Overall: Takaokitsu appears handsome and frail-looking at the same time, appearing as a tall and slender young man. He has long white hair that goes down past his waist, which allows his fox ears to blend into his hair. He normally is seen wearing a yellow and white kimono, with his chest exposed. on his right hand he wears a black glove that covers his middle, and pointer finger along with his thumb. He also normally wears black sandals along with this.

Personality

Personality: Takaokitsu's personality revolves very much around doing what he thinks is best for the nation his mother rules. He tries his hardest to be a paragon of nobility and virtue, though he normally falls short of this due to the fact that he rarely knows what the 'right' thing to do is. He normally attempts to help those weaker then him when they are in need, but he does have to do a cost benefit analysis at some level, as he realizes that helping everyone might lead him down a road where he does more harm then good.

Takaokitsu's feeling on humanity as a whole is that they are an interesting group of people, capable of amazing things on the heights of any God but also capable of evil that those same Gods wouldn't have thought of. Takaokitsu watched humanity for the short period of time he has been alive and realized that if humanity was given the right push then things would get better, but if pushed too hard they would push back. Another small part of Takaokitsu's though is that humanity is blessed with having a limited time on this earth before they pass on. They are on a deadline, they need to feel like they did something with their shot at this life and in order to do that they push themselves to the brink of death, and sometimes beyond, to complete that goal. Gods, and to a minor extent Demigod, do not have that same drive to complete a task. They will live forever unless they are killed by some outside force, which is extremely are, so Gods just don't have the same drive.

Likes:

Humanity: Humanity is such a diverse, interesting and complex group of people with a finite amount of time to complete, sometimes impossible goals, and that is why they should be protected. They have a limited period of time on this earth, and are capable of radically altering the world around them, and that kind of ability should be protected as long as it is used for the correct purposes.
Chess/Shogi/Go: Takaokitsu enjoys playing games of strategy, even though he may not be the best at them, he enjoys the idea of fighting something out and learning from mistakes made in the past. An easy way to do both of those things is to practice at these kind of games, and this is something that he does often
Akuko: Takaokitsu, for some unknown reason, really loves something or someone named Akuko. With no idea who or what this thing is, he just knows that he likes it. It is one of the memories that he still has from his ascension. He was a mortal at one point, until he was chosen by his mother to be born again.

Dislikes:

Cruelty In addition to not being noble, it is rarely the best option to get whatever that person is trying to do. Every time that he has seen someone being cruel to another, it was always to either fill some void or trying to show control another person. Being Cruel is just not the most effective way to control people.
Corrupt People: Takaokitsu's issue isn't with people who are evil and claim they are evil, it with people who pretend to be using their abilities or powers for good but are really doing it for their own benefit or their own greed.

Motivations:

Protect Joya: Takaokitsu believes he was brought into this world to help his mother protect her home of Joya from outside forces along with internal threats. While his mother has never told him this, he still feels like this is the case.
Protect Akuko: Takaokitsu has come into this world, once again not knowing who or what an Akuko is but once he finds out his goal is to protect that person or thing at nearly any cost, including his life if it comes to that.

Fears:

Joya Burning: While his home was the Divine Realm, he felt in his heart that Joya was his real home and as such he would rather not see anything happen to Joya. This also means that if this happens, and he is alive to see it, he wasn't strong enough to stop whatever did it.
Not Learning From Mistakes of the Past: One of the things that Takaokitsu learned as he was growing up was that the past has a habit of repeating itself. Taking this to heart he realized that if he didn't learn and look at himself, he would be more likely to repeat the same mistakes he made in the past. He might also be able to help or prevent problems from happening in the first place.

Magic Description: Kitsune Magic is often used as a method to distract the opponent while the user strikes or retreats back into a different location. If offensive abilities are needed, it is normally done by throwing or casting blue fire, their real element being arcane, at the target.

History

History:Takaokitsu Mikoto was born from the Joyan Demi-God and Shogan of Joya, Mishiko Mikoto and one of her husbands, the Nine-tailed Fox of the Joyan Fox God himself, Inari Ōkami. Takaokitsu was told early in his life that he had a previous life and he was recently ascended into the position he was now in. While he could remember bits and pieces of his previous life, remembering that he became a much better man at his later stages of life then he was in his younger days. As is normally the case. The only other thing he remembered, like a brand on the inside of his brain, Akuko. Takaokitsu had zero idea who or what this thing or person was but he knew it was important to him somehow and needed to be protected.

Takaokitsu's early years were spent like most gods and demi-gods, learning and going to school and being taught about humanity along with the duties that gods and their champions have to humanity as a whole. On the other side he was taught heavily about Joya and Joyan culture from his mother, who Takaokitsu felt nothing but love for even if she was a demi-god of death, war and other such horrible things. It was a job someone had to do, and it might as well be his mother, the only person he could trust with that kind of power.

Takaokitsu spent basically all of his life in the heavens, inside of a location where time could move as fast or as slow as the gods wished. This allowed him to learned and grow up and mature at a normal rate, as he was still a demi-god and had to grow like a normal 'human', while not having to wait nearly as long to do so. So Takaokitsu spent many years in that location, not being able to learn and see the outside world of humanity outside of what he read about in books and saw glimpses of through other gods powers to view on followers.

Takaokitsu was eventually given permission by both his father and his mother to leave the divine realm, and join mother in the human world and to join her organization to keep the peace inside of Joya, the Shinigami Convocation. Which, given that his mother is running it, Shinigami was most likely a very accurate name for them.
