Overall: Though short, he stands with a straight posture while wide and stocking. His hair is usually kept tied back in a ponytail when working or adventuring, or out and loose when lounging. His facial hair, a beard and mustache combo, is usually tied similar to his ponytail, thick and lengthy that reaches his naval. His face and head are not the only places where hair is dominant; his chest is covered in hair, though his back is nearly bare. His body is muscular, but lacking in abs, his gut tends to protrude when wearing regular clothing other than armor. His clothing that he wears is always wearable underneath armor, such as linen shirts, with pants that can vary in material, but the most common colors are brown and gray to keep things simple.

PERSONALITY

Personality: Brone has always been considered a straightforward person, regardless of first or later impressions. The reason to this kind of trait is that Brone finds it tedious and pointless to “Beat around the bush”, using the art of socialization, taking time to work one’s way to different social points in a conversation was never a strong suit to the dwarf and he couldn’t care less. If there was a point to make, regardless of one’s feelings towards the subject, Brone would reconsider saying it for the sake of the person if he cared enough about them, otherwise, he would get straight to the point.
Another reason to Brone's straightforwardness is his simplemindedness. He lacks the intelligence and patience to understand complicated situations and problems, which at times could lead to him stressing out, which in turn then leads to him trying to tackle the situation at hand by going with the most simplest solution, which usually tends to be using brawn and violence. Even though he is quick to irritation and can be loud when overly excited, he can be considerate to others, especially those who are vulnerable, trying to lighten the mood and protect whenever possible. Though he lacks any form of magic, he places high value in his determination.

Likes:

Valor: Showing courage through facing one’s own fears or danger. Brone has high respect for those who show such trait, regardless of the difficulty of the task. If the person taking on the task shows strength in overcoming the task, then it is honorable in his eyes.
Adventure: Stories, especially of that of heroes, enlightened Brone to one’s growth which can be met through an epic adventure.

Dislikes:

Complication: Simplicity is a lifestyle for Brone, so when things become twisted and convoluted, it’s frustrating to him. Needing to overthink is a waste of time for him and a strain on his brain.
Betrayal: Oaths, bonds, and friendships create connections and trust, but to lie and betray one’s own trust angers Brone, to him a lier/traitor is nothing more than a lie himself or herself.

Heroism: To take on the role of ‘Hero’ is a burden and an honor. A burden because very little people in the world take it on, and an honor to be able to overcome great tasks and help those in need.

Weakness: Bruno’s strength is his strength, and hardiness, however there were points in his life when he felt vulnerable and unable to fight to his fullest potential, those moments of helplessness strikes fear into his heart.
Open Water: The ocean is vast and the water hinders. Deep bodies of water tend to be dark which can hide dark mysteries and what makes it terrifying to Brone is the fact that he cannot fight well in water which limits him greatly.

HISTORY

History: Dordon, a dwarf from the mountains of Stella, had traveled to Fiore and met Frare, a dwarf from the Fiorian mountains. They fell in love and years later had their son Brone. At a young age, Brone had already decided to be like his father, a hero. Dordon had spoke of stories of his adventuring when he was at his prime, all these stories filled Brone's mind with dreams of one day he'll be able to venture and face many great challenges. Decades later, Dordon slowed with the telling of his tales and focused more on his work as a miner. When Brone had expressed his intention to go on adventures, Dordon tried to convince him that such a life was dangerous and didn't have an assurance to receiving a steady payment, so he suggested to join him in mining. This had caused the beginning of the rift between father and son. Brone's dream was to see the world and overcome heroic challenges and complete deeds.
One day, Dordon had packed his bags, intending on leaving his home behind and beginning his adventure without his parents knowing, but his mother Frare had caught him before he left. She had kept out of the discussion of his dream, but finally spoke up, telling him she feared he would get lost or lose his life, she didn't want to sadden him, but she asked only once if he could rethink this decision. Brone had always fought his father, given both of their sturdy personality, but his mother Frare had always gave way to them, trusting in their decisions and never questioned them, so to hear his mother ask this one thing, when she never asks for anything at all, he took a long moment in silence before giving in, remaining in Fiore.
A year later, on the anniversary of his "Almost Departure", Brone was met by his mother, she had offered him a job within the Magic Guild Blue Pegasus as a way for him to have the sense of adventure by taking on quests, the main difference would be that Brone would have a guild to back him up if there is any trouble. Not being able to contain his excitement, Brone hugged his mother before rushing off to meet with the guild and start his new life.
