Effect: Simply pointing a finger toward the target a gray magic circle appears below the caster and appears above the targeted location up to 20 meters away. A portal rips open and a dazzling dimensional High-dragon energy blast bursts forth from the portal in an 8-Meter Diameter AoE.

Type: Supplementary
Element: Arcane
Range: 10 Meters
Cooldown: 4 Posts
Duration: Sustain
Effect: Pushing up off the ground a grey magic circle appears behind him and black scaly wings appear on his back so he can fly.

Add offensive to the type for the first spell. Add that the magic circle appears above the targeted location up to 15 meters away. The Range in this case, is also 15 meters, please add that to the range section. Also, the magic circle also appears at the caster first. Add that in please.
