She rested on the couch in the living room as she was waiting for Ragnar. They were going to join some party. This wasn't some regular party as it was a raid to go into a tomb again. She wondered what the tomb will look like and what exactly we will find. What will they fight now? Her eyes look towards the window to the porch as she combed her hair with her nimble fingers. Her eyes closed softly as she was thinking about him and what the letter really meant. Jin, what are you going to show and tell me soon? She was thinking to herself.

As soon as Ragnar is ready, she lifted herself up and went to the fridge to grab some water. " Did you want some?" She offered him and if he said yes, she would grab another bottle and give it to him. Today, she wore a black long shirt with her black pants. As soon as she got close to the raid area, she would then change into her dress that would protect her. If anyone tried to harm her. She felt a tug as her attire tightened. "R-right, Ragnar, this is Jurvag, say hello you pervert," she coldly stated. The attire didn't react besides holding onto Quilla tightly.

"Hello you useless oaf, perhaps you will do more this time," he said in a critical tone. She looked at Ragnar, "Don't mind him, he's possessive," she gave a light smile and now it was time for them to leave. "With how much trouble you get into, I have to be," he tried to defend himself before they left their hotel suite.

Ragnar left his room, this time already fully armed and armored up. There wasn't really a lot of reason why he shouldn't be getting ready for a fight at this point in this mission. They knew they were going to have to go deeper into the tomb this time and every single time he had to go into this tomb it was a fight or trying to murder someone or something else.

Ragnar looked over to see Quill offer him water, and Ragnar turned to down politely before turning around and getting ready to go. Ragnar saw that Quill then put some kind of dress over her normal clothes, so apparently she was also getting ready to be serious about this. Ragnar listened to what she had to say, confused for a moment as she spoke someone's name. Ragnar then heard a voice, a different older voice come out where from Quill was standing.

If Ragnar wasn't prepared for this, he might have acted out of instinct and pulled his hammer but it wasn't needed here. As he listened to what the piece of cloth had to say, his eyes narrowed in his helmet before shrugging. After the piece of cloth replied back with " I have to be ", Ragnar gave his answer back " Honestly not sure why she keeps me around 95% of the time, she seems to be able to handle just about anything without much more then a spell or two. So, I suppose ya, I am useless to her. But I imagine it is nice to have a pile of meat to take a shot or three for you. "

Ragnar didn't want to make it sound like he felt useless or make someone feel bad for him. He just knew what it was like at all times being next to someone stronger then him, most of his career if he spent time with someone it was because they were many times stronger then he was and he either tagged along in his early career or was 'pulled' along. Ragnar also took take what the weird robe had to say as what it was, critical criticism of what Ragnar was to Quill. It isn't like he insulted Ragnar's honor, called him a coward or anything else that would have made Ragnar just break the stupid thing with his hammer in a moment.

Ragnar then turned and left the hotel as per their normal way of doing things. Ragnar was simply focused on the mission, if the armor could talk then maybe it would save her life from something that Ragnar and Quill missed. Ragnar had no way of knowing how durable Quill was, maybe she could take a shot strong enough to kill him without flinching. Ragnar had no real way of knowing that information and sure didn't have a way to test it.

There mission today was to somehow, locate and join a group of adventurers that had a women in it with strange glowing eyes. That was a fairly rare trait but apparently she was interesting enough that Cain wanted to make sure that the girl was given over to his client. Though honestly Ragnar wasn't sure how much Quill would like to effectively give a girl with unique abilities over to someone she didn't know. It sounded a lot like slavery at best or experimentation on her at worst, at least that is what Ragnar sure thought it was.

"I suppose we should go now, enough of this conversation," she spoke coldly and if the cloth decided to speak unnecessary wisdom again, she'd tape it shut where the talking was coming from or worse, threaten to get hurt. Both of them left the hotel suite and she could feel the wind as the clouds were covering the sun. Was it going to rain? Her eyes of topaz glistened at the sight of rain as she looked at Ragnar. "Looks like peaceful weather to me," she tilted her head adorably and then gave a light smile before looking forward to walking again.

The two were going to join a party at that tomb as the group had a few people, specifically a girl with interesting eyes that glowed. She wondered what was so special about it since hers glowed when she went all 'battle' formation. Not that she cared or anything. Once they got closer to the tomb location, she saw the team wave at them. Her eyes spotted the girl who was standing there with their arms in a defensive way against her chest. Her hair was long and beautiful, black and silky like her hair would be if she didn't dye it so much.

"Let's start then!" they started to say as the girl silently followed them and Quilla as well as Ragnar, followed them.

Ragnar stood there and as they walked, he was thinking about the missions and he turned when Quill started to talk and looked at her through the helmet. She was trying to make him feel better in some way, and he nodded his agreement before saying simply to Quill " How do you feel about effectively selling this girl into slavery at best or experimentation at worst? " This question and hopefully her answer would be given before they even reached the group.

Ragnar was legitimately curious about this because she knew what their mission was. It was to get this girl to the necromancer's client and she also knew that anyone who wanted a small girl with strange powers wanted her for either a slave or to experiment on her. Ragnar was also interested to see what mental gymnastics Quill would have to do in order to rationalize this for herself.

As they entered the area of the tomb and located the group they were supposed to kill, he could instantly tell that the way they fought that the timid girl in the back was the most important thing. He could tell that by how they all stood around her in a defensive formation. Well this would be interesting then, because Ragnar knew at this point that he would have to kill every single one of them before he would even be allowed to get within grabbing range of the girl. Welp, that wasn't really a concern, it was apart of the job anyway.

As they walked into the tomb, Ragnar went ahead of everyone else because he didn't really have anything to fear at this point in time. He had been in this tomb enough to know that whoever ran this place, and it was being actively ran by someone, would make sure they only got lead down places they could handle. Did the person running this no good if the person it wanted died from a random trap.

As Ragnar was walking thought the tomb, basically being the one man scouting party for the group, a single skeleton jumped out of a hidden trap hole in the wall and attempted to bite Ragnar. Ragnar glancing over to see his target threw a punch that shattered the skeleton's skull into dust, but overshot the punch and his fist went slamming into the tomb wall, cracking the wall and causing some serious damage. After pulling his arm back out of the wall, he continued on. They would have to meet up with this client at some point.

As they walked before they got to the tomb and the people, she listened to Ragnar. He bought slavery into this equation and if Cain wanted to sell her, she doubted it. "Experimentation at most. Slavery is a large doubt, Ragnar. He needs her for his testing, plus... Not sure if you knew, but I had to help a doctor with his own experiments and I was the test subject... " she sighed and lowered her eyes. "Sometimes experiments are for a better cause, so I believe, but in the end, we need the money to survive, do we not?" she questioned him. "Surviving takes sacrifice," Jurvag spoke in his wisdom voice.

Sadly, the robe was right. They started a walk together in silence after that. Her eyes wandered around The Cave in the tomb as they kept going in deeper. She paid attention to what Ragnar was doing. They sometimes ran into traps and watched Ragnar punch some skeletons. As time passed, they have defeated already a few little minor enemies, but nothing huge. Soon enough, though, within moments after she thought about it, a powerful lich came in and arrived. She knew that she and Ragnar hadn't entertained this lich. Of course, there was no way that they were going to kill the guy as he was pretty powerful even more than her in terms of statistics. All they had to make sure was that she, Ragnar, and the girl that had special eyes had to escape.

Ragnar couldn't help but laugh at Quill's answer. Experimentation was 'better' then slavery. They were effectively the same thing to this girl, it isn't like she willingly became the test subject for whatever the man had but that is fine. Ragnar wasn't here to have a debate with Quill about her own personal feelings about anything. He would leave the conversation lie where it was.

As they walked deeper into the tomb, they were all surrounded by a bright white and blue light and in the next moment they were in a massive arena. An in the distance they saw a massive lich, and this must be their clients client. Apparently now was the point in the adventure where they needed to entertain this person. Welp lets see how this goes. As they continued, to fight which honestly the other group was doing fairly well. Ragnar was only really paying attention to Quill and his own well being for right now, and making attempts to help out the group but luckily the Lich above them watching was kind enough to give them enough things to fight that Ragnar didn't look like he was just standing around waiting for them to die.

Eventually one of them died and that was when Ragnar and Quill got the sad story about the girl. Apparently she was only here to get enough money to go live with her younger family member and that was it. Welp that younger family member was never seeing her sister again. And they asked to help them allow her to escape.

Ragnar nodded to this and allowed her to escape, getting closer to them as she flew off into the distance to hopefully get back to the tomb entrance from where they were teleported into. Once she had flown far enough away Ragnar did what the contract required him to. He turned on the other two, slamming one in the back with his hammer, cracking the man's spine and leaving him dead as he flew thirty feet through the air before doing the same to the last one. They clearly didn't expect a betrayal at this point, and to be fair, who would?

At this point Ragnar and Quill, the only two people left standing were told that they gave a good fight but they still had one thing left to go do. Go bring him the girl. Ragnar turned to Quill and said simply " Go get the girl and bring her back here. You are a spellcaster so you have a much better chance of finding her then I do. "

The fighting began as everyone took their turns. No one was dying and everyone wasn't getting hurt. As they were having their own little fun. The Lich was a little bit powerful as this guy must be the one that Cain was talking about. He stood tall and wasn't afraid as he knew that he was pretty powerful. One by one, someone finally died as Ragnar and Quilla got this sad story about the girl. She watched the detail as the guy died, as in one of the people that she went through this tomb with. Apparently her family was dead besides her little sister, who she now has to support. So she went on this adventure to get money so she could live somewhere. All she wanted was a peaceful life.

Her team members yelled out for her to go and go after the girl to escape somewhere. She went to go to the girl and helped her escape as she then realized Ragnar went back to the guys. Was he going to go back there and kill them? She wondered if the girl even realized and noticed. She sat there with a girl who was out there waiting and then wondering where the guy went, who was with her. She made her be reassured that she was going to be safe and he was going to go back there to help the two people she was without. Once Ragnar came back, she realized that the girl noticed. She started to run off and that was when Quilla hurried up to go after her. With everything she had, she had to hurry up and use her spells to even cut her shirt so it would stab through the ground and trap her there. Once she was captured, they had to go and take her back, which she did. They got rewarded once they were done.

Once Quill came back with the girl, Ragnar nodded to her as they handed off the girl to the lich and then were teleported out of the area. They ended up back at the enterance and as they walked back towards their hotel. They came back to their hotel and there was a small dufflebag that had all of their money in it.

Ragnar took his half of the money and then walked back into this room and began to get ready for bed. They got their money and nothing else really mattered though at this point Ragnar thought back to what Quill had said earlier in the day, did they need to do this mission to survive? It isn't like they were low on money, Quill had rented this place out for god knows how long. At this point Ragnar wasn't even sure if she didn't just own the place.

None of that mattered as Ragnar sighed, got out of his armor and got ready for bed.
