A gust of wind from his left cut him to the very bone, it was truly an uncomfortable experience and one he could seemingly find no relief from. No matter how much he wore something seemed to worm its way into the folds and gaps between his attire and freeze him to the core. It was something he hadn’t experienced since his childhood in Bosco and was honestly a surprise to feel something similar to it in a Fiorian town no less. Myra's, a rocky mountainous and otherwise unassuming town had terrible and dark secrets, this feeling of a hostile environment reaffirmed Kon’s belief that there was something more sinister within the walls. Was there something magically influencing the weather it was hard to say, but while he remained within the walls he swore that he’d find the truth behind all of the wrongdoings within the town. His self-appointed task had already begun having gained access to the noble, upper sections of the town and established a direct line with one of the nobles whom he wished to gain favour in hopes that they would assist him in his own goals. A difficult feat to say the least given they had only met twice and for the briefest of moments in those two instances.

While he had only caught a glimpse of the woman in those two instances, he still had a large amount of reach within the Myra's nobles since the Collective Mind began to influence the affairs of the town itself. Of course, it was something they absolutely detested but what were they going to do?, get support from the Dark Incursion raider. a laughable concept considering the genocidal behavior that many of their group shared in common. The rumors were definitely terrifying with Kon only having memories of similar behavior being mimicked from Demons, literal demons. To think humans would be capable of doing the things that they were doing was something that chilled Kon to the bone and overall wanted to avoid by all means possible. So far they had evaded the raiders by concealing their floating island from their dark doppelgangers but it was something he feared would be only a temporary measure.

Purely seeing the dark raiders at this point as just another hurdle to deal with, Kon prepared himself wearing far more than he had normally, donning full attire complete with armor and helm. He hoped for the most part that he’d be able to blend in with the raiders or was just simply intimidating enough to just not be attacked by them. So far his attempts at evading them had been successful, but he didn’t want to risk his chances and so, had concealed anything that might be valuable, his golden arm and eye covered, wrapped, and hidden from sight. While it was a constraining experience, he certainly favored this over the potential death sentence that he might face. In the past, he might have been able to flee from attackers but he no longer possessed magic in the first place. The only means of escape he really had was his skeleton key but that was a danger to use given the incursion was said to be influenced by those breaking into alternative dimensions.

Wielding little more than a series of documents taking up the appearance of simply a well-traveled ambassador, Kon began his journey down from the floating island with a party of envoys and diplomats who had been using the Guildhall as a haven of safety something that was truly rare in a world being conquered by another mirror world. They were from across the continent with many coming from Desierto and Joya due to the interactions of the guild members and those associated countries. A few were from Bosco and other neighboring countries but otherwise, it was just one or two unaffiliated individuals simple travelers looking to unlock the secrets of life. Some were otherworldly coming from exotic locations like Talaaz Lagaar with appearances resembling more machine than man, done through a sense of self-perfection rather than as an outcome of an injury or blight that befell upon them. He could never see himself taking up such a radical transformation unless his life was truly at risk

Travelling through the dangerous alleys, the party huddled up tightly largely circling around Kon with them finally departing with him needing to find the noble and them needing to continue with their own journey beyond the confines of Myras town. Wishing them the best of luck, Kon headed for the same noble building as the one which he had last seen the woman. An easiest feat to achieve then before with entrance to the higher class sections no longer being guarded or at least if they were they weren’t contesting him, perhaps out of fear that he was a dark raider, it was perhaps one of the few benefits of these demonic copies if everyone could be evil then everyone was evil. It was hardly worth their neck to try and stop someone fully donned in armor given they might easily just cut them down without consideration for their moral character or the outcomes of the social life from just killing guards that stood in their way.

Margaret von Abernburn, the woman who had effectively become his client at this point as it turned out had been waiting for Kon with her instead of confronting him before he even came close to her abode and spoke to him out in the open with her squire and her own party of guards and a mage being hired to help protect her from harm. Her appearance was far more refined than the last time that they had met with her instead introducing Kon with the same regard as she would a knight or noble of the same renown as her own. A truly rare sight for him to be considered an equal to someone who holds so much power nonetheless he would take it in his stride as he waited for her to announce the reason for their reunion in such a manner. From what he could glean from her request there were ongoing issues where regular criminals were using the rouse of dark raiders to pillage and plunder innocent citizens in Myras. More than happy to alleviate the situation, Kon left the woman just as quickly as they had come together

Padding down criminals something he was familiar with but given his strength it was something he’d admittedly have to be careful with especially given his reputation for takinig limbs of those that he confronted. This was something that only really occurred back in the days of the Sentinel Syndicate but as the saying goes old habits die hard. At least when he did it before that was through the Midas gauntlet and those being crippled had something to pawn off once they’ve lost a hand or arm instead now he’d be just tearing off the arms of those he’d be confronting. Times were rough and he held no respect to those that were using them to their advantage, so he’d go to the reported locations with the same bravado as a bull seeing red, dropping his documents on the ground and in turn his facade in the process. A problem that would be resolved with a few hours of Kon’s intervention but nonetheless one he’d relish as he would tear apart the criminals that were tearing apart the lives of the citizens below.
