Duration: Instant
Effect: The user flicks a wrist at a target destination while giving a click of their fingers. A white ball of lightning 5cm in diameter will form in mid air before shooting forward to the target location. When it reaches it target it bursts open releasing a flash of lightning over a 1m diameter area to temporarily blind a number of enemies.

Effect: The user clenches a fist and lightning bursts out from their muscles encasing their body from head to toe in a glowing lightning aura to boost physical strength by D rank.

Effect: The user kicks off with a foot in a desired direction. Lightning is expelled out from the feet to propel the user in the desired direction.

Thunder Flash: Approved.

Thunder Step: Remove the movement next to the supp for the type.

Spark: State that it gives them a D-Rank strength buff.

Temper: State that it gives them a D-Rank strength buff.

Blitz: change to instant, remove the movement from supplementaries.
