Description: The Sleeping dragon is a halberd that has lay within the ancients hallowed tombs of demi-gods and mortals long past. Working together to fight against the enemies of the world that they found with one another. Their togetherness was that of something of legend, working together to put a dragon one that had lost its name and therefore lost all of its might but it's insatiable desire to consume mana make many think that whatever dragon was put in here was sealed with good reason.

The weapon itself has long since passed from memory properly, so far into the past that its unknown how or why it was in the rune knights armory. A fluke? A happenstance? or perhaps the weapon itself was seeking a wielder that would put it to good use. The secrets of this weapon are deeper than what saturn himself is aware of and it's hard to say if the weapon chose him or if he chose the weapon.

When alone the weapon frequently speaks to the young demi-god, regaling him with tales of a never year and of events that he couldn't possibly know about. Trading this knowledge for mana from the demi-gods deep reserves.

Measurements: The sleeping dragon is a positively massive spear, one that goes beyond that of a normal length and is normally considered unwieldy by standards of mere mortals. It was designed by smiths ages ago to fight against dragons using some innate magical abilities that were inlaid by the strange smiths. The spear's grip and haft together are three meters in length. The blade itself is crooked, serrated and has a hook halfway in to help with disarming attempts or latching deep into scaled enemies. While classified as a spear it is wildly recognized as a halberd as spears often lack a cross-guard near the blade or a blade at the end of the weapon. The blades that are on the Sleeping dragon pulse faintly with mana, as though hungry and singing of a beast that lay deep within.

Effect: The soul of a slumbering beast is that of something not many trifle with. But the beast within the spear can be coaxed out of it's slumber if not for an instant. Letting the user launch a spear that follows the same dimensions as the weapon of its mana at a target up to 25 meters away. If it strikes a target it punches through any armor that they may possess dealing 1xS directly to them.

Effect: By awakening the behemoth of a spirit within the weapon one might be able to understand why this weapon is called a 'sleeping' dragon. It covers the user in an armor that seems to be made out of scales, absorbing up to 1xS damage per posting round and boosts all physical stats by 50%. It turns the weapon into a heavier variant meaning it cannot be wielded in one hand even if it the user meets the requirements. It increases the cost of all spells by 50% even the ones attached to items. This transformation is considered a biological one and therefore cannot be nullified.
