D-rank Spells



Name: Turbulent Roar
Rank: D
Mana Cost: 25 Mana
Requirements: Wind Dragon Slayer
Type: Offensive
Element: Wind
Range: 5 Meters
Cooldown: 1 Post
Duration: Instant
Effect: Spreading both of his arms, and opening his mouth wide, a white magic circle of .25 metre diameter appears in front of his mouth. By using this spell, Hakai lets out a turbulent roar of wind that spans 5 meters and .25 meter wide. It travels at a flat speed of 30 m/s and deal D-rank damage.

Name: Claw of Zephyr
Rank: D
Mana Cost: 25 Mana
Requirements: Wind Dragon Slayer
Type: Offensive
Element: Wind
Range: 5 Meters
Cooldown: 1 Post
Duration: Instant
Effect: Motioning a claw motion vertically using one hand from top to bottom, a white magic circle of .25 metre diameter appears in front of the motion. By using this spell, Hakai lets out a thin, condensed slash of air that's .25 meter wide and .10 meter thick. It travels at a flat speed of 30 m/s up to 5 meter in range and deal D-rank damage.

Requirements: Wind Dragon Slayer
Type: Self-Buff
Element: Wind
Range: Self
Cooldown: 1 Post
Duration: Sustain
Effect: Stomping the ground in a quick manner, a magic circle of .25 meter diameter appears below Hakai. Hakai then bend his knees, wind circles his legs and as if blessed by the wind, Hakai receives buff on his speed attribute, getting D-rank buff.

Name: Zephyr's Armor
Rank: D
Mana Cost: 25 Mana
Requirements: Wind Dragon Slayer
Type: Defensive
Element: Wind
Range: Self
Cooldown: 1 Post
Duration: Sustain
Effect: Clapping both of his hand, a magic circle of .25 meter diameter appears below him. This spell generates shield of rotating winds that covers his entire limbs & body except for his head. The spells tightly stick on his skin as if it's a suit. This spell is mainly for defensive purpose, it's a D-rank spell capable of holding 2x D-rank offensive spells. The wind armour will stop and deactivate if it receives 2x D-rank damage/spells.

Name: Spring Wind
Rank: D
Mana Cost: 25 Mana
Requirements: Wind Dragon Slayer
Type: Defensive
Element: Wind
Range: 5 meters
Cooldown: 1 Post
Duration: Instant
Effect: Hakai spread his arms and rotate. A magic circle of .25 meter diameter appears below his feet. This spell generates a tornado of .25 meter diameter that circles around him and blocks 2x D-rank incoming offensive spell.

C-rank Spells



Name: Eye of The Storm
Rank: C
Mana Cost: 50 Mana
Requirements: Wind Dragon Slayer
Type: Offensive (AOE)
Element: Wind
Range: 10 meters
Cooldown: 2 Post
Duration: Instant
Effect: Hakai waves his arm to the front. A magic circle of 2-meter in diameter appears below Hakai. Another magic circle appears below of an intended location around the 10 meters range of the user. It takes time to travel from the caster to the location. In the targeted location, a tornado of wind of 2-meter diameter appears and damages anything on the area, dealing C-rank damage.

Innate Ability



Name: Consumption
Rank: D
Mana Cost: -
Requirements: Wind Dragon Slayer
Type: Supplementary
Element: Wind
Range: 1 Meter
Cooldown: None
Duration: Instant
Effect: The user opens their mouth towards an Offensive-type spell that is 1 meter within their range to consume it. The spell dematerializes into mana and is inhaled and consumed by the user. These spells must be of the same element as the respective element of the slayer magic. If the user consumes a spell that has another element combined with it, the damage or effect of the spell will be applied for the portion. Upon consuming a spell that is ranked equal or lower than the user, the user will receive the mana that was spent to cast the spell. Should a user try to consume a spell that is one rank higher than them they must instead pay mana equal to the amount used to cast the spell to consume it. Spells that are at least two ranks higher than the user require double the amount of mana to consume.

Alright @hakai,
Everything so far is looking good.
There is just one thing we need to address.

■ Zephyr's Armor
This can only be either an Offensive or a Defensive spell, not both.
If you want both effects as listed there you'll have to make them separate spells.
That being said, at D-Rank you do get access to 5 D-Rank and 1 C-Rank spells as per the Ranking Regulations. So you have slots to spare if you want to keep them both in your arsenal.

Ah got it. I decided to remove it and change it as it's not necessary anyway.
