Voidlings

Voidling (New Character): Voidlings are one of the rarest species found on Earthland, created from the symbiosis between a human and a creature of the Void. They are extremely few in number and most people will never encounter a Voidling in their lifetime. Because they are so rarely found, their existence is not common knowledge. Voidlings are natural-born hunters and survival strategists. Only very rarely do they interact with humankind and a Voidling will always struggle to find footing amongst their societies. Voidlings cannot reproduce and must consume some sort of nourishment (usually human food) in order to survive. Due to their skill set and chaotic neutral alignment, Voidlings make excellent thieves, mercenaries, and assassins.

Voidling (New Character Details): The user must come from the void itself as though they were a creature of chaos harnessing immense mental and magical powers.

Voidling (Burn): A Voidling’s creation is the result of a mortal falling into the Fractured Sky. There, they are consumed by the Void and forced to merge with its creatures in order to stand a chance at survival. When a Voidling survives the painful and difficult transformation into something otherworldly, they can adapt to life within the Fractured Sky and even reemerge from it. This progress often takes decades and by the time a Voidling is able to break free from their prison, they have already forgotten how to live amongst the living.

Voidling (Burn Details): The user uses the burn method to burn away a portion of their experience and statistics in order to successfully consume the Void.

Perks

Ascended Thought: The user may communicate with anyone on the topic through telepathy however they can no longer talk normally instead using illusion and trick of hand to act as though they are.
Ethereal Frame: The user can no longer wear armor or helm items as they are now closer to the ethereal plane of existence than the physical world. Instead, the user may voluntarily use their mana to absorb damage that would have other been applied to them, this can be done up to 50% of their total base mana or 3,000 Mana whichever is less, this damage is not impacted by any resistances or weaknesses that the user already possesses, non-damage based modifiers such as debuff or mana drain will still apply however. Additional Mana from alternative sources can not be used to absorb damage.
Touched by the other side: The user's mana costs are heavily reduced with their magic spells being reduced by 20% while their race-based spells are impacted by the user's enhancements.
Cosmic Potential: Voidlings have immense opportunity to gain mana allowing them to purchase one additional mana potion per month.

Effect: The user places their fingers together to form a square and manifest countless eyes. The eyes then disappear and appear high above a single target while surrounding them. Through these monstrous eyes, the user can view the target at all times in their mind. The eyes keep following the target, allowing the user to have constant vision and awareness of the location of their target. With the eyes, the user can also see through invisibility, invisible spells, and magical disguises. The eyes can only be seen by the target. Whenever the target tries to approach or attack them, the eyes quickly distance themselves to avoid being touched.

Effect: The user snaps their fingers and curses a target with a glimpse of his own mortality, briefly aging the target. Imagining itself with an infirm body of advanced age, the afflicted believes it is no longer capable of youthful exertions. This causes the target to suffer from a Minor Physical Weakness as long as the spell is sustained. The weakness only applies to the body of the target and not their equipment. Furthermore, the user can't curse multiple targets at once. The spell doesn't stop affecting a target if they get out of range. The curse can, however, only be sustained for 5 posts on a target.

Imagining itself with an infirm body of advanced age, the afflicted believes they are more susceptible to the harsh effects of the elements and elemental magics. Skin burns like paper and chills cut to the bone. This causes the target to suffer from a Minor Magical Weakness as long as the spell is sustained. The weakness only applies to the body of the target and not their equipment. Furthermore, the user can't curse multiple targets at once. The spell doesn't stop affecting a target if they get out of range. The curse can, however, only be sustained for 5 posts on a target.

Effect: The user places their hand upon their intended target, and the user then pushes into their skull. The target's face starts to open up allowing the user to browse through their memories as if they were flipping through the pages of a book. They may select one topic for the user and become aware of everything that happened on that topic from the perspective of the target's memories. The memory is then absorbed into the memories of the user. The target may not be harmed while this is being used otherwise the spell cancels and doesn't absorb the memories. In order to use this effectively, the target must be willing, bound, knocked out, or asleep. This may only be used twice per month.
