Overall: Vasiliy is a tall cool colored skin man with a strong jawline and strong roman nose as his lips are expressional and somewhat thin. His hair is usually slicked back, but on rare occasions they can be in other short styles. Vas doesn't like showing his emotions much in front of people as he finds it a weakness so he tends to always look like he's studying your soul, and probably is. His body is quite built and toned. He always wears sunglasses, but when taken off it is revealing that his eyes have changed from normal human eyes to slitted eyes with a red-orange hue. Some day they remind someone of the blazing sun with the dragon-cat-like pupils, others say it is something else. He wears mainly black in not other dark colors. Rare occasions he may wear other colors. Examples of clothing choices are like his sporting a black turtleneck sweatshirt, black trousers and leather jacket over his turtleneck, as well as black leather gloves. The outfit generally enhances Visiliy's appearance, that of an intimidating villain, adding an assassin-like touch. He also wears a dark gray long sleeved button-up shirt beneath his black formal vest which is partially opened and has equipped with a brown shoulder holster on his vest as the sleeves of his button-up shirt is now folded into cuffs. He also wears dark gray formal slacks and black loafers.

Vasiliy carries his emotions with his stoic expression and the sunglasses that hides his eyes. The most movement he'd make are from his lips for when he feels cocky, arrogant, satisfied or even angry and disappointed. He has a hard time feeling sorrow for people as he was born without feeling actual pity unless it's sarcasm or towards something he could relate to, but it is extremely rare for him to cry. He never questioned why he couldn't feel intense sadness as perhaps it was due to being raised as someone who should constantly study and care for nothing else besides the quality of his work. His parents are still alive, but he ignores them like the plague as it was their fault he never knew what it was like to have an actual childhood.

He feels resentment towards his family but doesn't do his actions because of them. He finds pure satisfaction when his ambitions become successful and in fruition. He thinks humanity is weak in a sense that they can die to small things that his own kind and self cannot. He can be seen as a douchebag, the bad guy, the one who can't feel many emotions, but in the end, as long as he succeeds, many can be sacrificed. Vas is a highly intelligent being with money falling down his sky due to how long he's been alive and doing his talents. Now all of this does not mean he cannot care for anyone or thing, they just have to reach it. Otherwise, they are seen as a means to an end, a tool and potential for testing of an idea he may have.

Magic Description: T+G PANE TUVACAC V. is quite the name. It consists of darkness that shapes into the will of the user. Over the failures and successes of experiments and finding the damned within his time, he is able to recreate the entities and beings, using their full potential. They are monstrosities that go from man eating plants, deformed human abominations, zombies to creatures that were formed by original humans or chimeras formed from different animals and unknown life. They are obedient to a fault as they know who their master is, the user.

History

History: Vasiliy was mainly raised firstly in the cold lands of Pergrande Kingdom where his Nerach Vampire parents conceived him. His parents gave him love, cherished him and then when he became of age to where the brain is functional enough to understand mathematics and science, his parents threw him into the path of understanding the knowledge this world had to offer. He has two other siblings that he does not concern himself with as they are younger if not the same age. His parents are high status within the Vampire and dark world. He had maids, butlers, castle to live in, name something and it'd have it. Vas became accustomed to not depending on his parents as they were there to give love and affection, but lowly as age came by, he wanted less and less of it. He couldn't understand their views, their way of seeing how they raised him was the definition of loving a child. Therefore, he could not find any care in the world for them, same said for people.

Slowly but efficiently, he made weapons, medicines and invented things that have not been seen or used before. He stayed in the background with it so others could take the fall for their illegal status of use and practices. Vasiliy kept making bank during this as he decided to go to Talaz while it was still open. During his travels towards Talaz, he ran into certain detours of life that he used for his own sins as he was far from a saint. Talaz was a place he felt at par due to the fact that his life was full of every science and mathematical subject that is in need. He stayed there with occasional traveling before finally after too many years, he decided to finally step in Fiore to see what it had to offer. Before he got far, a mysterious man in the shadows and a non-human introduced himself. The man gave him a card and told Vas to go to Oak where a deal will be made. Once he did, that deal made him Phantom Lord.
