I'll be your moderator.

White Path:
First of all, sustain costs would be 200 (so remove that part completely and just leave it at 200 for casting, since INT also matters and constantly changes).

So, to clear this spell up. This is a supplementary spell, you want to use it so you can travel on all surfaces (such as water, up walls and trees ect.) - is that correct? If so, remove all mentions of speed since you'd simply travel at the speed of your current speed statistic.

Remove this part:
While the crystal footing can help jump and land safely, it won't let her skate in mid air unless she's using a flight spell, in which case the trail will grow into the air freely.

A flight spell would be a different thing and has nothing really to do with this. It's kind of confusing as to why you would mention this.

Also, this will have to be removed as well:
In addition, the blades on the skates may cause Alisa's kicks to deal slashing damage, depending on the move used. It's still physical damage with no bonuses, this effect is purely aesthetical.

As the spell type says, this is a supplementary spell and has no offensive abilities whatsoever, under any circumstances.

Now, if I have misunderstood the purpose of the spell feel free to explain it to me. As of now, for the ability to walk on surfaces making this a D-rank spell would have been sufficient. I'm assuming you made it A-rank because you wanted to do more with it, but don't forget that a spell can only have 1 function, so calling it supplementary and then giving it the ability to deal damage on top of that simply will not work.

Note: Okay, so you may use ice skates to turn your blunt dmg into slicing dmg (rank according to your str stat), however this spell would be titled "offensive" and can be broken by something of equal rank.

You cannot combine it with moving on surfaces, since that'd be a) multifunction and b) a supplementary type of spell.

This is an A-rank speed buff. It boosts your speed statistic by +40, everything else is just flavor. You may have your ice skates, but to prevent you from covering the entire fucking continent in crystal, please specify that the ice shows up only where you move (under your feet) for the sake of the whole ice skating ordeal not looking too weird.
