleyway who will direct you to Reagan Hullston.
You will then stealthily wriggle the equipment you need to complete the mission from him.
With this equipment you will swim to and climb up the lighthouse.
As the lighthouse still has guards within it, you will need to avoid them along with the light emitted from the lamp itself until you remove it.
Knock out anyone in the area where the lamp is held and remove the lamp.
The lamp is bolted into the ground and it doesn't budge that easily, someone with enough strength should be able to twist it out though.
After locking the door and taking the lamp, leave with your equipment.
Balthazar's raid on the city will happen moments later. During the raid, meet up with him to receive your reward.
