Effect: Sage points out one of his fingers on a target, a poisonous fluid that is found in a wolfbane will form at the top of Sage's finger, the fluid will then flew up to 10 meters and any life form that made contact with it will have their reflexes hit by the fluid to be numb for 1 post.(The fluid can be blocked by anything.)(If the fluid hits a part of a hand, even a single drop, the whole hand will be numb and this applies the same to all the general body parts.)
