Third Generation Dragon Slayer Spells

• Name: Consumption

  Duration: Instant
  Effect: The user opens their mouth towards an Offensive-type spell that is 1 meter within their range to consume it. The spell dematerializes into mana and is inhaled and consumed by the user. These spells must be of the same element as the respective element of the slayer magic. If the user consumes a spell that has another element combined with it, the damage or effect of the spell will be applied to the portion. Upon consuming a spell that is ranked equal or lower than the user, the user will receive the mana that was spent to cast the spell. Should a user try to consume a spell that is one rank higher than them they must instead pay mana equal to the amount used to cast the spell to consume it. Spells that are at least two ranks higher than the user require double the amount of mana to consume.

  Effect: When using Dragon Force, the user will grow scales across their body and develop an aura around them of the color of their element. Their features will look more like that of a dragon, while they still retain their humanoid appearance. This transformation increases the base physical stats of the user by 20% as long as it is sustained. In addition, the user may cast an offensive spell type for one rank higher while using this transformation while providing a 1 post-cool-down reduction and 20% mana cost reduction to all of their spells. This is not a spell but a biological capability. Therefore it cannot be canceled by artifacts or magics that can cancel spells. Due to the nature of the Monarch Dragon Slayer, they will not be allowed to transform using Dragon Force like a typical Dragon Slayer. Instead, they will allow one of their summoned Champions to enter this mode.
  
  

Dragon Slayer Bonus

• The user has an enhanced smell that allows them to smell anyone within a 25-meter radius. They can only associate the smell with someone if they have smelled them before in a topic. The user can't pinpoint their location to fight blindly. It simply tells them that whoever they are smelling is within a 25-meter radius.
  

Gimmicks

• Generals not Champions: As the Monarch of the Dragons, you’ve gained a reputation for having some of the best knights known to the world. Your Champion-based summonings will no longer take up two summoning slots but instead, take up a single slot. Furthermore, your Champion Summonings have double the range of a normal summoning from you. They will allow your non-champion-based summonings to treat that Champion as you when it comes to determining the range of that normal summoning.
  
• Five Star General: The Monarch Dragon was a brilliant military being. His power seeps into the creatures you create, allowing them to possess more power than what might be conceivable. You may select one of your S-rank Champion summoning. This summoning will get 1.7x of your INT attribute to allocate their stats instead of the standard 1.5x that are standard for Champion-type summoning. When this General is present on the battlefield, increase all other summons and companions of the Monarch to increase their attributes by 10%.

  Effect:
  This is a rare ability outside of summoning that a summoner may use. By outstretching your hand, you will create a magic circle the size of your palm. From the circle, a purple energy beam will burst out. If that beam strikes another summoned creature or companion of another person, you will gain temporary control of that target. While under your control, you'll gain access to spells and abilities associated with that target. While under your control, that target will reduce their stats by 20%. If they reach 30% of the constitution, they will cease to be under your control. While you control that target, you will have to pay all mana costs associated with that target and their spells, these costs are further increased by 20%. While under your control, that creature will gain a cloak of shadows, matching your other summons' appearance.

  Effect: The Monarch Dragon Slayer can pull the soul of any of their summonings that have been defeated and dismissed from the thread already. They can resummon them as if it were the first time they had done so in this thread. They can only do this once as it is not only very taxing on them but also seen as a forbidden art.
