After showing a new member the ropes at Blue Pegasus, he went questing off elsewhere. Hargeon was pretty tame for now, so he went to Luluhawa since his last adventure there was quite something. Only this time he didnt fly with a magical mount. Instead he took a boat. Also another noteworthy thing that between his few recent adventures he got himself an exceed companion. He basically saw big head honchos have one, so he snagged one for himself. Granted, their relationship wasnt the best.

Anywho, arriving at Luluhawa, he took a quest to find the Chiefs Heirloom. He also learned that this was to be a collaborative quest between Blue Pegasus and Rune Knights. So he couldnt really venture off anywhere until the Rune Knight came here. Meeting one a few months back would've been nerve wrecking as he was a mere werewolf with no guild to call his home. He was a loner and a loose cannon. Basically a dark race, a criminal, a target to these folk. But now things changed in these 5 months where he could work with these people with no fear. Now all he needed to do was wait for whoever comes

Toga

The first of many collaborations to come, Tōga hoped.

After a long and monotonous journey from Era to the distant island of Luluhawa, boredom had firmly settled into the fiery knight's restless spirit. Adventure and excitement were what Tōga thrived on - his boundless energy demanded constant stimulation. Extended periods of inaction eroded his patience little by little. Were it not for this joint mission with the guild Blue Pegasus to occupy his time, Tōga's energetic spirit may have boiled over in frustration. He lived for the thrill of new quests and challenges to conquer. Sitting idle tested the limits of even his normally easygoing patience. But now, finally partnering with a skilled mage from Blue Pegasus, Tōga could feel his excitement building once more. The promise of adventure on the horizon had reignited his fiery passion for life.

Upon arriving at the designated meeting spot, Tōga stretched out his limbs completely, relieving the stiffness that had built up during his travels. He let out an audible sigh as he turned his gaze to a figure standing not far away. Comparing their appearance to the description in the mission briefing, a wide smile spread across Tōga's face - this must be the comrade who would be joining him for the day's adventure.

"Heya!" Tōga called out cheerfully, his voice as vibrant and brilliant as the flames he controlled. He jogged over eagerly, his spiky pink hair fluttering in the coastal breeze. His chestnut eyes locked onto his new ally's, lighting up with ambitious excitement as he stretched out a welcoming hand in greeting.

"Name's Tōga! Nice to meetcha!"

He waited to see this Rune Knight, eventually the wait would pay off as a person would arrive to the spot and greet him. The Rune Knight was a lot friendlier and chill than he imagined. He expected Rune Knights to have like sticks up their asses. Well, he was glad he was with a human being with some emotion in them. Perhaps this wouldnt be as painful as he imagined.

"Sup. The name's Michael" points with his thumb to the exceed on his shoulder "Thats Samuel." and he continued with introductions and briefing "Chief Kahuna Whatchamacallit-" "Wailani" Samuel briefly interjected "Wanted us to find his heirloom thats been passed down for generations and such. Its all in this note decree thing" he said and handed the paper over to Toga. Where he could see that they needed to search Aina Forest
"So whenever you're ready we can go?" he told the Rune Knight.

Michael was ready, but he needed to make sure this relatively new partner was as well. Once they were set, the two would go to Aina Forest. Not that Michael knew where it was as he wasnt at that part of the island, but his Exceed companion knew so he led the way

Tōga's piercing gaze needed but a brief inspection to analyze and understand a person to their core. He lived with a near naïve joy, free of any fear or regard for his own wellbeing. His ego trumpeted to the universe - he had arrived. Yet his astute id remained ever vigilante, adjusting its senses to react to any stirrings. He could decipher a life's story before the page turned.

Michael was no different. His appearance whispered volumes Tōga was eager to delve into later. Those cool, steady eyes spoke of resilience and hard-won wisdom. His bearing was bolstered by experience beyond compare. Even the creature at his side - Samuel was it? - possessed an intelligence and perceptiveness to match. Today, Tōga, the Rune Knight, may well prove the liability amongst such seasoned company. How exciting!

"Michael, Samuel - it's great to meet you both!" Tōga enthused. Ever forward-thinking, he quickly pivoted to his next calling after outlining their mission instructions. For all his astute study of people, his thirst for adventure would always supersede any other drive. It was his most primal urge. No matter what it took, he would wholeheartedly pursue that exhilaration. "Once we wrap this up, we need to team up again for the next quest!" he declared. Adventure was his siren song and Tōga could never resist its pull for long.

“Seems simple enough. Let’s get to it!”

They would travel to the forest. The Rune Knight had spunk, Michael enjoyed his energy. He even said that they should team up again "You're the Rune Knight. If you want we will team up" Michael thinks the Rune Knights tend to be in charge of guilds as head honchos, so like what they say goes. Granted Michael isnt that guild savvy with Rune Knights and their way of work. He vaguely knows about them and the range of their authority.

As they would arrive there, the two would begin their search for the item.
"Surely an heirloom would stick out like a sore thumb" Samuel spoke as he looked around from Michaels shoulder. Michael merely shrugged which almost caused the exceed to fall

Michael wanted to do a lil divide and conquer strategy to split up and search for it. But before he did so, he would notice that there was a kid. Who also seemed to be searching for something
"I wonder who that is" Samuel expressed his thoughts aloud
"I guess one way to find out" Michael spoke and soon they would approach the young lad.
He wasnt sure if this had anything to do with the quest. But it looked like he was searching for something. Perhaps he too was doing this quest and looking for the heirloom or maybe he lost something else. So considering they were here, they might as well help the lad. Besides you never know what these forests have in terms of the wildlife

Tōga nodded absently, lost in thought as he tried to comprehend Michael's words about his role as a Rune Knight. As a newcomer to the order, Tōga knew little of the formalities and cared even less for the Knights' presumed authority over the guilds. Adventure, not politics, had lured him to join the Rune Knights. He sought only to satisfy his wanderlust and help those in need. The complexities of his position mattered not to him; the machinations of power did nothing to sate his conscience or curiosity. Tōga lived for the thrill of the open road and the righteousness of aiding others. The rest was just noise.

For now, the present beckoned them onward before the future could sweep them away. With a smile, Tōga fell into step behind Michael and Samuel, marveling at the verdant forest. All around, the sounds of wildlife murmured in ancient tongues - the chittering and chattering of a thriving ecosystem. Tōga listened, enraptured. The forest was alive, an endless well of fascination and wonder. Though the future called, for this moment, Tōga was content to dwell in the vibrant present, letting the sounds of the natural world speak to his spirit. Wherever the path led, it was enough simply to walk it with an open heart and attentive ear.

As they continued on their way, the trio came upon a lone boy, apparently on a quest of his own. While Samuel and Michael fell into conversation, Tōga's red hoodie flashed by them as he strode ahead to greet the curious child.

"Yoo! What are you searching for out here?" Tōga called out cheerily. "I'm Tōga, and those two back there are Michael and Samuel." He gestured animatedly toward his new companions.

Tōga's friendly nature compelled him closer, eager to make the acquaintance of this young explorer. Curiosity glimmered in his eyes, always ready for adventure's next chapter to reveal itself.

As Toga arrived to introduce himself. The kid would introduce himself back to him as Keanu Mahoe. And as Michael would also ask him whats he doing here, Keanu would explain to them that he is looking for the chiefs heirloom, because he is responsible for losing it. So he explained further, the thing was, he borrowed the item to help bring him luck when battling the War Hog in the woods, but unfortunately failed in his attempt and lost the item.

"War Hog?" he'd repeat as he'd look at Toga and Samuel. If there is a War Hog, how dangerous was it? Should the kid join them? Seemed like a hassle. But if they leave him unattended, he could be attacked by the animal. So maybe it was best he sticks by
"Ok ok. You can join us in the search. But stick close to us. I dont want you to be attacked or gored by the thing" Michael spoke. Soon though he got an idea
"Actually, y'know what. Come here" he said and grabbed him and gave him a good sniff to get his scent. Once he memorized Keanu's scent. He wanted to use that to find the heirloom. If Keanu had a hold of it, the item would surely have the kids scent.
"Ok, I got the scent. Follow me" he said as he'd slowly follow the scent to the item.

"Keanu! Welcome aboard!" Tōga proclaimed, clapping the slight boy heartily on the back. The force of Tōga's friendly blow nearly sent Keanu sprawling headfirst into a nearby tree. Oblivious to his own strength, Tōga let out a hearty laugh as Keanu staggered to regain his footing. Towering over the child, Tōga beamed, his excitement at their new companion overshadowing any notion of restraint. Keanu glanced warily up at the hulking mage, wondering what adventures lay in store with this boisterous, unpredictable new friend. Tōga met his gaze with a wide grin, eyes alight with mirth, no inkling of the chaos his unchecked enthusiasm could unleash. This quest was sure to be interesting with Tōga in tow.

"A hog?" Tōga exclaimed, eyes lighting up. "I bet it tastes great!" He barely restrained himself from drooling at the thought, mindful of present company.

As Michael conferred with Samuel, a new plan took shape. Taking Keanu by the shirt, Michael had Samuel inspect the boy, picking up his scent. Clever idea. Tōga realized he could do something similar; his dragon slayer lineage gifted him preternatural senses. But he wouldn't steal their thunder - this ingenious tracking tactic was their brainchild.

Tōga grinned, anticipation building. The hunt was on. With young Keanu's scent locked in Samuel's mind, they had their path. Tōga's stomach rumbled eagerly, but he kept pace with the others, letting their skills guide the way. Wherever the hog had wandered, they would find it now. And once they did, a feast would await!

“Let’s go!” Tōga shouted, preparing for what would be an inevitable battle between man and beast!

Funny thing, while the Rune Knight thought that the exceed was the sniffer, it was actually Michael himself. Toga dint know, but Michael was a werewolf, so he had the nasal senses of a Dragon Slayer, but better. Only this time he wasnt as crude with his action as he was the last time he hunted down the Mysterious Merchant in Hargeon. He had more tact.

Following the scent they would arrive and see the heirloom, buuut they were in the hogs den. And it was NOT happy to see them. Clearly protecting its turf and its shiny new toy. Michael drew his knife. The exceed used his wings to get off his shoulder to make sure he's safe but also ready in case he needs to be the support.

"I guess we're gonna be feasting hog today!" he said as he charged in for an attack on their new animal foe. Keanu wanted to join in too. But the two Blue Pegasus members werent sure how well he'd fair in battle. So Michael tried to face the animal with Toga before it could harm a civillian

The squadron forged onward, plunging deeper into the forest's depths in pursuit of the fearsome hellhog. Glory or defeat - the outcome remained unseen, feeding Tōga's rising anticipation. He could scarcely contain his exhilaration as they pressed ahead into the unknown. The twisting woods surrounded them, concealing what lay ahead, but Tōga was undaunted. Peril or fortune, he cared not - the thrill of the hunt consumed him. Step after bounding step carried them closer toward their quarry and whatever fate awaited at the journey's end. Tōga reveled in the momentum, his spirit soaring as wildly as his imagination. Come what may, they would meet it head-on, bound by camaraderie and driven by adventure's call. This quest ignited Tōga's blood, and he would follow where it led, be it to triumph or ruin.

Luckily, their treacherous trek was short-lived. The hog's snarling yelps grew louder as the four emerged into a wide forest clearing. There, before them, stood the monstrous creature, tusks sharp as blades, furry armor bristling. The hellhog pawed angrily, ready to charge these intruders without mercy.

Tōga's eyes and grin widened with thrill and excitement. As Samuel took to the skies and Michael lunged ahead, knife in hand, Tōga felt prepared to do the same. His fists readied, wreathed in untamed potential. The zeal of his conviction raged in tandem with his pounding heart. Tōga leapt eagerly into the fray, excitement unleashed. This is what he lived for - adventure, adrenaline, action! With allies at his side, he rushed to meet the challenge head on. Peril only amplified the exultation. Tōga met the hog's frenzied glare with blazing eyes, daring it to make the first move. Win or lose, he would meet this test with all his fiery spirit. Come what may, he would burn bright!

As the hog would charge at them, Michael would be able to dodge it and slash it. Damaging it. But the wild war hog was... well wild, so it would go and attack someone else since Michael was a threat with his knife. It went to attack the kid that was tagging along. But Michael ran after trying to save the kid. Luckily at the nick of time, Samuel would swoop in and pick up Keanu to safety so the Hog wouldnt be able to injure the civillian. Michael then kicked the pig and looked at the Rune Knight who wold do his own attack at it

"Yo, Rune Knight. We gonna chow down on this piggy right? Show me what'chu got?" he spoke to the Rune Knight. Maybe not the proper way to speak to one. But this one looked younger a few years than him and had spunk. Probably not high in the hierachy. So maybe he can speak normally to him. And besides, he wanted to see what the Rune Knights can bring to the table in terms of combat. Michael wasnt gonna transform because he didnt feel the need if the animal wasnt endangering anyone. So he was going at this pretty chill, eager to see Toga finish it off

Tōga's thoughts drifted between envisioning the satisfying crunch of his Fire Dragon Iron Fist crushing the hog and the succulent roast it would later make over the campfire. Yet he remained focused enough to appreciate Michael's graceful movements as he fluidly evaded the hog's charges and precisely dealt his mystical blows. It soon became clear that the mage had no need for Tōga's help on this hunt—Michael's skill and precision showed he could handle the beast alone.

In a desperate bid for survival, the wild hog set its sights on Keanu, the youngest of the four. Ducking its head low, the beast charged relentlessly at the child with no fear. But Michael swiftly intercepted it, giving the Rune Knight an opening to leave a lasting impression. With fluid grace, he stepped between Keanu and the hog's gnashing tusks. In one smooth motion, he drew his blade and sliced downward, carving a deep gash across the hog's shoulder. The beast stumbled, then collapsed to the ground with a final squeal, defeated by the Rune Knight's skillful and timely strike.

"Oh yeah! This hog will make a tasty roast over the fire!" Tōga shouts as the flames around his heart erupt brighter. He leaps forward, soaring through the sky before landing directly upon the hog, his powerful fist crushing into its ribs. The creature squeals in pain as the concussive force from his hand exposes its internal organs. Its eyes glaze over permanently as Tōga's attack deals the final blow.

With the hog defeated, Keanu saved, and their mission complete, there is but one thing left to do: feast! Tōga rubs his hands together in anticipation of the succulent pork roast to come, the result of his fiery fist fulfilling its purpose.

After some time, everyone returned back to the origin of the mission and were able to return the heirloom back to the chief. In a moment of glee, he shouts in excitement. A job well done!
