Quest: Case Files

Summary: Mysteries have been running rampant within Orchidia city and the cases have been escalating rapidly. From investigations regarding fake crimes, odd abductions from mad scientists, and unexplainable phenomena, there are too many matters to attend to and the Rune Knights could use all the help they could get as they have been spread far too thin. Capable individuals are encouraged to try their hand at detective work as long as they are willing to take considerable care.

Basic Reward: Base Quest Rewards
Good Bonus: The User receives an additional 50% of the base Jewel Reward by assisting the Rune Knights with various cases and providing clues and evidence. Or assisting citizens through the bizarre occurrences.
Bad Bonus: The User receives an additional 50% of the base Jewel Reward by deterring investigations for whatever nefarious or mischievous reasons.
Requirements: The character accepting the quest must be in Northern Fiore

Quest Conditions:

Each member of every team must meet the minimum requirements of the difficulty that has been selected i.e. a D-Rank can only complete D-Rank versions of the quests unless they are with a partner or group allowing them to complete a C-Rank quest.
Should the user meet the requirements of a certain difficulty, they may automatically participate in lower difficulties.
Users may complete up to 2 neutral quests once per week. Refreshing on Monday of the following week.
These may be completed alongside regular quests.
