Alisa

WORDS: 480 | TAG: @xandra | CLOTHES

How long had it been since she last went out at night?  As a rule, she treated her body like a temple, getting up early and eating well, and staying away from overindulgence. But if she were to deny just about everything adventurous on the grounds of not being healthy, what kind of life would be leading? Granted, she wasn't always like this. Why, just four years ago, Alisa was much wilder than she was now, quickly building up a high tolerance for alcohol and late nights, all in the name of toughness, and secretly, as a way to forget the grief, then a wound still fresh. Joining her guild had changed all that, letting her use art to keep her spirit fit instead of trading physical for mental health.

So she found herself going out less and less, yet nights like this one just didn't allow her to stay indoors. She stood in front of the closet in her underwear for a good few minutes, rubbing her cheek and wondering what to wear... After several, "Hmmm, not this one either...", her eyes finally settled on what would become her final choice, her lips widening into a smile as she decided , "This works pretty well. Alright, let's go with that."

A short, backless halter dress, colored wine red just a few shades darker than her own eyes, boasting a plunging, but not exaggerate cleavage. She topped this off with red heels and a light blue necklace, before finally tying her long raven hair into a ponytail. A choice of elegant sensuality - sexy but classy - a perfect expression of her sense of style. The skirt fluttered around with every step and sway as she stepped outside, while the open back revealed the adamantine tattoo she had on her left shoulder.

What a lovely night sky, clear and starry with a large, nearly full moon to light way. The song of the cidadas accompanied Alisa along the mostly empty roads while a cool but gentle breeze brushed against her skin every so often.

Empty for now of course, as a member of Blue Pegasus and technically a resident of Hargeon, she knew there'd be plentiful parts of the city bustling with activity.

She wasn't after any of those streets, however, instead, she wanted to find herself a little bar with some people around, enough that she might either spot an old friend or make a new one. Throw in too many people and Alisa stopped being able to hear herself think, which had a way of turning even the coolest of girls into far less friendly versions of themselves.

Her destination? A bar called The Limozen. A small, less frequented lounge bar where she could sit around, and chill with a cocktail in hand. Alisa would be slightly overdressed for it, but then, she often was. Blue Pegasus and all that...

The glimmering street lights that illuminated the busy streets of the city completely captivated the attention of many but there were some indeed, to whom the ebony sheet above which was laced with stars seemed far more attractive. The tall blonde, happened to be one of them. Strolling over the concrete pavement, she felt the sounds of idle tattling drown behind the curtains of her mind that only opened for the light tapping of her feet which were clad in a pair of heeled brown boots as her lilac gaze remained fixated on the glazed sky above, occasionally flickering to her front to avoid any unnecessary body contact with anybody. But alas, she found herself in a state of failure as her body collided into another, causing her to murmur a small apology. With a sigh, Xandra took a good look around, skimming her irises over the hoard of people only to find herself wanting to escape the crowd and hence she moved forward. A small rumble escaped her empty stomach, discourteously  pointing towards the small but elegant bar that silently called out to her.

As she sauntered through the glass door, gently pushing it to allow the sudden gust of chill air to carefully caress her bare arms, legs and neck, she found herself delighted at the presence of fewer individuals. Clad in a simple floral patterned dress that hugged her waist and extended till mid-thigh in a simple flowing skirt, the symbol of her Knighthood threatened to peek through into the alcohol scented vicinity that lay within the four walls. The dimly lit room comprised of small chit-chat which submerged within the light humming of the music. Her gaze flickered around before landing upon a certain individual who had a captivating aura surrounding there. With long raven hair, she was an eye-catching beauty, to say the least as her attire confidently showed off her wonderful body. Tucking the loose strands of hair behind her ear, while the others remained tamed within the the braid that fell over her shoulders, she took a few steps further, finding herself having to sit down next to the captivating female as that happened to be the only seat available. Where she sat or whom with, made no difference to her as the lingering scent of alcohol aroused her curiosity while her stomach whined in hunger.

Thankfully, the Limozen was always the same as she remembered it. Classy furnishing and glass doors made for a pleasant sight, while smooth music and smell of fancy liquor easily lulled one into a relaxed state. It even lacked that ever present stench of stale tobacco that plagued so many other bars (and made Alisa's clothes smell awful by the time she left) courtesy of a well designed ventilation system.

A single glance around spanned most of the bar's average size and recognized most of the faces as citizens of Hargeon, a couple of guildmates from Blue Pegasus, and about a handful of strangers, none of them remarkable enough for Alisa to do more than simply keep track their presence. She stepped towards one of the nearer benches by the bar and took a seat, crossing her legs in a single, graceful motion. The bartender seemed busy for the time being, leaving the sculptress to admire the wide array of shapes and sizes brewers bottled their beverages in, resting and crossing her arms over the table. One might think of the people who designed all these bottles as artists in their own regard, and that notion wouldn't be too far from the truth...

Of course, admiring bottles was all fine and dandy... But something told her there were far better sights to grace her eyes.

As someone used to watching people and admiring the striking ones, Alisa often got a pretty good hunch when somebody worth staring at walked into a room. Maybe it had to do with how so many - guys in this case - turned to gaze in the same direction in quick succession? She herself had that effect on people, and naturally recognized what it meant.

She turned in that direction, just in time to see her ravishing blonde in a short dress taking a seat next to her. The dress' tight waist highlighted her slender hourglass frame, while taking no attention away from her natural beauty, a kind of option only a girl confident in her appearance could make. Surprised at so close and stunning a sight, her brow raised for a split second: It looked like the girl had been watching her too, so Alisa raised one hand to her cheek and took a brief moment to admire in return, her crimson gaze trailing down the girl's alluring form - spotting a small hint of a tattoo on her thigh - and then back up into her eyes as she flashed that cool, radiant smile. Though no words were exchanged at that moment, the look in the artist's eyes spoke for itself, showing comfort with the blonde's presence, welcoming her even.

Leave it to a loner to convey her mood with nothing but a gaze...

Yet all of the blonde's otherwordly beauty, the low sound Alisa heard next was anything but, drawing the hand on her cheek in front of her mouth as she chuckled playfully, just as the bartender came by to ask the usual, "What can I get you?"

"I'll have a Long Island Ice Tea...", she ordered herself a very strong, deceptively named cocktail before turning her head to the side, glancing over her shoulder at the charming blonde - half silently asking what she wanted to drink, and half ordering something in her name, "...And a bowl of peanuts."

Before the bartender went away to mix her drink, he poured her peanuts into a bowl and placed it before Alisa, who in turn pushed it slightly towards the mysterious blonde, "Here, dig in~", she offered with a laid back tone, an unusal mix of cool and warmth. It was as good a way to break the ice as any, especially when the girl in question looked like she needed it.

Beautiful. That was all that the female could think when she saw the simple, chic smile that was thrown at her. Now that she was closer, she could feel a peaceful aura around the unfamiliar female that radiated a sense of elegance but at the same time, she did not find herself feeling inferior, not that she often does. There was a friendliness about the woman that she could not describe. However, she did feel slightly uncomfortable when she found the stranger staring at her but that was soon suppressed when she recalled that she too had been doing the same thing to raven-haired allure just a few moments ago. Nodding slightly in acknowledgement, her bare legs came together, touching one another before she positioned herself deeper into the sepia couch that sunk beneath her weight.

It was rather magnificent that the two females were able to appreciate each other's beauty without having to utter a single word. The blonde wouldn't have preferred it any other way. The lulling music evaded her ears as the tiny growl of her stomach had managed to cause a slight bit of amusement for the lady. Biting the corner of her lips, embarrassment poked at her through the wall in her head but her stone expression showed no difference, remaining as monotonous as it always had. Perhaps the next few hours may be able to change that as she was indeed, willing to jump into the unknown dimension of alcohol, which probably wasn't the wisest idea as she was surrounded by people she did not know, in a town that she had traveled to only a few days prior.

Their silent moment was disturbed by the entrance of the waiter, clad in a sleek, black uniform that yelled out the level of class this lounge bar held. Asking what two had wanted, she pondered over the question, glancing at the alluring woman who awaited her response before monotonously, in her low voice, speaking out, "I'll have the same." As the little snack was ordered, the blonde used the time, proceeding intake her surroundings as her ears vaguely focused on the pattering of the light brown snacks against the glass dish. The silhouette of individuals clouded her vision within the faintly lit room as they swayed to the sound of the music, minding their own business. Of course she noticed the occasional glances thrown in their direction, possibly towards the dark-haired female as even Xandra, found herself charmed simply by her presence.

The woman's voice caught the blonde's attention as she took a glimpse at her before shifting her lilac gaze towards the polished marble table where the glass dish of peanuts sat. Xandra had a rule, and it was to never deny free food. Murmuring a small thanks, she grabbed the snack between the tips of her fingers and plopped it in the mouth, biting into it as the slightly bitter but delicious flavor sprawled over her tongue. Within a matter of seconds, the waiter had returned with two large glasses placed neatly on a tray as he bent down before gracefully sliding them onto the table. She could already tell that this was going to be an interesting night.

WORDS: 650 | TAG: @xandra | CLOTHES

Indeed, Alisa looked thoroughly smitten by the stranger sitting next to her oh so casually, a feeling magnified every time their eyes crossed and they shared a smile, leaving little doubt that the girl thought the same of her. For someone like Alisa who favored beauty, she could have sat here for hours admiring hers, but after a while, that just wouldn't be enough. Unyielding curiosity would drive her to know more about her, gleam as much about her as she'd be willing to share, anything and everything. It wasn't even a judgemental thing, as the artist appreciated everything that made a gorgeous person who she was, all part of the same whole.

Even now she already felt a reassuring vibe, something she couldn't quite place...

Until she spotted the reason. Every now and then her eyes trailed below to the charming blonde's long, shapely legs, and during one of those times, a slight scooting motion on the pliable couch gave her a closer glimpse at her tattoo. An ankh symbol - the crest of the Rune Knights - left little doubt to her affiliation. Though Alisa never considered joining them and many people saw them as corrupt, on some level she still felt their presence comforting. An unconscious leftover from her younger days, as the current Alisa had far greater power than most mages, be they knights or otherwise.

At this rate, she'd slowly and steadily drop her guard as time went on, taking in that faintest tinge of embarassment on her face like the most supremely stunning sight in the whole wide world. Turned out that little sound had indeed come from her, as Alisa suspected, in turn meaning she had the right idea ordering those peanuts. More importantly, the blonde's order hinted to the profound appreciation for each other's presence. Perhaps one had to be aloof - avoiding most people as a general rule - before they could genuinely enjoy spending time with the ones truly worth it.

Ruby met amethyst as Alisa's gaze lingered on the blonde's longer than usual, patiently waiting for her to to look back before smiling gracefully. Yet all the while, one question bounced around her head: How well did this girl know what she'd just ordered? That cocktail had one of the most deceitful names of all, as unwitting drinkers might order it expecting it to be soft, and instead get one of the strongest drinks on the menu. A bit leaner and shorter than Alisa, the difference in weight hinted at a proportionate difference in alcohol tolerance. But one can hardly spot an iron liver until its owner starts knocking down drinks...

Whichever the answer, Alisa knew she'd see it soon, and as the thankful Knight dug in the snacks, Alisa followed suit, their fingers brushing on occasion. Save for that faint roughness on her knuckles, the sculptress' alabaster skin, almost sinful in its smooth softness, hinted at someone who took great care of her hands: Despite needing them to both fight, she needed them to sculpt too.

"I'm Alisa...", she'd finally give her name, an almost glamorous smile on her lips as she brushed a raven lock behind her ear. Instead of the occasional touch as they picked up peanuts from the same bow, she'd formally offer the girl her hand in greeting, "Pleasure to meet you.", wishing to have a name to go with the beauty before she took a long, experimental sip of her drink.

Defenitely well made, the mixologist too could proudly call him or herself an artist. The splash of cola perfectly concealed the high alcohol content, while maintaining a masterful symphony of flavors from each of the spirits involved, gracing her tongue in any way imaginable. Her lips widened as she reclined comfortably on the couch, humming as uncrossed her legs then crossed the other way, casting the blonde a curious glance. There was much she could lean from her reaction...

The relaxed ambiance of the lounge bar radiated an the unbeatable presence of pleasure and tranquility. A feeling of serene composure took over the blonde's body, burying every ounce of anxiety and awkward emotion that threatened to take over. Her heart beat synced with the rhythm of the music as her shoulders sagged ever so slightly, showing that she had let her guard down. It was good for her to let loose every once in a while, especially for someone such as herself who tries her best to almost always be aware of her surroundings and keep her guard high. Perhaps it was the presence of the striking individual that strangely gave her a sense of relief which not many people did, or perhaps it was just fatigue and exhaustion from constantly being reserved around others and building walls so high that no one could climb through, that made her want to free herself of these clutches of unwanted stiffness. Whatever the reason be, she found herself at peace.

As she munched on the peanuts, allowing her taste buds to adapt to the minute bitterness of the snack, her slender fingers occasionally grazed the smooth skin of the female. Xandra found herself glancing at the woman often, taking glimpses at a time and concluded that she was indeed someone who took care of her own body; In fact, it was quite evident. A slim, but well built figure such as hers didn't seem like something that was easy to achieve, moreover paired up with what the blonde looked upon as, perfect skin. A lot of effort must go into it and the results were truly spectacular. Turning her head to the side, her gaze met the woman's crimson ones as she proceeded to introduce herself as Alisa. A beautiful name which undeniably suited her perfectly. The loose strands of hair that escaped her braid tickled the side of her neck as she lightly turned her body before grabbing the woman's velvety hands with her own, willowy yet slightly rough ones. "Xandra. It's nice to meet you too." Much like her other words and sentences, this one was also short, simple and to the point.

It was wrong of her to think that she was finally at ease as standing before her was the beverage that sounded so deliciously appealing but little did she know, that for a first timer, she had possibly dug her own grave. Unsure of what to do, she simply decided to follow Alisa's movement, grabbing the glass and taking one, large gulp of the strangely alluring drink. Alcohol indeed appeared to have an undefeatable power. As soon as the glass parted with her plump pink lips that now had traces of liquid on it, her face scrunched, probably showing the most evident expression she had shown in quite a while. The bitter taste that hid behind the facade of the delicate cola showed it's true colors as her eyebrows knitted into a frown. It wouldn't require much to figure out that the female apparently had a low alcohol tolerance. The liquid felt like it seeped to her head as the voices around her dulled and for a moment, she could feel the stinging pain that jabbed her head.

But alas, that didn't last long. Before she knew it, the headache had disappeared although she did feel light-headed. Dizziness took over as her vision blurred, flickering around before she let her eyelids rest. Hauling them up, it had returned to normal as she straightened her back, looking at Alisa, "This is goof." Pause. "Good" She fixed her mispronunciation before nodding to herself. It was clear that she was already slightly drunk. Grabbing the glass, she raised it mid-air, holding it at the height of her face, "Cheers", she said before chugging down the rest. Indeed a wonderful and unpredictable night awaited her.

WORDS: 800 | TAG: @xandra | CLOTHES

This place had a way of melting off one's apprehensions, even for a paranoid girl like Alisa. She didn't show outwardly, but the effort of always keeping up her guard - tracking everybody she could see - exhausted her mind if not her body. The trench she always dug between herself and those she didn't trust (including the vast majority of people), to see without getting close; contrasted with the openness she displayed here, turning her body slightly towards the blonde and resting her hand the other way. Voluntarily relinquishing that mental solitude towards a girl whose name she didn't even know.

Though she had yet to learn how the blonde felt pretty much the same, she sensed it, the way her lithe body gradually relaxed and eased into the soothing softness of the sofa. Is it any strange that a girl so vain felt especially drawn to people with whom she sensed a sort of kinship? Sometimes this simply meant belonging to the same guild, and other times a sense of mutual understanding.

She accepted her hand and introduced herself...

Her tone had a kind of aloof straighforwardness Alisa seldom displayed outwardly anymore, a fresh reminder that sent her thoughts wandering back to those days. Nothing big enough to detract from the attention she gave the blonde, who predictably had a name as pretty as herself, "Xandra... Lovely name. It suits you.", she'd praise, memorizing its sound coming off her gloss tinted lips like she so often did. Alisa's way of never forgetting a name, even if she needn't such efforts when meeting such an unforgettable beauty; like they say, old habits die hard.

Her skin had a certain roughness, further hinting to her nature as a driven, single minded person. No doubt a resolute fighter as well. She defenitely took care of her body and displayed it with pride, but it felt like she always had a far more important objective in mind. As the night went on, the tall Pegasus would no doubt confirm or deny whether this interpretation held true.

And might be faster than she expected; at the first sip of the drink, her surprise told the sculptress she didn't know what she ordered, and the frown revealed her inexperience. Perhaps the northern blood she got from her father had endowed her with a greater resistance, though she did't really train it as much as she did before joining Blue Pegasus - probably too much for a sixteen year old girl - but she could easily chug an average cocktail while feeling only a tad bit tipsy, if at all.

However, this was everything but a normal cocktail, and knocking one down fast would easily get her drunk... As opposed to Xandra who got tipsy at the first few sips, and flat out drunk with the next few, her speech slurring in a matter of moments.

"Is is, isn't it~?", chuckled Alisa, reaching out and resting her hand on the girl's shoulder. A soft, casual touch with no real meaning behind it but expressing closeness. Something she occasionally did to those she felt at ease around, and would only do it more as her body loosened up and her inhibitions dropped down, "Though you should drink it a little slower. Take your time, enjoy it.", she curled her lower lip, licking along its supple curve, savoring the leftover ambrosia, "This bar makes some of the best cocktails you'll ever find in Hargeon."

A little advice under the guise of a genuine recommendation from someone who had visited this place many times in the past. Though she didn't mind letting go of her restraint, she'd feel like she was getting a girl drunk had she said otherwise, or nothing at all. Of course, these words fell on deaf ears. As Alisa's brow raised with the girl's glass, a simple thought danced around her mind, 'Is she really going to...?'.

Yup, she was. Not one to leave a girl hanging, she too raised her glass, and toasted, "To new relations~!"

Chiiink

...Before she too chugged down her whole glass in one go. Albeit disguised, the alcohol still burned its way down her throat, but Alisa held through without flinching, clearly used to the sensation, to do something she hadn't done in a long time. As the last drop passed by her lips and she put the glass down, her head felt well and truly woozy not so much from the amount she'd just drunk, but the sheer speed of it, "You're not from around here, I take it?", she'd inquire in a jovial, laid back tone, holding Xandra's gaze.

"To new relations!~", the blonde murmured, repeating the words of the beauty as the stinging sensation of the liquid burned her throat with intensity. Her eyes forced themselves shut as her eyebrows knitted together to form a frown. It was only a matter of seconds before the amount of liquid present in the cup had disappeared through her parted lips. Pulling away the glass that now felt slightly heavy, she placed it back onto the furnished marble table before running her tongue over her lips dowsed in the bitter, yet fascinating taste of the beverage before she raised a hand and with the back of her fingers, grazed the lower corner of her lips where the liquid threatened to roll down.

It took a few moments for the stinging sensations in her head to return as a heaviness weighed her down. Her vision found itself blurring and then re-focusing when her eyes met Alisa's. The gentle hand that was placed on her shoulders moments ago had finally captivated her attention but alas, it was too late for her brain to register the words that had become scarcely audible to her. Xandra felt like herself, but at the same time, felt so different that even she couldn't recognize who she was. Upon meeting the crimson irises, a small smile made its way onto her lips as she diverted all her focus onto the individual before her.

"Nope", the word rolled off her tongue as she answered the question thrown at her, her voice louder than it was before but still, moderately low. Without any time to waste, fate threw hints at her as her voice escaped her throat without permission, flying out into the air in the form of a hiccup which was soon followed by its peers, that occasionally caused her body to jolt backwards in the slightest movement. She felt her smile widen into a larger one as a feeling of unfamiliarity took over. Her smile was genuine but the structure of her face had not yet adapted to the variation in her facial expressions. "You seem to know a lot about Hargeon." hiccup. "I'm guessing you must be from here?" She too proceeded to interrogate the female simply for the purpose of feeding her wild curiosity.

Honesty seeped through the air as she continued on to say, "Also, you're very buriful." Another pause followed as she squinted her eyes and her lips scarcely moved, registering her slurring speech before she shook her head, raising her finger into the air, "Beautiful. That's right." Such compliments usually never left her mouth despite how she thought as she had always assumed it to be either too troublesome or too uncomfortable for herself but the words bolted past her lips without a hint of hesitation.  Murmuring the word once again, her gaze spotted the waiter before she raised her hand higher, "Waiter! Can we have one- No- two more drinks?" Hiccup, "Please?" Her lips now parted, allowing her smile to form into a grin as it displayed her straight white teeth before she felt the chill air tug at the hem of her dress, playing with it as the voile cloth mischievously swayed over her bare legs but at that moment, her mind was blank for all she knew was that she was happy.

Their senses dulled as the alcohol did its trick in their heads, blurring out every sight that not the gorgeous girl sitting next to her. Who needed those sights anyway? Defenitely not Alisa, to whom every sense primed on Xandra came more naturally than anything else. What's done is done; Alisa wouldn't have felt right staying sober while letting her new acquaintance get wasted, and even if she had a good bit more in tolerance, she was already drunk enough to turn chattier and speak up, leaning into the blonde every so often. Soon, she scooted a bit closer to the girl, enough that she could better gaze upon her face.

In the end they were still mostly strangers, and the sculptress wasn't so far gone she'd cuddle with somewhere she only just met, no matter how attractive she may be. Even if she might at this rate...

Xandra's hiccups didn't help her case either. They were nothing short of precious and Alisa found it hard not to giggle like a schoolgirl everytime the Knight twitched backwards on her seat. It appeared inebriation brought out her less than mature side, a fresh reminder of how for all her adult charm, she had yet to reach 20 years old, "Kawaiii~", she praised with an elegantly (if sloppily) raised hand over her mouth, just in time to stop a cute little hiccup on her own part, "Mmm, I guess you can say that.", she answered with a humming smile. As Xandra had shown hers, it was only fair Alisa showed her own too. One hand reached down to the right side of her dress, pulling it forward just enough to bare some more skin on her midriff, enough to give the girl a peek at the Aquamarine pegasus mark on that spot, "I'm a mage from Blue Pegasus. So sometimes I'm here, other times I'm not. How are you finding the city?"

She understood being curious after all, so she naturally indulged the girl's curiosity a bit as well. Though Alisa hadn't spent much time with sober Xandra, she felt like a reserved young knight, perhaps not the type to neither yield nor probe for private information easily. Yet all that went flying out the window after chugging down the drink.

Was it any strange that that a woman so vain would be weak to compliments? At the earnest praise reaching her ears, Alisa couldn't help but reach one hand to her chest then trail it up her face to brush a loose strand behind her ear: "That means a lot, coming from a stunning woman such as yourself...", her cheeks reddened in a visibly flattered look, yet that didn't stop Alisa from narrowing her eyes and smiling cooly at the blonde, unwittingly putting all that Pegasus charm to use and throwing her a wink.

Smooth... Alisa was always outspoken to begin with, yet all that honesty mixed with alcohol - with the heightened confidence and lowered restraint that came with it - meant she was a lot more forward when saying what was on her mind. And it would only get better as Xandra ordered yet another pair of drinks, and an objection was the furthest thing from the sculptress' mind. And why would she? It's not every day you get such a charming drinking buddy.

"Will you be able to move after that second one though~? The night's still very young.", teased the artist once more, a playful smirk drawing on her lips before she plopped another peanut in her mouth, her eyes following the blonde's, readily picking up any cute reaction on her part. All the better as Alisa alreayd lacked the sobriety to pay attention to anything else but Xandra.

The corners of lips that were far apart, morphing her mouth into an endearing grin laced with delight, now came together, parting her soft, plump lips even more and forming an 'o' shape as her eyes fell upon the familiar aquamarine crest of the famous guild, Blue Pegasus. This wasn't her first time seeing the crest but the way the tattoo naturally sat upon her skin brought a simple sense of appreciation to the blonde's mind; the woman before her was not just beautiful, but perhaps strong too. She herself didn't know that it was possible for her to admire someone as much as she did, "Ohh, it makes senf- sense now." She paused, slowing down as to avoid mispronouncing a word again, "Blue Pegasus is full of pwetty people."

Indeed, throughout the few days of her visit in Hargeon,
she was liking it quite a lot. Especially the variety of places that adorned the town alongside the spectacular view of the beach and the peaceful atmosphere of the port. Xandra vigorously nodded her head as the lovely grin once again made it's comeback, "This town is just, wow. Especially the beach. I love the beach." She spoke as her eyes left the enchanting presence of her drinking companion only to look at the waiter, her second most favorite person for the night, as he walked towards them carrying another tray on which stood two large glasses that were once again, placed before them.

Grabbing the glasses, she held one out for Alisa as her other hand held one for herself. Bringing her own liquor to the hem of her lips, she chugged down the glass, taking a small break in the middle to cut it down to two gulps. The sudden effect it had on her had reduced as she found herself having gotten used to the slight burn in her throat alongside the headache which was now fading away. Despite how much she drank, it was still her first time so she still frowned again as the liquid disappeared into her body.

It was as if her senses became sharper and her previously undivided attention from the crimson-eyed woman shifted to the swaying bodies that occupied the free space as they danced to the music which was now louder. She had been too engrossed in her little chit-chat with her new buddy to notice the scenario while it was occurring but better late than never. "They're dancing!", she declaring, slurring in her words a little. Hauling herself off the couch, the leathery surface rose slightly as the weight was lifted, the blonde waited till Alisa finished her drink if she hadn't before grabbing the woman gently by the wrist and guiding her to the dance floor.

"You have good taste~", Alisa praised with visibly appreciation plastered red all over her face. It didn't help that she'd just downed a cocktail meant to last her a few minutes in a matter of seconds, which made it far easier to blush when praised. Assuming the girl could pick up on it, a tall order considering they were both too preoccupied talking about the beach, "Indeed, it's what I like best about this city too. We have the best beach in Fiore... Clear waters, soft white sand, what more could you ask for?"

But unlike her, Alisa would need to drink a good bit more before she started slurring and mispronouncing her words this cutely. It appeared that problem would soon be taken care of as the waiter arrived with their drinks. Alisa too shifted her gaze from that wondrous nectar, turning back to Xandra once they both had theirs. She already expected her to chug it down in one go, and not one to let a pretty girl get drunk by herself, catching the straw between her full glossy lips and slurping. She was sufficiently drunk to barely feel the burn down her throat anymore, so she wound up finishing her glass before Xandra, and feeling a hell of a lot dizzier then when she started.

Then out of nowhere, Xandra suddenly noticed the people dancing nearby. Though the furthest thing from a nightclub, this bar still a decent, dim lit dancefloor, and pretty good music too. Everything as slow and chill as she was used to, yet that didn't mean it couldn't be danced to. Quite the opposite, they were just too busy talking to notice, "Mmm, they're pretty good...", she'd comment with an approving smirk, slowly turning to face the blonde, "But I think we can do be- ...My, so forceful~"

She was interrupted by a sudden but gentle pull on her wrist, tugging her off from the couch and after the ravishing blonde. Surprise faded quickly enough into a playful, overjoyed little giggle and teasing gib that easily betrayed her own inebriation. It felt a bit odd actually, Alisa had been spending so much time with Marina that on some level, she expected the party loving Knight to challenge her confidence in some way. Maybe Marina would have been a strong opponent in a fight, but she always lost these particular challenges and grew flustered long before the sculptress did. Perhaps sober Xandra might be different, but wasted Xandra seemed next to impossible to fluster.

That said, her loosened state was one thing, and an enjoyable dance was another.

Once she sat foot on the dance floor, Alisa's eyes narrowed with focus, getting serious at last. She didn't specifically think about it, but she was still taller and found it easier to slip her hand around Xandra, underneath her long golden hair before resting on her upper back. She held her close enough that the girl might smell the soft, lavender scented perfume on her neck, close enough that her pliable chest squished softly against her partner, offering no resistence against the chosen position. Finally, she'd take hold of the girl's right hand: After getting into the rhythm as the blonde guided her, she had no troubles leading right into the first step.

"Have you danced this?", she smile and asked curiously, yet even Alisa had now lost a bit of her eloquence, "...I mean, before right now, of course."

Though Alisa only knew the woman's part of Kizomba, she had enough skill and memory of her partner's movements that she could effectively mimic them, leading them with the men's part and letting her partner shine. They could always switch later if they wanted to...

Right... Left... Turn... Left... Forward... And back...

Her look calm and concentrated, but her smile visibly delighted, the artist would return to communicating with her with simple glances, focused on the music and moving slowly dance across the floor. Every shift of weight and sway of her hips sent the loose red garment undulating, whipping around with every turn as they glided graceful yet sensually from move to move. But it probably looked a lot better in Alisa's head than It did in reality...

Though she didn't know whether Xandra could dance or not, she'd learn the moment they took the first few steps, looking at her expression throughout, and feeling how well she flowed with the rythm. Of course, all this no doubt would work flawlessly if they sober, but Alisa for one could still move well enough not to embarass herself. In the end, she was graceful enough with her full faculties that the limited state was still a cut above most. Somewhat... Better than nothing, right?

The continuous and intoxicating rhythm of the music lulled the female into a state of subconscious motion as she found her body swaying in sync with the beat without her permission. Even though Xandra was the one to bring the two females onto the dance floor, a sense of relief washed over her as her one and only drinking buddy took the lead, guiding her into the music. She felt the woman's hand resting gently on her waist as she was taller than the blonde herself. She inhale a breath as she had to tilt her head upwards slightly in order to look at the woman's clear face.

It was rare for the mage to see another female taller than herself and to say that she was surprised was an understatement. She could tell that Alisa was tall even while seated, but to think that she was in fact, towering over herself sent her into a state of astonishment. However, that didn't take long until she was over that fact along with the murmuring words that slipped through her lips, "Wow, you're fery tall." A small giggle escaped her lips as Xandra found herself to be even more of the stranger than before. Under the influence of the alcohol brimmed beverage, she was discovering an aspect of herself that she had never met throughout the past twenty years of her life.

"Nope." The word slipped through her tongue as she unknowingly made a popping sound with her tongue. Going with the flow, the Knight placed her slender hands onto the woman's shoulder, following the movements of those around her and recalling what she had seen before when she usually observed people in such a surrounding. Her body followed the guidance of her partner with ease as a grin found it's way onto her face. For someone who rarely danced, she wasn't doing a bad job, or so she thought.

Her foot work was messy as she had to constantly straightened herself to avoid slipping and falling over. The carefree blonde who was enjoying herself, allowed her mind to freely wander, inwardly praising the skills of her partner. The sweet lavender scent that evaded her nose blocked out the aroma of alcohol that latched onto the two females as their hands held one another. Even the chilling air of the vicinity wasn't enough to rid the female of the beads of sweat that rolled down her neck but allowed her dress to freely sway as she danced along. Another giggle slipped past her lips as she found herself speaking, "You're really really good at dancing." Another small hiccup followed, causing the plastered grin to widen farther than it had before.

Of course, the statuesque beauty wouldn't spoil the illusion and mention how she was just average height for a northern girl, and instead took a whiff of the blonde's perfume before returning the compliment: "And you, you're too cute~", she praised almost automatically, unable to help a similar girly giggle.

However, it soon grew apparently the blonde really didn't know how to dance. Good thing Alisa's presence of mind prompted her to lead, though she did it not accounting for her partner's inexperience, but wishing to watch this golden haired beauty shine as radiantly as she could...

...And to Alisa's booze addled sight, she did shine. Though a bit awkward and inexperienced, her body felt loose and comfortable, easily lead by the sculptress who kept them moving to the rhythm like a metronome. Their steps might not be as beautiful as they could be, but hey, Xandra had yet to step on her, and for someone who had never done this before, that was quite something in its own regard. However could Alisa not reward such kindness? She couldn't, that's how. And so, she did whatever friendly, drunken dancer could and taught her partner as they did it:

"Then, relax and follow my lead..., with a focused, half lidded gaze and charming smile, the Pegasus whispered the tempo to her partner in all the throaty, melodic glory her voice could muster, easing Xandra's body into the beat in tune with the music itself, "One, two...". The blonde could very well shut those amethyst gems if she wanted and still easily follow the taller woman's lead, but then again, it didn't look like either of them wanted to stare elsewhere but the other's eyes.

She made her footing a little wider, guiding the girl into the right steps to keep herself balanced. Even she did lose balance, Alisa would hold on without fail. No man had ever dropped her when she lost balance, and she wasn't about to do any less than that here. She did the same step repeatedly without turning this time: left and right, left and right, until she felt the beauty with eyes of lilac losing balance less often. Then and only then would she guide her into a turn, patiently working her way through the steps with increasing difficulty.

"Mmmm, and you're no slouch yourself...", for all her cool, she couldn't help her cheeks reddening or her thumb gliding softly over the back of Xandra's hand, a poorly concealed display of appreciation. Even with her thoughts turning tipsy, her eloquence growing dimmer and her r's getting slurred, Alisa kept looking elegant as if her life depended on it.

After all, she never expected to find herself dancing with such a dazzling, if completely intoxicated knight - someone receptive to her beauty yet not blinded by her sex appeal - and she found herself enjoying Xandra's company more and more if such a thing were possible. That and the girl's steady stream of hiccups and giggles kept the raven haired sculptress in a perpetual state of drunken glee, tittering more often than not...

Left. Right. Left. Her feet obediently moved along with the beat of the music as her partner so brilliantly guided her through the performance that the two decided to put up simply for their own entertainment. The blonde swayed her hips lightly, letting the tune evade her body as her droopy lilac eyes remained fixated on the woman before her, who much to the Knight's surprise, was still trying to let her shine by coaching her movements. Alcohol however, had other plans as every word entered through one ear only to exit from the other but nonetheless, a small giggle escaped the female's lips.

She could feel her body feeling a little heavier, which became evident as her feet stumbled more often than before and eyelids became heavier. Sheer willpower, however, brought her consciousness back to life as she gently held the raven-haired beauty's hand which effortlessly steered her into a turning motion. The long blonde locks, danced alongside her, more perfectly than she herself was as they threatened to escape the previously tamed braid. The twirling action brought forth diziness as she stumbled and collided into her partner with minimum force before a chuckle escaped her parted lips, "Oops, Sorry." Straightening her body, she let their intertwined hands hang to their side as her mouth morphed into a cheeky grin.

"I'm tired. Do you still want to danceee?" The word stayed on the tip of her tongue a while longer before she let out another hiccup. Her lilac eyes gazed into the crimson ones of the female as she was unsure whether or not her partner still wanted to dance. The Knight wanted her partner to have as much fun as she, herself, was having because it would be a shame if that didn't happen. Even alcohol couldn't work miracles. Although she had been able to speak more and display a hidden aspect of her personality, she still couldn't effectively communicate everything she felt. If her new found drinking buddy said that she did, in fact, still want to dance, Xandra would have no problem continuing their little performance after yet another chortle. If however, her partner agreed to resign from dancing for the night, the blonde would smile brightly before gently guiding the female back to their original spot without letting go of her hand.

Of course she had high hopes for her deliciously stunning, yet adorably drunk partner, but in the end, Alisa herself also lacked the sobriety to understand Xandra couldn't actually learn to dance in this state. They both tried up until the song came to a close, sharing amused little chuckles at every turn. They had no reason to linger on the dance floor for more than one song, and if there was ever any doubt, the blonde completely dispelled it. At the final twirl, Xandra stumbled and fell right onto a gasping, wide eyed sculptress, "Whoa, easy there...!"

That instinct to keep her partner from falling still held true as Alisa moved on pure reflex, tightening the hold on the Knight's waist and holding her close, her plush bosom easily absorbing the little collision, squishing to accomodate their newfound closeness. And what closeness it was, and sudden enough to color Alisa's cheeks red, as they had little more then a couple of inches between them. A little distance she quickly covered and kissed her unsuspecting partner...

In the cheek.

"Thank you for the dance~", she giggled playfully at her own display of affection; one she usually saved for people closest to her unless she were, say, sufficiently drunk and thoroughly charmed by the beauty before her. Thus, Xandra's question was met with a shake of her head and cheeky smirk, "No, we gotta quit while we're ahead, right?"

Though she seemed willing to keep dancing, Alisa realized this was about as much as the blonde's inebriated body could take for one night, and that radiant smile she flashed next proved as much. She'd hold on to her hand and follow her back to their sofa, yet before they could feel that luxurious seating once more, two people intercepted them. Two guys, one a pretty redhead, the other a not as pretty blonde. Both as drunk as they were, if not more so:

"Heeey girls!! Great dancing over there", greeted one guy with a cocky, almost dopey grin, completely invading Alisa's personal space with one arm around her shoulder; with his buddy likely doing the same to Xandra.

"You wanna come get some drinks with us?"

Alisa's brow twitched with annoyance... The alcohol in her system made her a good bit more tolerant than she'd be otherwise, but in the off chance somebody still pushed her buttons in the wrong way, her retaliation would also be far less restrained... The more girls and less guys she had in one group, the more likely they'd have random men approaching them. That might as well be a general law of the Universe:

"I don't think we need anymore.", Alisa answered dismissively, calm and coldly picking the blond man's hand between two fingers and guiding it off her shoulder.  To his credit, he got that particular message... Some of them don't, that is, until they get stepped on or outight punched. Yet they didn't actually give up:

"Come ooon, we're buying~!", insisted the blond, nodding towards the bar

Last time she got hit on while alone with a girl, said girl almost had to kiss Alisa for the untimely suitor got the message and go search for greener pastures. Of course, the sculptress lacked Marina's forwardness. No matter how honest she may be, Alisa's elegance came with an inherent subtlety that kept her from doing more than just staying close to her new friend. If she hadn't met Xandra, perhaps she might have accepted the offer... But with the current mood between the two of them, she'd much rather give the blonde her undivided attention, holding her hand a bit tighter...

A grin broke out on her face as her free hand reached up to touch her cheek which received a friendly peck from her partner. As they glided through the crowd with their prior seating position in sight, it seemed as if fate had taken the trouble to test the tipsy blonde's patience upon the arrival of two unwanted individuals. Her eyes were still a little droopy as her mind felt heavy but all signs of fatigue left her body when she felt an arm drape across her shoulder. Glancing to the side, she came face to face with a man grinning back at her as his friend did the same to her companion.

It took her a few moments to process what had occurred but it was Alisa's words of refusal that finally let the entire thing sink in. Her smile vanished as her eyebrows knitted together to form a frown. Unlike her partner, Xandra didn't put up the initiative to be considerate as she used her free hand to push the man's arm off her shoulder before looking him in the eye, "Ever heard of a deodorant?" It appeared that the man was visibly taken aback by the comment as she proceeded to scrunch her nose in disgust as the stench of sweat mixed with alcohol and tobacco evaded it.

"Disgusting men like you are the least attractive." Honesty was truly spewing through her parted lips, with a tad bit more emotions that it usually does as her now scarcely slurred words did happen to pass the message. However, her beliefs caused her to halt her tongue as she continued, "Free drinks? Really? I don't mind." She was never one to refuse free food and drinks; alcoholic beverages were no exception. Her grip on Alisa's hand tightened ever so slightly while the smile on her face returned as she looked around, only to let her gaze settle upon the young waiter who was still serving drink.

"Excuse meeee! Could we get two of the drinks we got last time-" She forgot the name of the beverage and simply hoped that he would remember, "-and two of your most expensive drinks pleaseeee?" Another hiccup ended her sentence. "You're both very beautiful." At the compliment thrown at her, she looked at the woman who's hand she was holding before grinning once again as she turned back towards the men, "Compared to the both of you, yes; very much." A small chuckle escaped her lips as she could make out from the expression on their faces that they were starting to regret their decision. Alas, her attention diverted to the arrival of the drinks towards their table to which she proceeded to move alongside her companion, of course, with the two unwanted individuals tailing behind them like lost puppies.

She let go of her Alisa's hand only to use both her hands to grab the familiar large, glass containers as she took a small sip from one. The alcohol once again penetrated her body but with lesser intensity. Her lips formed a pout as she whispered, "This isn't as tasty anymore." Shrugging, she turned towards the two men, "Might as well put it to some good use.". And with that, she dumped the drinks over the heads of the two irritating individuals. "What the hell!?" Exclaimed one, letting his voice blur out for a moment as her hiccups continued, "Whoops, Sorry. You smelled too bad." Raising the glass higher, she stated, "This smells quite good."

It seemed the men finally learnt their lesson as they proceeded to back away, throwing a few colorful words at the women as the knight yelled out, "Don't forget to pay!" Chuckling once again, her expression morphed back to a frown as she turned her head to face the raven-haired beauty, only to voice out her thoughts in a loud whisper, "Am I petty?" Hiccup.

A subtle rebuffal wasn't enough for pushy guys, especially drunk ones. Alisa wasn't too fond of repeating herself, and from the look on her face, neither was Xandra. She chuckled in her throat at the blonde's words, a refusal far more blunt and snarky than the sculptress' own, something she lacked for herself and naturally respected in others. The one cramping her space didn't even smell too bad, and though she wasn't close enough to say the same of his buddy, she defenitely took her own drinking buddy's word for it.

That said, she quickly yielded to the offer of drinks, enough to catch Alisa off guard. She seemed just as annoyed as the dark haired woman, and yet... Oh... She may be drunk, but she could still recognize the Knight's look from when she gladly accepted her offer of food. And this was a different expression. Her usual smile looked filled with scorn, almost vindictive even.

Seeing this made Alisa's own faint smile come right back as she decided to trust her friend; she too didn't wish to share the artist with anybody else, judging by the way she held her hand tighter: "Personal space boys.", she glared sideways with a scolding reminder for the same guy the moment he tried draping his arm around her shoulder once again, the moment they arrived at the bar.

But nothing could have prepared for the sheer dimension of the blonde's plan.

It went off to a good start, and Alisa chuckled when she heard her order two of the priciest drinks in their name. At this point she actually bothered looking at them, and could almost tell the moment they realized their attempted smoothness would turn out quite expensive. She shared a knowing smirk with the blonde stunner before adding insult to injury: "...Oh, and could you bring us another bowl of peanuts too?", Alisa added insult to injury, leaning over the counter and asking the nice waiter who just smiled with an ever professional 'Right away miss'

The two persistent drunks naturally followed the girls back to their couch with significantly lighter wallets, yet as they still failed to get the message, Alisa almost suspected Xandra had something else in store for them. She kept her eyes peeled, and even then, nothing could have prepared her for what she did next. Alisa had only taken a quick little gulp from her cocktail before the blonde grabbed both of them off the table and poured them right over their heads, without warning.

Surprised, Alisa puffed her cheeks before actually laughing out loud, in that one moment where booze induce amusement overcame her elegant restraint. She only barely got a hand in front of her mouth like she so often did, and promptly shrugged off the insults with a stylish flip of her hair, then turned to face Xandra. Finally she could devote her full attention to the beauty with lilac eyes, "Took them long enough..."

She was just about to tease her for being evil (playfully of course), but held her peace once her question reached her ears. The only hint of insecurity the otherwise bold and confident blonde hinted towards, and Alisa responded in kind, with a calm, comforting tone "Not at all~", she hushed, idly brushing her hand down the knight's lustruous blonde hair. She twiddling a golden lock around her finger, then finally rested that hand down over Xandra's own in a reassuring touch, "I'd have done worse if they kept putting their hands all over me..."

The crystal mage rubbed her temple softly as she glanced away, clearly not too proud of herself for this. Revealing a bit of the warmth behind her cool outwards demeanor, Alisa hoped to help take the lovely blonde's mind off her mischievous retaliaton... And if it didn't, the Pegasus believed the next offer defenitely would, as she grabbed a peanut and held it out in front of her friend's mouth, "Although, remind me never to get on your bad side~", giggled Alisa, grabbing a peanut for herself too.

The night had taken a twisted turn as the blonde had completely submerged her usual persona within the intoxicating beverage which made her appear to be someone completely different but it was an undeniable fact that this was indeed an aspect of her that she, herself discovered, with some assistance, of course.

Her frown turned upside down, turning back into a smile as her companion scarcely realized her instantaneous actions and assisted her with words before she doused their guests with the refreshment that was brought forward for them to devour. Nonetheless, she didn't regret it as there were still two glasses awaiting their arrival.

Letting out another giggle, she placed the empty glass containers back on the table before hauling up the filled one and handing one to the raven-haired mage. Raising the glass, she murmured "Cheers", once again, clashing her glass against her partners with minimum force as the 'cling' sound echoed above the indulging music.

The night had been long, exhausting and undeniably fun. She strolled around the table, allowing herself to fall back on the leathery couch that sunk below her weight before patting the empty area next to her in an attempt to tell Alisa to come sit beside her. Taking another sip of the drink, her face scrunched as the taste of the alcohol, being very different from the previous drink, assaulted her taste buds before the feeling faded into nothingness, leaving her tongue craving for more. With a large gulp, she chugged down the entire drink as the eerily familiar headache jabbed the side of her head.

Tossing the peanut passed to her by the crimson eyed beauty, into her mouth, she chewed on it before letting out a muffled laugh at the woman's statement. "Don't worry, you're alreasy- already - on my good side." Truly, her slurring words and mispronunciation was something she had to work on quite a bit. "I'm a verryyy nicee person." She stated with her finger raised in the air and a goofy smile adorning her lips. The sudden recalling of the incident that happened mere minutes ago lowered her finger as she paused before shrugging, "Well, most of the time, at least."

Erupting into an array of hiccups, she looked around the area where the swaying bodies and dim lights didn't look so pretty anymore. Xandra turned her lilac gaze back to the beauty before her as her eyes felt droopy. Fatigue finally seemed to take over her body as she simply stated, after a small hiccup, "Do you wanna leave this place and go somewhere else?" It was then that she realized, that the scent of the alcohol was getting too much for her. What she needed was some fresh air.

"Cheers!", echoed Alisa, matching Xandra's pace as she too sampled her drink. Unlike from the one they'd been chugging before, this was less alcoholic yet the lack of sweetness also made said alcohol easier to taste. The blonde winced harder than the dark haired girl, and ultimately refrained from downing it in one go, instead taking a little stroll around the table.

The Pegasus' eyes followed her as she would a model on a catwalk, and naturally scooted closer to her once the girl patted the space next to her. Close enough their bare legs brushed every now and then, but with how close they'd been before neither of them looked bothered by it, and instead just finished chugging down their drink.

On some level, she wondered if this probably shouldn't be their last drink of the night, Xandra already had too much and she was clearly not used to it, no matter how adorable she sounded slurring her words.

Alisa laughed cutely at the girl's statement about being a nice person; she didn't really doubt that but her timing made it amusing, so much even the inebriated blonde had enough self awareness to notice: "I don't doubt that...", she'd reassure, petting the girl's arm and giggling, yet looking into her eyes the whole way, "You're been the picture of sweetness with me so far~"

She would really admit this out loud, but what Xandra saw as petty, Alisa saw as a sign of strength, something worthy of praise, something attractive. She didn't find any wrong with a person being vidictive, however else could she have lived this kind of life, leaving her uncle's home to seek revenge on her mother's killers? Even now she still sought their deaths despite having mellowed out as a member of Blue Pegasus... But though she resented the Magic council for never catching the dark mages responsible, she never had any ill will towards individual knights, many of whom were people she respected (and in rare case legitimately like), such as the blonde standing before her.

In vino veritas...

Tonight they'd shown each other a side of themselves they likely never revealed to strangers - maybe not even to friends - and gotten to know each other better than most.

So naturally, Alisa took the girl's cue to leave when she was visibly tired, "We should...", she answered, her nose twitching in revulsion as a thick waft of cigarrette smoke got blown their way. She stood up quickly enough to get dizzy, shaking her head clear of it before smoothing out her dress and offering the blonde a hand, "Come on~ I'll walk you home."

It didn't look like she'd have any objections to this, but whatever she chose, Alisa would accompany her. Once they stepped out of the bar, she closed her eyes and took a deep, relieved breath, overjoyed at the pristine smell of fresh air.

"How good it feels to be outside...!", she sighed in delight, her smile widened as she gazed upon the beauty with golden hair, shimmering radiantly under the moon's light, "A nice walk should clear both our heads.", she chuckled, ready to escort the girl home through the dark, empty streets.

But, would Xandra even remember this night? With her low tolerance, Alisa wouldn't be surprised if she wound up forgetting everything, a rather unplesant that made her curl her lip in a faint display of unease. She loathed the idea of being forgotten by someone who made such an impression on her, but whenever she thought about that happening here, with her, she found it stung much more than it normally might... Why...?

These thoughts would in turn make her a bit less talkative along the way, and soon enough, the time would come to say their goodnights, and at that time, the artist would ball her fists as her heart rate picked up...

In the end, Alisa's goodbye came like an arrow to an unsuspecting mark, a soft but determined kiss to the blonde's lips. She lingered just enough that neither could pass it off as an accident, enough to know what each other's plush lips felt like, but not nearly so long that she'd need to be pushed off: Despite surprising, the artist's kiss was a chaste one, anything more and she'd feel she was taking advantage of the blonde's condition.

Ironically, this bold and whimsical display of confidence stemmed partly from Alisa's insecurity towards being forgotten, mixed in with an unspoken attraction and reduced inhibition to keep it in check. It left the normally cool beauty blushing like a schoolgirl, making crystal clear she didn't do this often - she as usually the one being kissed by surprise, and not the other way around... And she wasn't so immature as to run off right after:

"I... Had a lot of fun tonight...", as she looked into the shimmering lilac of Xandra's eyes, the crimson deepened in Alisa's cheeks, in a way nobody would think this had anything to do with the alcohol, "Y'know... With you.", flustered, she rubbed her neck and looked away for a moment, then flashed her best smile, "So... Goodnight~"

Worst case scenario, she'd get punched... No, that's wrong... Worst case scenario would be Xandra still not remembering anything, in spite of the kiss.

Anything else she could deal with after a good night's sleep, without the slightest thought as to how awkward it might make their next meeting. But she'd wait until the blond stepped inside her lodgings before returning to her own inn and the comfort of her own bed...

A small sound of agreement accompanied the nod as the model like beauty agreed with the blonde. The night was still young but the female was in no condition to continue her little adventure down the path of discovering herself. She would do it, slowly, but surely. A smile remained on her pink lips as she slid her hand into her partner's hand, intertwining their fingers as she subconsciously used some support to haul herself off the seat. Her feet stumbled a little and an agonizing pain seeped through her head but she managed to remain still, with her eyes shut, as the pain faded into nothing but slight dizziness.

Letting out a chuckle, she raised her free hand, calling for the waiter as she ordered their bill and before they knew it, there he stood with an elegantly folded book which held the monetary value of their memorable night. Opening it, she glanced as her smile didn't falter. Luckily, the pricey drinks had been paid for my the two men. Sliding the cash she had on her into the book before closing it, she glanced at her partner, "It's on me tonight! You can treat me the next time." Xandra, implying that she wants there to be a next time, erupted into a series of hiccups before grinning at Alisa.

They exited through the door, letting the warm, fresh air of the night embrace them as the intoxicated female swung their intertwined hands back and forth, humming along the way while stumbling quite occasionally and without realizing and leaning into the tall female for support. A comfortable silence settled among them as they leisurely walked down the scarcely crowded street. She pointed in a direction, once or twice, murmuring, "That wayyy", in order to guide her partner to her temporary residence.

Time flew and even the knight realized that her partner was eerily quite but fatigue was taking over her body at an exceptional pace as all she could do was gently squeeze the hand she held, hoping that her companion was simply tired and nothing more. It didn't take long for them to arrive in front of a decently large building which had the words 'hotel' glimmering at the front within the ebony darkness of the night. Halting her steps, she turned and faced the raven-haired sculptress as she let out another cheeky grin. Her eyelids were desperately trying to remain up as she spoke, "Welp, here we ar-."

Her words were cut off, not because of her hiccups this time around, but because of the soft pair of lips that gently crashed against her own. She was evidently taken aback as her eyes widened slightly as the lingering kiss remained until Alisa moved back. Moments passed until the blonde finally realized what had happened as she looked at the blushing beauty. A small hiccup that escaped her lips broke the silence between them. Unlike before, she too flustered as her cheeks flushed into a shade of red. Xandra was surprised to say the least.

Her lips formed an 'o' shape as Alisa expressed her feelings of the time they spent together before the knight too, put on a lazy smile. She felt conflicted about what just occurred but at that moment, she was simply too tired to think about it. She could always sort out her feelings later, if she remembered the incident, that is. "I also had a lot of fun with you-" Hiccup, "-Tonight."

Broadening her grin, she looked at her companion, "Let's meet again! Soon!" With that statement, she waved her hand as she stumbled backwards, taking one step at a time until she was meters away from the beauty. Her feet lightly collided against the step of the stairs as she had to balance herself to avoid falling. "I'm okay!" She stated as she raised her hand with her thumb pointing upwards. Using support from the wall, she climbed up the short flight of stairs before once again turning back, hoping the Pegasus mage was still there before yelling out, "Get home safely!"

With that, she lazily strolled into the hotel, arriving in front of the door to her room in mere minutes as she entered through it, only removing her shoes before collapsing onto the bed. Her mind was hazy, but everything that occurred in the past few hours flashed before her eyes as she fell into a deep slumber with a small smile adorning her face.

The intoxicating night had passed as the bright morning followed. The beams of the sun hit caressed her sleeping face as her eyebrows clustered to form a frown. Tiredness swept her off her feet as she attempted to haul herself into a sitting position, only to clutch her head in an attempt to reduce the headache. Her voice was hoarse as she murmured to herself, "Hmm, what happened?" The only thing she remembered was a gorgeous female named Alisa and her own unusual drinking spree. A small groan escaped her lips as her mind went completely blank. Shoving her head back into the white pillow, she once again fell into a state of slumber, hoping to drown out the agony and recall the events of the night.

Alisa

WORDS: 800 | TAG: @xandra | CLOTHES

Of course, before they could go anywhere they still had a tab to pay, though thanks to those kind boys it wasn't nearly as hefty as it might be otherwise: "Mmm, very well, guess I'll let you have this one.", the way she spoke made it clear she didn't enjoy feeling like she owed people, even though her warming smile betrayed a genuine appreciation for the gesture. The artist saw the Knight's kindness as the real thing, not the kind of act people put on when they wanted to get in her pants. Usually men, sure, but some women did it too... Thus, she accepted the girl's condition, without a second though, "Oh, I defenitely will, you can rest assured~"

Not that she needed an excuse to go out with her again, but each and every one of those came together into that one big offer she couldn't refuse. With this night coming to an end, she naturally wondered when and how they might meet again. Walking along these moonlit streets, holding hands with an even more radiant beauty at her side, their fingers intertwined in a way that felt almost intimate - if only of the many things they'd done tonight that felt as such - as their poured their heart to the other without a care in the world. Though they quickly worked their way from strangers to closeness, what kind of bond they might share once they sobered up, was a story for a different day.

Alisa felt quite thankful not to have ruined anything with her kiss, no matter how sweet it may have been: Even while drunk, Alisa was far too elegant to throw her unbridled passion onto someone she'd only just met. That didn't stop her from doing things she'd still never do while sober, such as taking initiative like this.

A door that never opened for anyone opened for the blonde without her having to make any particular effort, simply by being herself.

Of course, Alisa didn't know how much the drinks had helped her bring that inner self out onto the open, but she accepted things for what they were, and that was it.

The absensce of a negative reaction to her kiss filled the Pegasus with a rather thrilling euphoria, a reward for going all in. In that moment, insecurity vanished and her confidence returned in full, yet the red in her cheeks or the thumping in her chest would linger for a long while yet. She expressed it with a hearty, charming smile, bringing the girl's hand up to her lips and kissing the back, then opening her palm and letting the lovely lady slip free from her grasp as she retreated indoors: "I can hardly wait~", she reinforced, throwing her a wink

Yet that giddy yet glamorous mix of a smile on her face soon faded as she saw the girl loose balance. Alisa had time to take two hurried steps in her direction, ready to hold the blonde up if she fell down, making full use of her greater endurance to help her get back to her room safely. Alas, such concerned proved ultimately unnecessary, thankfully. She reached one hand to her chest and sighed, and finally giggled as her partner's lightweight cuteness truly sunk in.

"Mind the stairs!", she brought both hands to her mouth, helping her project her caring voice loud enough for her friend to hear it, not really caring how many people they might wake up.

Her own trip to the hotel was uneventful, and reminded her of the unfortunate loss of her guild home, and how she should try to take care of her drunken state so she could resume her training tomorrow. Alisa would stay awake for a few more hours, drinking water, then rushing to the bathroom, then rinse and repeat again, again and yet again. She must have chugged two whole gallons of it if not more so, but it paid off once she finally went to sleep. A little trick a more experienced drinker knew to help lessen the hangover, by both hydrating herself and helping clear out some of the alcohol still in her system...

And if her head still hurt as much as this when finally woke up in the silky comfort of her bedsheets, she could only shudder at how it might have been if she had gone to sleep right away. Alisa clearly wasn't used to drinking this much anymore... She could only hope her friend had the same. Her thoughts of last night were still somewhat hazy, but she clearly remembered some of it, blushing as she reaching a finger to her luscious lips, even though she couldn't quite recall why. A kiss under the moonlight...? Not yet... But she defenitely remembered Xandra, a ravishing golden haired, amethyst eyed Knight, whose sweetness when treated nicely rivalled only her ruthlessness when annoyed, "Fufufu~...", she managed a single graceful chuckle before her headache struck again...

Indeed some things one could never forget...
