Description: Strigr first glimpsed the wonders of the ocean’s realm from inside a crude cage, her cries ignored by the cold-hearted poachers who ripped her from her family. In that bleak hour, hope arrived in the form of Lumikki and Tōga, who swiftly liberated the captive sea beasts. Still but a wide-eyed infant, Strigr imprinted deeply on her saviors, finding a new home and sense of belonging in their compassionate company. Though she settles contentedly enough in the sanctuary of Luluhawa, wherever Tōga travels, this little leviathan will shadow his steps unfailingly. An unbreakable bond tethers their spirits through space and time. Her physiology allows Strigr to traverse seamlessly between realms aquatic and terrestrial, adapting her breathing to thrive in river, ocean, or open sky. Yet always she yearns for her true element, basking blissfully when her scales reconnect with the liquid caress that holds familiarity as well as promise – promise of new discoveries by Tōga's side, who she will follow faithfully to the ends of the earth and the uncharted depths of the seas. For he alone embodies home and hearth to this still-youngling creature: harbor and horizon bound up forever in living form.

Personality: Beneath Strigr’s initially shy demeanor stirs an irrepressible spirit of adventure. Though but a fledgling sea beast, she has already weathered storms that would sink stouter hearts. The shadowy clutch of poachers’ cages once threatened to eclipse her innate joy, stifling her faith in humanity.
