Kaito was drawn to the Pub and he decided that he would stop in and he would look around for what could be and what could be he wanted to make sure that this feeling was right and it felt right to do, he didn't seek power from the runes he sought to keep them out of the hands of bad people so he will do as he sees fight to keep them from the hands of those that didn't deserve them or that Kaito did not see fit to allow them to be held by even if he is a peaceful person by nature he has to be extra careful of what could be lurking right out of sight of himself or the others that he did choose to take care of the runes around him. He was here to try and see if another rune was weighting heavy in some ones pocket, and with his dimensional powers it would be easy to find the right pocket to pick for it.
