Description: Hiroto was a high-noble who was born under a clear pitch black night lacking both moon or stars in the light. Said to be gifted at birth, they were given the mark of the beholder and trained to become a champion for the joyan people during the climax of the Dragon conflict millennia ago. After decades of brutal training and conflict with dragons and their supporters, Hiroto became one of the few dragon killers to have not possessed Dragon Slayer Magic which had empowered them and their weapon of choice, the Naginata which would slowly absorb the properties of each one slain. Eventually garnering an assortment of titles and epithets, Hiroto became recognized in both his own country and across the continent, whose work stretched from Caelum to Sin crossing the borders on foot and even across the sea proving themselves to be master of the lands. Their strength earned more than just cheers and support from the people but also the resentment of their own family with their older brother growing jealous of them.

Hoping to obtain these same abilities, his brother Ose Raitoburingā plotted with the dragons themselves to steal the Naginata for himself and kill Hiroto for him. This scheme ultimately led to the deaths of both brothers as Hiroto was unable to fight off his opponents without the weapon, while Ose proved useless with it as he never received the training of his brother. Without a suitable wielder, the powerful weapon was passed from hand to hand with each possessing them for shorter and shorter periods. Eventually, it came into the hands of a Joyan explorer who helped found the Talaz Lagaar island and entered the void through the Fractured sky losing both the weapon and their life in a futile attempt to defend against the denizens of the realm.

Drawback:

Hostile Ownership: Almost having a soul of its own through the lives slain by the blade, those that wish to wield the Naginata must prepare themselves in order to fully access the spells attached to them with the A-Rank spells being on a one-post cool-down and S-Ranks spells being on a two-post cool-down. This can not be reduced nor increased in cool-down through modifiers or other spells.

Effects

Etched Blade: Honed a needlepoint edge to penetrate through the toughest of armors, the Hiroto Raitoburingā’s Naginata is capable of dealing devastating damage to its preferred target of Dragons and those associated with the species allowing it to ignore any resistances that Dragons and Dragon slayers have while preventing those injured by the blade from being able to heal their injuries.
Dragon Scale: Drawing from the weapon's original owner's fortitude, the wielder of the Naginata becomes incredibly durable to the attacks of Dragon slayers providing them with a minor physical and magic resistance against attacks from Dragon Slayer users.
One in the Same: The user may conceal their Naginata within a pocket dimension accessible through a tattoo that becomes inscribed upon their arm after picking up the weapon for the first time.

Effect: Gripping Hiroto Raitoburingā’s Naginata the user slashes horizontally firing off a 4m long and wide crescent moon-shaped blade. The blade flies through the air and when it impacts a target or solid matter the blade transforms into a vicious storm consuming a 16m area, purging any spell within the area.

Effect: The user may twirl their Naginata towards the sky immediately creating an orb 32 meters in size which will pull everything into it with the exception of the user, this includes people with the exception of the user, spells and items, if spells are caught within it then they are immediately destroyed regardless of spell type, the user must remain stationary for the duration of the spell and continue to maintain the cast motion.
