Frankie Marino: Frankie is renowned around the city as the Vincenze's right hand. He is extremely tough and known for managing much of the businesses. His loyalty knows no limits. He'd take a bullet before letting anyone harm the boss financially or physically.

Summary: Accept Frankie Marino's request to stealthily follow the two men through the streets of Oak City, ensuring both that your cover is not blown and that you acquire as much information about them as possible. As they begin to intimidate various shopkeepers, reassure the shopkeepers of their safety and then confront the two men after they harrass a third shopkeeper. Use the information that you acquired to give them reason to leave Oak for their own safety.

Objective: Stealthily follow the two men who have arrived in Oak City to mess with Vincenze. Remain close enough to gather information on them, convince store owners they've intimidated that things are being handled, and then use the information gathered to threaten the two men.

Extra Rewards: None

Details:

Create a topic in Oak Streets.
You will report to a private location and speak with Frankie Marino.
He will inform you of a tip that he received of two men who are attempting to undermine Vincenze Tessio. He will also tell you that he wants you to send these men a message.
You are to stalk these men as they spend their day travelling through Oak City, being close enough to gather as much information on them as possible.
They will attempt to threaten 3 store keepers. After they leave from each of them, you're to reassure the store owners not to worry about that.
After you've reassured the last store owner, approach the two men, threatening them with the information that you had stealthily obtained while stalking them.
Once you have made it clear that they are not welcome in Oak City and know for certain that the two men are leaving, you're to return to Frankie at the same location as before.
Inform him of the success of his little plan and he will reward you for your service.
