Overall: Zoë has short, thick, red hair that falls down to her shoulders. She has naturally soft and fair skin that unfortunately tends to burn rather than tan. She has a cute hourglass figure and is relatively thin but fit.

Zoë usually dresses classy, but still practical. For example, whenever she wears a skirt or a dress, she also wears a pair of shorts underneath. Also, she learned to fight and run in heels. Although she's not nearly as good as she is in sneakers, Zoë does fare better than most. She almost always accessorizes, at the bare minimum wearing earrings. People are most likely to see her wearing more than that though, like with maybe a matching bracelet or necklace. Sometimes she'll even put something in her hair as well. As far as makeup goes, the most she'll put on is lip gloss and mascara.

Personality

Personality: When you first meet Zoë, she will appear to be a bubbly and energetic extrovert. For the most part, that is true. She is very extroverted and more often than not will be the one to start a conversation. However, her seeming to be constantly happy is only a mask covering all the stress she has to deal with regarding the Caron family.

Zoë isn't a terrible person, but if you give her enough money, her greed will take over and she'll most likely do whatever dark task she was asked to do. That goes the same for any good tasks too of course, but Zoë thinks that most bad things she's done will be remembered more than the good. However, the opinions of other people don't matter much to Zoë. She had never been codependent on anyone aside from her family. Even then, she only relied on them emotionally and help with her magic. Their opinions mattered, but didn't have a great effect on her.

All in all, Zoë is generally a nice person. She's there to comfort her friends and is never rude to anyone with no good reason. She's not even that rude to people who dislike her for whatever reason. However, it doesn't take much to tick Zoë off. Depending on what makes her angry will naturally result in different reactions. She won't always become enraged like she did when her family was killed in front of her, but if someone even makes the slightest threat to her family, she won't be afraid to get violent.

Likes:

Money: Money is a necessity, obviously. But Zoë is more greedy than the average person and loves to earn money in almost any way she can.
Exercise: Zoë has always enjoyed a good workout, even if it's as simple as jogging. She especially loves the feeling she gets from the released endorphins after the exercise.

Dislikes:

Staying in One Place: Zoë is constantly on the move, mostly in fear that if she stayed in one place for too long, the masked people would have a greater chance of finding her. Therefor, she really doesn't like being in one town for too long.
Coffee: If it's one caffeinated drink Zoë doesn't like, it's coffee. She doesn't like its bitter taste. If she put in enough sugar to override its taste, she wouldn't like how sweet the coffee is. So, she will always choose caffeinated tea over coffee to get energized.

Motivations:

Revenge: Somewhere deep inside of Zoë lives a burning desire to get stronger so that she can seek revenge on the masked people who killed most of her family, but she would never admit that to anyone, or even to herself.
Becoming Rich: After losing the comfort of living in a high class family with a manor (whose ownership eventually returned to the bank) Zoë made it her goal to return to her high status to provide money and comfort to the future members of the Caron family.

Fears:

Losing Her Family: Zoë and her two younger brothers are the only living members of the Caron family. Losing them would be the end of her world.
Needles: Zoë's fear of needles stems from the fact she and her brothers were almost killed by the needles that flooded toxins through their veins. Those same things also killed the rest of her family.

Magic

Magic Name: Phoenix Flames

Magic Element: Fire

Magic Description: The Phoenix Flames magic is a magic known only to the Caron family. It was developed by Zoë's ancestors. Legend has it that it was originally taught by phoenixes, but rather or not that's true is unknown. This ancient magic was made with one purpose: to cause destruction. So, the three different types of spells able to be cast by users of this magic are offensive, self-buff speed and supplementary spells.

History

History: The Caron family was known for its affinity with fire magic and its wealth. Well, more specifically how it got its wealth. Most Carons shared the same greed as Zoë. They added to their wealth via both conventional and unconventional methods. The Carons believed that they wouldn't have to pay for their dark deeds or suffer any kind of negative karma for it, especially Zoë's parents. So, they happily gave birth to three children: Zoë, Noah and Ryan. They raised those children (and began teaching them about their magic at the age of 12) all whilst doing whatever they could to earn money and didn't think about the consequences. Neither Zoë nor her siblings knew about any of this.

Eventually, when Zoë was fifteen, someone knocked on the door of the Carons' manor. The butler opened the door and was quickly knocked out by chloroform. The intruders entered the manor and, despite the Carons' best efforts, were captured and were brought to an abandoned building where they were tied up. Whoever captured them wore masks and sought revenge on all the Carons, even Zoë, Noah and Ryan who weren't involved in whatever their parents did. Naturally, the perpetrators were killed first. Needles were stuck up Zoës' parents' arms. The poison took about five minutes to kill them. Next up were her grandparents, which were followed by her cousins. Lastly, Zoë and her siblings got needles put in their arms. She could feel the toxin's effects starting to work. Rage built up inside of her and suddenly, she released flames. Not thinking that she or her siblings were taught magic at a young age, their magic abilities weren't blocked by a device like everybody else's. The masked people were taken back and had very little time to defend themselves before Zoë, in a state of pure rage, scorched them. She broke her siblings free and escaped with them. They ran as fast as they could until they came to the local authorities. Zoë explained everything to them. Despite the burns she gave the masked people, they escaped. Zoë figured that it must not have been enough. One thing was for sure though: they would be back.

Two years passed and Zoë was 17. Besides practicing her magic and raising her brothers, those two years was relatively uneventful. Every day she lived in fear of the people coming for her, but they never seemed to come. Zoë began to think that perhaps killing everyone else was enough for them, but she wouldn't let her guard down. She wanted to live her own life not in fear of the masked people, so she did. She decided to become one of the mages who went around accepting requests, but not before finding someplace safe for her brothers to stay at.
