If I tried to expand the formulaic rune expression… The heels of a handsome young woman seeming to click as she marched up the promenade which separated her current place of study from a rather convenient and tasty storefront bistro which served just the sorts of things she liked, Sophie Sequoia was in a world of her own as she continued to wrestle with matters of magical equation which had been bothering her for more than just the morning before, but the week in fact.
No, no, that would interfere with the hexa-circumfral paradigms, wouldn't it…? Hoping to find a new and with any luck more efficient manner to do the calculations needed to transform one's source of mana into acts of magical proportion, the girl remained on a rather firm autopilot as she joined a queue with only a couple of bodies in front of her, and kept a hook-like finger wrapped rather soundly around the top of her chin as she waited not only for her turn, but also the stroke of inspiration as well.

“Hello again, I'll have…” Today it seeming that her former was to arrive sooner than the latter but this the case for a while now, once more she found herself standing before a lad who looked to be in his late teens and wearing a rosy set of cheeks to boot, as well as a smile she shared with him at the moment they caught eyes, as brief as it was.

“Gosh, had it waiting for me, hm~? I really should be giving you a better tip, shouldn't I~?” The boy seeming to jerk that gaze of his away quickly when he found her baby blues looking into it to produce a plate and cup he had prepared when she had joined the line, though a part of the perky pinkette was likely to feel guilty given the difference in their ages and the way in which it seemed she was unintentionally taking advantage of an interest even she could see, she still couldn't help but bob her brows and bat her lashes as she offered up a kittenish comment or two in reward for him. I mean, she knew it wouldn't go anywhere, but it felt wrong to let his effort go totally unreturned, didn't it~?

It was good to visit Crocus every now and then. As much as she loved Hargeon, the capital of Fiore had a whole other kind of bustling energy that didn't quite compare. Perhaps not as ideal a place for leisurly strolls and procuring art, but certain a far more fitting place when she wanted to shop for clothes:

"Fufufu~... From the look in his eyes, looks like he was expecting a different kind of tip~", Alisa chimed with a wink, her interest piqued by a rather bewitching beauty with vibrant pink hair, putting even the cherry blossoms of orchidia to shame. The sculptress sat next to her sipping her coffee, her luscious, denim clad legs crossed stylishly under her table, bringing the piping hot cup of coffee up to her lips.

The weather was only starting to get warmer by now, so even then Alisa still brough a heavier black coat with her, now draped over the back of the seat, her arm folded under the fullness of her eye catching bust as it all but threatened to spill out of the wide, ornate neckline of her tight red shirt. She'd only just bought that one too, and liked it enough to replace the white blouse she had on earlier, which now rested conspicuously inside one of the handful shopping bags resting next to her.

“Hmmmm…” The sort of girl who seemed to find it so very easy to shut out the world when she wished to focus her mind on something of import, no sooner had she seemed to place her cup and plate down upon a nearby tabletop than had she produced a tome and began to run through it in an effort to use her time most efficiently, and so she did not seem to be aware of either the fact that she had been observed by and approached after her little encounter. Which seemed quite the shame given her vixenly voyeur.
“O-Oh!” Only seeming to vaguely even recognise the voice of the woman either as she took her words on board like an echo in her mind, it was only after a moment or even two that they really seemed to ring in her ears as Sophie realized that they were directed toward her and not someone else, and then looked up to see someone sitting across the table from her and attempting to start a conversation.

“Gosh, you think…?” Never one who was so impolite to ignore such a thing and finding a smile slowly spreading across her face as well when the subject matter and the implication therein dawned upon her, while some might have been amused or even embarrassed to have the obvious crush that the vendor had upon her pointed out, the eyes of Miss Sequoia seemed to shine brighter with a hint of intrigue and recognition at such a statement, and prompted her to look over her shoulder.
“It's not the worst idea, I suppose, but… He might be a little young, even for me~?” Never the type to dismiss any potential 'suitor' all too easily and for that reason taking such a suggestion with a degree of acceptance and no kind of immediate dismissal, it was with a lick of her lips that the lass looked back to the lad and narrow her gaze a little as she weighed up the 'offer', but ultimately decided against it. I mean, she was happy to take on an 'intern', but even then, there were certain matters of propriety?

Well, Alisa knew the type... As the leader of a guild of artists, she knew fully well how easily introspective sorts tended to space out and neglect their surroundings. When she finally caught Sophie's attention, the pinkette would find those understanding wine red hues looking right into her with a soft, cool smile:

"I defenitely think so~...", she reinforced, taking an idle sip from her coffee, her eyes narrowing ever so slightly as her attentive gaze turned towards the waiter who just departed, one who even now seemed to look back towards Sophie more often than not... At the same time... No way Alisa could resist that enrapturing look on the girl's face, or the kittenish smile beaming off her face, "Fufu~... What are you talking about? You're the very picture of youth~... Can hardly blame him for having good taste now can you?"

Alisa added, picking up a hint of the pinkette's insecurity and showering her with praise, after all... Beauty like hers was hard to come by~... Even now Alisa couldn't help but let her eyes wander more often than not, subtly enough not to make the woman uncomfortable, yet sufficiently open about it that she could pick up the dark haired woman's interest.

“I'd be the first to admit that there's a rather pleasing sense of energy and enthusiasm that a younger lover can bring, but in my experience I find they tend to be… Easily attached? I don't like to lead them on?” Sighing and shaking her head as she revealed she had little issue with the virility which was offered and had even not entirely dislikes the option of being something of an educator either when it came to her extracurricular activity, the unfortunate fact was that even in the twenty three years she had been in the world thus far she had noticed she took a different approach to interpersonal relationships than most, and felt a little saddened by the hurt she had caused unintentionally because of that.

“I have my own way, and so prefer to explore more… Mature options?” Peeling her pink locks backward as she confirmed the fact that she tended to gravitate more toward those with the kind of experience to come to understand she enjoyed more of a less is more relationship with romance, the gaze of the girl seemed to tighten slightly as she couldn’t help but sense that the fine figure across the table would seem more of an appropriate option in her eyes, and perhaps hinted at that vaguely without making too many presumptions.
“They're usually… More enticing~?” Smiling when she found in fact that she might have just preferred to focus her attention more fully upon on her fellow femme now that she had been roused from her stupor, those wavy tresses seemed to sway a little as she closed her book and lifted up her coffee cup to sip from, and let those baby blues run down curves that were quite the surprise indeed. Though, certainly, not an unpleasant one by any degree…

Alisa arched her brow at the woman's words, admiring that cute shade of red on her cheeks, only to chuckle when she mentioned her interests in such younger catches seldom went beyond the purest of physicality:

"Oh naturally, you give them a bone, and you often end up with an eager little puppy humping your leg~", she quipped, winking knowingly at the pinkette, thinking back to the countless times a more younger lover misunderstood her momentary interest for commitment. Perhaps for that reason Alisa tended to keep a certain distance between her flirtation and anything that came after that. Brushing her hair behind her ear, she flashed her an understanding smile, "I naturally tend to keep my distance unless I'm sure they can handle it."

Which was, well, quite rare. Alisa didn't trust easily, and trust was a fundamental part of any relationship, regardless of how short or long lived it was. She took a sip from her coffee, casually uncrossing her long, luscious legs, and crossing them the other way, her motions slow, almost seductive as though she were inviting the pinkette to look if she so desired:

"Mmmm, is that so...? And how mature are we talking about here~?", not afraid to put the girl on the spot a little bit, Alisa all but nibbled her plush, glossy bottom lip, her brow arching as she brought the warm coffee cup up for another sip, her gaze holding the girl's beautiful baby blues as she could easily tell when she was being flirted with, and all too happy to encourage that with an almost purring, teasing tone.
