After this, a second gold magic circle of 8-meter diameter will appear within 20 meters from the castor in the sky. A bunch of light arrows that are 34 inches long will find themselves firing down within the 8-meter diameter magic circle. Anybody caught in the attack will be damaged for 1 A-rank.

Effect: The user stretches their arm in front of them and a magical gold circle of a size of 2-meter diameter will appear. A light ball, the size of the magical circle, and in the shape of a star, will launch from the circle and towards the direction, the circle was created. The user will use a finger to direct the path of the star bomb if it were to miss its initial target. The user needs to be within 20 meters of the bomb to do this. Anybody hit will have the star explode covering anything around the explosion at an 8-meter diameter. Those hit by the initial hit and explosion will be damaged for A-rank, putting it on cooldown.

This is to dodge incoming attacks or possibly go from point A to point B faster than normal.
