Jacob Fischer: Jacob loves fishing, it had always been a hobby of his and is now making a substantial income off of it by selling the fish he's caught. Whenever he's away from the sea, he'll often display a grumpy attitude until he takes out his fishing rod and heads to the docks. There, he's completely calm and relaxed.

Summary: Jacob is in the primetime of his life; making money, making new friends and learning new things. The money he's earning is providing him with the ability to expand his skills - and this is why he needs outside help for this one: Jacob invested in fishing bait from another region - said to be magical that has properties of mana. The unknowing Jacob bought bait that attracts fish that lurk deep below. After getting on the seas with Jacob, make sure you do everything in your power to capture at least one magical fish, wrestle it with your bare hands onto the rowing boat if you have to.

Objective: Sail with Jacob, who uses his magical bait to attract the attention of dangerous fish - use everything in your arsenal to capture at least one fish.

Details:

Create a topic in Hargeon City.
As you meet Jacob, he will brag about his new excellent bait that he paid premium for.
As you sail out, into the open sea, you spread the magical lure around so that Jacob has the opportunity to reel a fish in.
As the fish gets reeled in, you must fight it to bring it on board.
Receive your reward from Jacob afterwards.
