She takes pride in herself and that results and shows in how she carries herself. Standing at 5'8 and 175 lbs, she is taller than the average woman. Due to her workout routine, a large amount of mass in her muscles that are a little bulky but mostly lean. Her red-black hair is usually seen traveling to the mid-back length, only going up into a ponytail when dealing with something that truly angers her or deems worthy for her to take seriously. A variation of colors she wears, the types vary depending on the weather and how much heat the sun is giving off. All of which follow two rules; comfort and functionality. The styles fitting her well to allow ease in combat and acceptance of her curved figure. Extra: She carries a metal pendant in the shape of her family's symbol around her neck. PERSONALITY Personality: Jikū is a cool but stern personality. Her dedication and work ethic are stand-out characteristics of who she is. Somewhat sociable but at times, over the top, she likes hanging out with friends or just when she needs/wants to relax, however, she can get too excited and rambunctious and end up draining the energy of whoever is (un)fortunate to be with her. On the opposite of her personality, she is also a very strict person. Mostly leaving things be but quick to speak out about it when it impacts herself, her family, or her friends. She expects certain things from her guildmates and people she calls friends, however, she understands some things are just meant to be part of them, she does try to rein them in when she needs to...with a hit on the noggin. Depending on the thing, she can be very impatient about nonsense, disliking people who she, just thinks are asses or disrespectful. Likes: Family: Jikū loves her family above all else, she thinks of her many siblings often and wishes that they are healthy and well. Fruits: Jikū has a sweet tooth and sweet fruits are a common snack to satisfy her cravings. But... Desserts: when fruits can't do anything, CHOCOLATE is the best thing in the world. Dislikes: Snobbyness: everyone has their value and self-respect and so one of the things Jikū can't stand the most is arrogant people who look down on others for various reasons, class, wealth, or where they are from. The concept she finds disgusting to her core. Thieves and suck-ups: people with no pride agitate her as well but to a lower extent. Thiery of the innocent or weak is something she finds cowardly and angers her just like most. extreme gatekeepers(stuck in the past): She understands and values the wisdom of the elders as well as the previous generation. However, she sees a difference between one wanting to pass wisdom and one just thinking things were better in their day and look down on the new people coming up. Motivations: Freedom: As a youth, Jikū was made to things she hated and against her desires day after day. She left that all behind and now does what she wishes...within reason. There is still a rule she has to follow and her moral code, but she is independent now and is free to express herself and she fights to keep that and others she sees being unjustly oppressed. Family: Either by blood or by water, the ones she has found a deep connection with are her family in a way. Her will is for them to be safe, at peace, and to be able to thrive towards their goals. Fears: Oppression: through the chains, she was in as a child there is still a residue of them in her mind. She fears being powerless and being under the thumb of someone by no choice of her own. The possibility of having no free will scares her. Death: Through of her travels she has seen the harshness of the world, but one of the worst feelings she has ever gotten was the news of her late brother mysteriously dying. Now she fears for the rest of her younger siblings in the back of her mind. ATTRIBUTES Distribute 25 points over the attributes below. HISTORY History: The Lecuyer family name is commonly known and respected in Minstrel as a family with a history of powerful mages and general individuals. A core principle of the linage is protecting the people and the land. Theotime Lecuyer, Jikan's father, is the current head of the family and has continued of this tradition for their family. Jikan was being groomed to continue this legacy but left at the young age of 9. Her father and mother were more drill Sargent than parents to her, and more importantly to her, they drilled more of the importance of power to do it, not the reason or connection to the people that gave them a reason to fight. She may have left the family but belief is still in her heart, just as strong if not stronger. And she acts in her way to follow that belief. Over the years of her journey, she had gotten into numerous...situations. Some from catching scum in mid-action, accidentally coming upon a plan, or a misunderstanding. Thankfully she has not caused herself and others too much trouble, and in the end, has been able to do what is right and protect people along the way. At the age of 27 years old thought that peacefulness was shattered. News of her oldest brother's mysterious death finally reached her a year later, and with haste, she returned him, reluctantly, to her parents and warmly to her younger siblings in pain. Over the next few years she spent connecting with siblings she never got a chance to know beyond the rumored talks across the land, however, she always thought of her brother Alcide. The blood relative throwing away their family title and connection for some reason and the questions of what transpired never becoming any clearer to her no matter how long she stayed or connections she made. Now after three years and at 30 years old, Jikan has gotten some info on her brother's location, she hopes to find him and ensure that he is all okay, and along the way find out what is going on with her family.
