A message had been sent to Haru and Yuurei the day following the incident with the strange blue orb. The feline had still been trying to make sense of the visions she'd seen when she'd touched it but to no avail. It was all too hazy, like watching someone's forgotten memory. They'd agreed to meet up with the strange fellow who they'd met on the way back to the hospital, Dracol Lubex.

Despite his friendly personality, the feline still wasn't too sure about the guy and remained wary of him. It wasn't until she noticed that the tough demeanour he'd been displaying was a facade, the clear signs of fear and doubts showing through his microexpressions and occasional body language that she started to relax around him. It wasn't something many would pick up on. he was fairly good at masking his fear, perhaps that was why she hadn't noticed the night before.

Yuurei

Yuurei and Renji had also gone with Haru, which led them to meet up with Dacol. After a few seconds, Dacol had steadied himself as he explained to them about the light humanoid that he saw back in the river. It seemed like the mystery of the blue orb was starting to move forward. The Nephilim figured that they were to traverse to the river, so they started walking over there as a group. Dacol explained more about the cyan-colored humanoid light and the light mage expected that it could be some form of a ghost.

It was either that or someone got tethered to the world after death. He wasn’t sure until he got there. When they did get there, it would seem that night had crept upon them again as there was a small child in cyan glowing colored where the cyan light ball use to be. They were close enough for the mysterious figure to notice them and would start talking to them. Yuurei would start moving closer to the thing as he had the need to go in.

Haru was still a tiny bit sceptical over this whole 'humanoid form' that was until she saw it with her very own eyes. With the proof of the matter simply staring her straight in the face, she couldn't very well deny its existence. It creeped her out a little bit that it resembled a small child, but as she felt she could hear a voice in her head she'd try to shake it away, only for it to continue to sound as if pleading for her help.

The intrusion on her mind was certainly not a welcome one, even if they didn't seem hostile. The sooner they dealt with this whole thing and got out of here, the better in her opinion. Through the telepathic connection, she and the others would all learn of the child's tragic tale, how they had died, leaving their physical form behind. However, due to the magic they had possessed at the time, their spirit had been trapped, bound to the river and forest as if they were one with the mana of this particular location.

Yuurei

Yuurei would see everything that everyone else did and when it was done, the humanoid spirit would look in their direction. They had shown their past and what happen to them, and now they would ask the group to do two things for them. After he heard everything, they asked for and told them to meet a day from now, the small child would disappear.

They had to stop a danger that was coming to Orchidia and find someone lost to them. This was hard to do but figured with everything they saw from the child’s past they could figure it out. Still, whatever that spirit had done would have Yuurei’s hand move to his head as he was feeling a headache coming from the telepathy that was done.

Yuurei would explain everything that happen and what the spirit said to Dacol as well as the man was taking notes to look back at them later. He thought about what the spirit asked them to do in the end.

“I wonder what kind of danger is coming to this place. If so we got to make sure nothing happens to the people in Orchidia” He said this to everyone.

The neko stood back letting Yuurei handle relaying the details to Dacol, figuring she didn't need to pipe up unless the light mage managed to miss something of importance. He didn't seem to miss anything as far as she could tell the spirit had given them the same information. Her biggest concern was what this 'danger' it spoke of could be alluding to as well and she'd nod as Yuurei brought it up. Hopefully, the person this entity wanted them to find would be useful in some way. Regardless they weren't going to learn more until the spirit returned the following day.

"Don't know, but I guess we're going to have to stick around for a while..." The feline sighed, as she clutched her head, her hands running through her silver mane and rubbing her temples. The whole experience seemed to have left her with both a figurative and literal headache. Her body felt weak and tired, she was ready for a rest despite undergoing no strenuous physical activity.

"I could do with a drink." She stated, walking off towards the local tavern.

Yuurei

Yuurei would hear what Haru had to say about sticking around and he would chuckle because he didn’t mind doing that at all. They were ready to leave when she had spoken about drinking, but Dacol would stop them both. He would hand them their rewards with a smile on his face and before they had gone anywhere, he would tell them that he hoped things would go well.

Yuurei would catch up to Haru and would smile at her because he could see that she was getting stronger and that she had toughened up since they trained in the dome.

“We get a few drinks and then I guess we head back to the guild for the day.” He said to her as they were heading towards the tavern.

Renji would wonder what was going to happen in the future, but whatever it was they were going to have to be prepared for it.
