Client:
Herman Schwarz: The leader of a small band of settlers on the island, Herman hails from Bosco and is a man of innovation, industry and imperialism, with a definite agenda for being here. Hiring a personal cadre of mercenary sailors and soldiers to do his bidding, his true intent is to reap the rewards hidden in island, and since negotiations to do so peacefully seem to have stalled has begun less scrupulous endeavours to achieve his aims.

Summary: Herman has realized that the Sacred Trees of Luluhawa Island are remarkable for more than their alleged spiritual bearing, and has ordered you to cut one down to use the lumber for his less than wholesome purposes.

Enemies:
Sacred Tree: A large and sturdy tree, it has special properties that mean the average woodsman's axe will bounce right off that resilient bark and sturdy trunk, making this a tricky task to complete, but an easy enemy to best since it can neither move nor fight back.

Tree Spirit: Oh Snap! Looks like the locals weren't wrong about the spiritual presence of these trees, since a whole damn elemental seems to have taken unkindly to your act of cutting down one of these revered timbers, and is looking to punish you for your brazen disregard for forestry! Able to call on the power of nature, this ethereal being seems not of this world, and could likely best all but the highest calibers of combatant!

Objective: Cut down that tree and report to Herman. Sounds easy, right?

Details:
  • Head to Aina Forest in Woodcutter Mode
  • It's easy to find the Sacred Trees, most of them have relics and prayer ropes wrapped around them.
  • Show that barky bad boy who's boss by channeling all your woodcutter spirit!
  • WOO! You beat an inanimate object? What a big man/woman you must feel!
  • What the hell?! Some weird elemental thing seemed to pop out of the stump, and is attacking you!
  • Spirit or not, you've got no time for tree huggers, beat that thing and send it packing!
  • Return to Herman that the job is done, and collect your reward!
