Jay Holiday: Pretty much everyone at the Hargeon Beach knows Jay Holiday. He can always be found at the outdoor gym there training his muscles to get in shape for his competitions. Since he trains so much, he can't find a decent spotter who is able to be there with him always. Luckily, he makes enough money from the competitions to request others to help him out.

Summary: Spotting in weight training, is the act of supporting another person during a particular exercise, with an emphasis on allowing the participant to lift or push more than they could normally do safely. Correct spotting involves knowing when to intervene and assist with a lift, and encouraging a training partner to push beyond the point in which they would normally return it to its stationary position. Jay Holiday needs you to spot for him today as he performs his bench press.

Objective: Be a spotter for Jay Holiday.

Details:

Create a topic in Hargeon Beach.
Meet up with Jay, who is already doing warming ups, and let him explain the bench press and what you need to do.
Jay will perform a couple of sets, with eight reps each time, and needs you to lightly hover your hands beneath the bar in case he needs some assistance.
He will increase the weight at the end of each set, and will need assistance with each last rep since that seems to be his mental struggle.
Since Jay lifts really heavy weights, you will need to give it your all and grab the bar properly when he performs his last rep each time while pulling it up together with him to place it back in the stationary position.
At the end of the workout, Jay will give you your jewels.
