The wind howled as Ariael walked up the steep mountain within the seighart region. Once before he would have grown tired from all the walking, but his body was getting use to it. Over the past few weeks he had grown stronger and he could feel the change to his physique. He didn't know if it was from his newly acquired Dragon Slayer magic, or from just doing all those quests. "Sooner or later I'm gonna have to sit down and rest or I'll tire out." muttered the man to himself. He had been chasing no one in particular and still didn't come across anyone who he could consider as his prey.

Since Ariael has been in Fiore, the strongest person he has come across has only been himself. He thinking that because he had an ego. His eye allowed him to see all of the power someone wielded and he had yet to come across anyone who was above his own. Raising his hand, Ariael would cover his eyes from the shining sun. He had told the Red Wyvern to wait at the top of the mountain. The smell of the creature didn't hit him yet, so he was positive he hadn't reached it.

The smell reminded him of the dragon who had given him his powers, but there was a difference in the smell that he couldn't quite pinpoint. It always left his mind wandering, but he knew best not to pander over it.

After walking a few more minutes, the wyvern would come into view on the edge of a cliff. The smell that Ariael took in seemed to heat his body all the way to the core. It made him want to kill anyone who came near him. Was that what it meant to be a Dragon Slayer? The term wasn't new to him, but having the abilities of one was quite the new experience. "I should have asked for the long term effects." laughed Ariael as he came to stand near his mount. His hand would run across its scaly back.

He examined it like a doctor would a wound. Letting out a small sigh, Ariael would climb aboard its back and give it a command to take into the skies. The wings of the creature were strong and one push was all it took to rise ten meters high. Each flap raised them higher and higher to the point where the wind felt like it would freeze him. The feeling he felt seemed to make him hungry. Opening his mouth, Ariael would take in all the wind he could. Each gulp made him feel stronger. It was one of the benefits of being a Dragon Slayer. He could eat wind...

Within minutes they would be flying over the Seighart Mountains and towards eastern fiore. In a city called Magnolia Ariael had some business to attend to. Maybe it would be the start of him truly unleashing chaos across the country?
