Mastering the Spells (Training) - Page 2 Empty Sat Feb 19, 2022 1:48 pm

Yuurei

Yuurei would jump back, and he would do his best to dodge the stars that were moving around. They looked violent and he didn't want to know what would happen if one of them would have hit him. It would take a few seconds, but the stars would start disappearing as he continued to dodge the remaining ones. When it was all over, he would sigh with relief, but he had to try again. There was no way he was going to back down from his. If it meant that he would become strong enough to protect himself and those around him, then he was going to do just that.

Yuurei figured he would do it again as he would move his hand in front of him, so his palm was open, and he would do it again. The light mage focused this time hoping that things wouldn't go wrong this time. The mana pouring into his hand so it can all begin again.

Yuurei

Yuurei would watch the stars appearing quickly and without a pause. This was good and while they were forming, he was making sure that everything was fine. When all of the stars would form, Yuurei would relax a bit as the next thing he was waiting for was going to happen. The light mage would see the stars moving and now they were coming towards him. It wouldn't take long, but they would all enter his body as they would all enter his body and swelling him up with more strength than he could ever imagine. This was good as he would look at his hands and examined himself to see if anything else had changed about him. He was fine though, which was good, but now he needed to test his might.

The half-elf would walk over to a rock that was near him and he would get into a fighting stance before attacking. When he was ready, he would swing his arm onto the huge rock, and he would destroy it to smithereens.

Yuurei

Yuurei was shocked because that wasn't all that happen. There was just a huge crater behind where the rock had been, and the power that he had given himself was massive. Still, he felt that he could get stronger and that he hadn't reached his limit when it came to buffing himself with his magic. The light mage would finally disperse his magic as he was excited that he was able to get it right this time. He didn't have to go through all the pain he usually went through. Still, he knew that he was far from over with the spell. The next part of it was trying to master it. Which meant he might feel the pain he regrettably thought about.

The light mage continued with his training as he would fail a few times after trying to use his magic. The pain he would go through wasn't fun either. Yuurei could feel all the energy and pain surging through him as the hours had gone by. Still, he wouldn't quick and continued on with his magic. The half-elf kept going with his magic as the hours of training would truly pay off. Yuurei would be able to master this spell but would fall to the floor as he was exhausted.

Yuurei

Yuurei had given himself time to rest, but he was almost done with all. There was one more spell that he had to come up with and master. It was the counterpart to his power buff. He needed to make sure that he had created one that would make him faster. When he fought against Barrang, he figured that he needed to become faster. There was nothing scarier than seeing a monster that size almost being as fast as he was. Still, he knew that even though the spells were similar didn't mean they were the same.

It all meant that he had to go through it with a different approach. The light mage had gotten up from the ground as he figured that it was best to start now. The half-elf would move his tired body and he would move his arm in front of him. The light mage would focus now as he would start pouring mana into his hand to create the magic circle.

Yuurei

Yuurei mana continued to pour out as he felt like he knew what he was doing. The stars in front of him would start to come out of the circle. They were moving quickly and appearing at the same time. It wouldn't take long, but something would go wrong with the spell. The stars would find them hectically moving around and would start flying around all over the place. The thing is they were quick and one of them would hit Yuurei. The light mage would feel the surge of energy and he would fly back and away from where he was standing. He felt the surging rush, but of course, he also felt the surge of pain that came from the star. His body would twitch a bit from the pain as he disliked that feeling. Still, he was learning and when he mastered his spell, he wouldn't have to worry about something like that happening to him in battles.

Yuurei

The light mage would stay on the floor until he felt right to get up. When it was all said and done, he would get up from the ground as he would trembling everywhere. He had been working hard all day on his spells and that had bothered him a lot. Still, he wasn't done right now as he would move his hand in front of him. Yuurei knew he would master it, but it would take time. The light mage would just open his hand as he focused his mana into it. The energy was enough to make sure that the magic circle was created. When that happen, the stars would come out of it all at the same time. Still, they were weak this time and they would find themselves dispersing one by one.

He shook his head because he was nervous to go through the pain that he subconsciously put less mana. Yuurei found himself laughing as he couldn't believe he would do something like that.

Yuurei

Yuurei would relax as he was trying to regain his composure. He knew he would be able to do this and all he needed to do was have the confidence that he had at the beginning of all of this. He would take a bit as he was taking in deep breaths before exhaling until he felt that he was ready. His eyes looked at his hand as he moved it forward. He would open his hand, so he could see his palm as he would pour mana into it. The magic circle appearing as it would always do, he would hope the stars would come just fine. They would come out next as they all would come out at the same time. The light mage waited for them to make their next move, but nothing would happen. Instead, he realized that he was able to stabilize them and now he would be able to move on to the next step of finishing the spell. This made Yuurei happy, but nervous at the same time because of what could happen.

Yuurei

Yuurei would disperse his spell as he was going to have to activate it again, but this time with the intention of it going into him. The light mage would have a smile on his face as he would move his arm to repeat the process. The light mage had created the magic circle by pouring mana into his hand. The stars would come out all at the same time. They floated above the circle and soon enough they would go right towards Yuurei and enter his body. The light mage was glad that this was going smoothly, and he would feel the surge of energy through his body. He felt the energy and he figured he would test out the spell. The light mage would start running and it would work fine as he was moving quickly. While doing this, the spell would disperse, and the stars would come out of him. He was confused about this, but at least the spell didn't hurt him by forcing its way out of him.

Yuurei would think about what he could have done wrong there. He needed to make sure that he would come to a conclusion before trying out the spell again. He remembered that he was running around, and it was working. There needed to be something wrong, but it was truly simple. He had gotten too excited, and he didn't sustain the spell that he was using. After a few minutes of thinking about it, Yuurei would come to that conclusion, and he would laugh again because he made such a simple mistake. Still, he would try it again, and hopefully, he wouldn't mess this up.

The light mage would go at it again as he would pour mana into his hand, which brought out the magic circle above his palm. The seventeen stars would come out of the circle all at the same time and they would all go straight towards Yuurei once again. When they did, he felt the same energy as last time, which excited him again. Still, this time he made sure to sustain the spell.

Yuurei

Yuurei was running around the area with the spell he had created, he knew he had to stop. He would stop right around Renji, and he would look at the Exceed as he was still sleeping. It was just a little bit more and now he had to continue with this spell until he had fully mastered it. The light mage would stop the use of the spell as he was going to do his best to remember the feeling of it. He would continue using the same spell for hours as he was doing fine. There were times when he would mess up and the spell would stop working, while other times he would go through the pain he hated. In the end, he was doing fine and after the hours passed, Yuurei would find himself on the floor exhausted with everything that he had done today. Still, he had mastered all the spells that he had come up with today and that was all that mattered. Renji would finally wake up as he looked at Yuurei and waited for him so they could leave.
