Jin stood on the shores of change. A history had come for him here and time and time again he found himself in this same spot. The sands grained upon the feet of carefree folk in the water. It was not long ago that they had forgotten the ship that wrecked on the shores. Long enough for the man to care less and less about his own actions that day.

Wind swept along the lines of the beach as a man scurried down the runway nearby. Across his shoulder was a satchel. Bundles of scrolls peeked out from the soft overhanging flap as the bag bobbed up and down. A curious cock of his brow arched upward. "Could it be," he spoke softly. From a time long ago he had seen travelers dressed the same way. Headed down the same cobbled street. He turned his head to look down the road and towards his old guildhall. It had been so long and this would be so sweet, he thought.

The paladin lurched forward, and with a swift snatch from his armored hand he gathered a bundle of the curiours shirt. The man yelped in surprise as his body was flung backward and thudded into the paladin. Jin stared down at the man with a devilish grin and tossed him into an alley. A dead end faced them as the curious scrambled to find a way out. To climb a wall, anything.

Jin approached with his hands held up. "Listen I just want the quests papers alright. You don't have to worry. You know that guild isn't going to do anything with them. Where are they now? At a beach? At a party?" Jin shook his head in dismay and sadness thinking about it.

"We both know they won't help you. Not like I can. Take a chance. Give it to them and its a good as forgotten. Take a chance on me. And just maybe you'll run into some good luck."

The courier cowered backward. Confusion riddled his face.

The paladin stepped closer still. His hand outstretched to grab the parchment from the man. Sheepishly the man's face began to change. It looked a little more relaxed. His hands slowly reached for the bundle of scrolls. The bundle of guild quests meant for blue pegasus. They paused but Jin stayed unmoving and waiting. The man had to know that even if he refused, he could face a fate worse than just giving in anyway. The courier gripped the scrolls and with his head held low he extended them to the Eternal Nightmare Guildmaster.

"That's it," Jin said as he took the scrolls. "You can go. I'll handle this," jin said as he cracked them open and began to read. "A gang huh? Seems like they have been messing things up pretty well." He said and turned around toward the street. The courier was still there, standing dumbfounded. The dark guild master was actually reading and talking about doing the quest.
