Jogging under the heavy storm with nothing but a track jacket covering her swimsuit clad body... Anybody who looked at Alisa might very well think her insane, should they do so absent any real knowledge of her power. Water flowed now in her body in copious streams as her feet splashed along the cobblestones, cooling down her flushed, heated form. Alisa still had full control of her breath... Yet Lumen wasn't faring as well, lagging behind the sculptress who occasionally turned her head back with a smirk:

"Come on, Lumen~ This is nothing for you, is it?", she teased her partner, knowing the Litwick's pride in her strength had grown somewhat since her evolution. Her improvement had been meager, but she had plenty of room, and a decent reason to feel proud. But now, Alisa also had a brand new reason to push her past her limits.

The Lampent's speed and stamina were both a far cry from Alisa's, but merely living up to the challenge could open the doors to far greater improvement. They ran this way for hours, yet there was a reason for their choice of clothing beyond drawing the eyes of what few men caught sight of them in this weather. The sculptress' jogging path lead her to a nearby swimming pool, where the two quickly took shelter, Lumen in particular catching her breath as the two grabbed a pair of towels and wiped off the excess water. The furious gales and rains hammered against the glass panes, providing a keen sense of relief for people inside... Over the mere fact they weren't outside anymore, and no longer had to face heavens' wrath.

Alisa too felt it, despite voluntarily venturing outside for training... But now, she quickly removed her waterlogged jacket and tossed the heavy garment over a lounge chair, quickly stepping over to the pool and swan diving inside... Lumen's armor was equally amphibious, chosen by her expecting to dive in the swimming pool anytime soon... And her human form actually allowed her to enjoy the water for once.

"Don't be so shy Alice." Hecate said with a soft hum as she held on to the little boat that Tanya was sitting in. The red head was still pulling on her bikini, she didn't feel very comfortable as she still had the idea people could see her pregnant-body. Of course after two months she had trained most off, as she had done that way too heavily but still, she forgot that part and felt that she didn't recognize her own body and that it looked disasterous in a bikini. This was the first time she and Hecate would do anything together, that was not counting the twins. Which was a first time as well, mostly they stayed indoors and as Alice had finally got her hands on the right stroller and wanted to do something, they had decided to go on a short shopping trip to buy anything the twins would need for a little swimming pool moment.

Leaving Jupiter alone with Ceres, teaching her, her magic as well language was a hard job on the young man. But now Hecate and Alice sat crosslegged in the shallow water to have fun with the twins. Anton seemed to be a bit scared and clung to his mother while Tanya seemed to have the most fun with Hecate. Perhaps it had to do with Alice being unsure about herself that her son felt it, while her daughter was with Hecate. The ice companion seemed to do well in her own bathingsuit, which Alice would rather wear but Hecate would never let go. She was used to her fur, perhaps she felt a bit insecure herself but the blue haired lady wouldn't even show Alice.

A rumbling boom followed a bright flash, heralding the somewhat expectable thunderclouds. If anything, it only made Alisa significantly more relieved to have found her way indoors. Any good martial artist must know her limits if she plans on surpassing them, yet she couldn't imagine herself enduring the full force, elecrocuting brunt of a thunderstrike.

Unlike magic, the real thing inspired a certain degree of respect, awe even...

Alisa merely turned her head, yet Lumen actually trembled... Though hardly afraid of thunder, the sudden, bright noise visibly startled the girl, enough for Alisa to smile and reach out, reassuring the girl with a soft petting to her head:

"Don't worry, we won't head back out there in a while~ For now, let's just hang around here and enjoy this swimming pool, shall we?", but as she walked over to it, she saw that tall, statuesque figure rivalling her own, accompanied by two kids and two other women. She recognized Alice easily enough though, and promptly walked over to her with a graceful stride, "Araaa, Alice~ To thing I'd see you here, of all places~"

She smiled welcomingly, though she was obviously surprised not at seeing the redheaded knight, but seeing her out in this storm, just like Alisa herself. After all, she had her kids to look out for, and even had her two babysitters to lend a helping hand. But she'd neither left the children home nor stayed there herself, but actually brought them outside. A trace of curiosity lingered on her race for a good while, as the tall woman's eyes drifted between the Knight and her children... Though she'd met them a couple of months back, she never actually saw them awake like this, and they'd grown quite a bit bigger in the meantime. Surely they'd been giving their mother no shortage of work to do...

It was a miracle how the four of them had arrived here without much of a drop, but than again, holding on to two babies and trying to change clothing as well as fix all the floating savety cushions and what not for the two gave them a lot of time before they were finally in the pool. Leaving out the fidgeting Alice had done before they were finally in the little baby bath and she had not stopped much before that. The flash was thank god not seen by the twins but Anton seemed to have noticed the sound of the thunder and wanted to almost cry, but finally the young mother let go of what she looked liked and started to talk to her little boy and made sure he wouldn't give a concert full of wailing sounds, she didn't want to disturb the rest of the pool. Not that there were too many people but still, it was an issue in that case that she didn't want to have. Thank god her children seemed to never be the most difficult once, they cried softly when hunger or in need of anything else and simply were more looking for her attention or Hecate's. Anton was now pulling on one of her hair locks and she absolutely didn't mind. Tanya seemed to be having more fun with Hecate and Alice couldn't help but smile now that the unsetteling feeling had been gone.

She looked up when she heard her name, the familiar way of speech could remind her of only one person and she stared at her future bridesmaid, "Alisa, so nice to see you again." She had to make sure to keep half an eye on Anton before anything would go wrong but it was not impossible to talk to her friend. "The weather surely surprised me. I didn't even notice it that much when I arrived here." She said with a little worried frown. How long would her children hold on in the swimming pool.

Naturally the children hardly looked happy with the choice of envoiroment, the foggy glass panels providing little shelter from the warning flashes of every thunderbolt. Her mother did what she could to distract them, even if they had nearly the whole pool to themselves she probably wouldn't want her kid making a scene in public. Alisa watched with a hint of endearment, mixed with a splash of dread... Though she delighted in her friend's starting her family, she shuddered at the thought of being in her shoes one day.

But then, the far more audible splashes of water made it far easier to distract them, as Lumen soon proved with quick run up and graceful dive into the swimming pool. Lacking Alisa's grace and dexterity she might be, the pinkette in amphibious outfit clearly made up for it with energetic glee, betraying her enthusiasm at swimming in the pool. She giggled at her companion, raising a hand over her mouth as Alice finally noticed her.

Why so excited, one might wonder, diving in like someone who'd never swam in a pool before...? Perhaps had they seen her true form as a candle, such a sight might come off as more easily relatable. Perhaps the children might find a willing playmate in this cheerful young Lampent?

"Is that so~?", Alisa chuckled, visibly amused, but genuinely at how one might not have noticed it. Short travel perhaps, during that brief calm before the storm, "Well, one shouldn't scoff at luck...", she'd nod towards her soaked, dripping jacket, draped a few lounge chairs away to dry up.

Then again, Alisa saw the bad weather and went out to jog anyway, and knowing that, she found herself rubbing behind her head slightly, then tucking a wet strand of hair behind her ear. Now that she stood face to face with Alice, she couldn't but let her gaze drift down, brow raising slightly as she fully admired her friend's toned figure. Leave it to a warrior to get right back in shape so quickly:

"And how have you been...? You look lovely, despite having less time to train~", crossing her arms, she'd spare a casual glance at her children, their caretakers, then back into their mother's eyes, visibly admiring how she'd kept up an effective training regimen...

It was a shame that Jupiter wasn´t here but last time Alice met Alisa she had been alone, she smiled at her friend as she held her son close to her while Tanya seemed to be having a lot of fun with Hecate who had given a short greeting before focussing again on the girl of the twins. Alice her eyes looked shortly at Lumen and frowned a little, she didn't know but it seemed the companion was different, "Have you met Hecate as a human already?" because as far as Alice remembered, Hecate was left out of the herb adventure with Lumen and Jupiter, which had made her a grumpy little lady for a couple of days and very angry at Jupiter.

As they talked about the weather, that didn't seem to bother her baby girl, while it was her baby boy, perhaps because she was a little stressed, that did notice it, she looked at the jacket that Alisa nodded at, "It might have taken a while before I got comfortable with wearing revealing clothing again and to wiggle those two into all the floating armours so they won't be able to drown." Another reason to strictly hold on to Anton who seemed to relax a little now Alice visible did so as well simply by talking to a friend.

Thanks to the compliment that Alisa gave her, Alice couldn't help but form a soft pink blush on her pale cheeks, "Funny you say that.." she mumbled, Hecate gave her a sharp look as she sighed and shook her long aqua hair away and looked at Lumen while splashing Tanya a little to the sound of the baby girl her giggles, "I think I'm still not back in shape and that's bad to say I know because I have trained too hard according to the doctors." another reason she was swimming as well, she might have stood up too quickly, walked too quickly and slept too less and had not given her body enough time to restore. She surely had enough pain with that.

Indeed, Lumen's evolution had also affected her human form somewhat, despite retaining her youthful vibe she seemed to have a couple extra years on her: She'd grown slightly taller, and now had the figure of a girl in her mid teens.

"No, I don't believe I have~...", Alisa shook her head, and simply waved at the blue haired girl; being too far away for a proper, elegant greeting... After all, one such greeting could never include shouting after all. Regardless of whether the girl noticed her or even waved back, Alisa's gaze soon drifted back to Alice as she crossed her arms gracefully.

She did remember the cute, blue creature looking pretty annoyed at her princely partner, perhaps annoyed at being deprived of her chance at a larger body?

"I doubt motherhood could truly detract from your beauty.", praised the sculptress, reassuringly and ever straightforward, addressing her friend's beauty like the most natural thing in the world.

Though Alisa herself truly believed in those words, she fully understood Alice's self consciousness towards flaunting her figure, as she herself perhaps might after having not one but two kids. But no way she'd ever endorse any lack of confidence on her part. Meanwhile, she couldn't help but lean in for a closer, playful look at Anton:

"And hello to you too~", she'd eventually greet, knowing that even had the kids been awake when she last saw them, they'd probably not remember her in the slightest. Lumen too approached his sister, smiling innocently at both her and the transformed Hecate. It took Alice speaking up once more with that rosy tint on her cheeks for Alisa's gaze to shift back upwards, "I hightly doubt it~", she'd shake her head, properly leaning up as she explained why she'd contradict a medical recommendation, "That might be true for the average person, but once you get to our level, your body will gradually adjust. If you could handle that intensity before, you'll simply need some time to adjust to it again. Give it a couple of days and you'll be fine.", or so she'd say, but then Alisa glanced away and scratched her temple with one finger, "Of course, this works best when you're actually able to eat and sleep properly..."

Coming from someone to whom "training" meant "pushing her body to the limits and beyond", Alisa obviously knew what she was talking about. But she also understood she probably didn't have the luxury of dealing with crippling muscle soreness for a day or so, not two children in her arms; one of them standing between them as they spoke. Regardless, she couldn't help reach out and pet Anton should the child look yield to her charming smile and welcome her presence...

While Alice realized that Alisa had not met Hecate as a human, she pointed it out, Hecate looked up again and gave a bright smile to Alisa, to show she was doing perfectly fine now that she was human. "I found a new companion while I was shortly away on a travel for answers. Jupiter is with her now, it seems she is his cousin and well Hecate and I decided to go for a swim." Mostly Hecate, wanting to do something active and she well... Alice tried to forget her own thoughts about how she thought she looked in her swim gear. But Alisa said she looked fine, so she was fine.. if only that way of convincing worked but she tried very hard to believe it. Which seemed to be visible on her face as she replied and Alisa seemed to boost her ego again a little, "Thank you, I'm glad to hear that to be honest." For some reason, wait let's simply not go there. She was no longer feeling as if she was an elephant with carrying two children and she was rather good in shape, it was also trying to fit into a wedding dress that might have given her the pressure.

She turned her eyes towards her son as Alisa greeted him and he seemed to be first at all a bit surprised, of course he wouldn't remember Alisa but soon enough he started to laugh at her and it felt some sort of a relieve, she looked shortly at Tanya who seemed to hold her little legs up to Lumen, very interesting in her new friend. Tanya seemed to be more daring but Anton was a bit holding aback before anything yet, who knew what the future would hold. She turned her gaze back on Alisa shortly as she explained what happened and nodded with a short giggle, "That surely would make things a lot easier. I try to at least go outside every day for a short walk when they are asleep but at this point I still feel guilty when I'm not around them." Her baby boy gave a short giggle when Alisa petted him, "Glad he likes you." Alice said with a soft laugh, they barely had seen other people but their parents and her companions. She was so afraid of her sister and the hidden meaning behind that one Rune Knights that she had no idea how else to protect them. Perhaps her instinct had told her off the storm and that not many people would be here in the swimming pool.

She also remembered an summer ice skating moment, where she and Alisa had been alone and a lonely early morning tennis match. They seemed to think in a same manner bumping into each other in the most vacant places. It made her laugh, close her eyes and shake her head a little before turning back to open her eyes and see what was going on.

"Another companion huh...?", noted Alisa, nodding, visibly impressed, "Seems you're truly a natural at finding them~"

She made a mental note to meet the girl's new companion one of these days, to bear witness to her growing family... But she never truly met anybody else with an equally strong talent for gathering followers, and she had no doubt this skill of hers had something to do with her family focused drive, pretty much unique in warriors of their mettle.

As she did what she could to Alice's unjustly weakened ego, the sculptress focused mainly on her child the moment he truly accepted her presence, giggling when he pet her, all but inviting the tall woman to playfully bop his nose, a brief, graceful giggle escaping her own lips as she did so.

"Mmm, I understand. No nanny in the word could ever replace a child's mother, and every good mom knows that best~", she nodded, once again, uncrossing her arms and letting one of them hang loosely at her side, while the other hand, brushed some of her hair. Alisa clearly held the redhead in high account; they hadn't known each other that long but the sculptress already deemed her a reliable ally.

She told her all about this before, and surely she'd remind her as often as necessary. Alisa felt no envy towards her though, as she now had to juggle the strict physical regiment to keep herself fit for combat, while also affording her kids all the time she had left to give them a truly healthy childhood. She'd spend a great deal more time with Alice after this, swimming with her and her children, getting to know the latter while doing what little she could to help the former.

At least until the storm subsided, Alisa could swim in the pool while gladly holding a conversation with her knightly friend, but soon the time for their parting might come once again. Perhaps they'd meet again even before the woman's wedding? Alisa had no doubt they might, but in the end, only time would tell...

Perhaps she was good at finding them but to be fair they actually found her. Alice still had to have the conversation with her companions to ask if they planned to stay with her for well for as long as was possible or if it would be a wait before they left again. The distressed feeling was a bit gone because Jupiter has asked her if Ceres could stay but still, anxiety spoke higher than normal sense. Alice was glad the pool was rather quiet and that one of her best friends was here and seemed to be enjoying spendinh time with the four of them. Because she enjoyed it rather well herself.

It made her want to bring out the kids more often. Be proud and not constantly afraid. With her companions she was sure she would be able to protect them and she was especially sure if Konstantin was there too. But right now there was no time to think so negative it was nice to spend a day with Alisa and Lumen. Once the storm was over and time to leave it was a bit of a struggle with two babies but she managed easily with Hecate and hoped to see Alisa soon again. Time would tell but she was sure of it.
