Effect: Makes a triangel with both his hands making sure that the oppent is in the middle and calls a ray of light to shine on them lowering their speed. The oppent must be within five meters of the user in order for it to work making it a D-rank speed Debuff.

Type: Supplementary
Element: Light
Range: 05 Meters
Cooldown: 1 Posts
Duration: Sustain
Effect: Swings his arms to his side creating a Winged pad used to soften a fall.

Name: Divine Cross
Rank: D
Mana Cost: 25
Requirements: Light of Hope
Type: Offnsive
Element: Light
Range: 05 Meters
Cooldown: 1 Posts
Duration: Instant
Effect: Draws a cross with his index and middle fingers in the air and fires a 1 meter in diameter that can reach up to 5 meters in range. beam of light or smaller blast. This also can deal D-rank piercing damage.

Name: Divine Light

Requirements: Light of Hope
Type: Self Buff
Element: Light
Range: N/A Meters
Cooldown: 1 Posts
Duration: Sustain
Effect: Gets on one knee and says the words Divine light's grant me Endurance." buffing his Endurance a D-rank buff.

Name: Light Burst
Rank: D
Mana Cost: 25
Requirements: Light of Hope
Type: Offensive
Element: Light
Range: 05 Meters
Cooldown: 1 Posts
Duration: Instant
Effect:  takes a runners postion and fills his body with Holy energy and sends a burst of it at his oppent or he can simply relase it all within a 5 meter sphear. This also can deal D-rank cutting damage.

Judgement Ray: Increase the range to 5 meters and state that it debuffs their target with a D rank speed debuff.

Wings of Hope: Denied as it has two functions jumping and dodging.

Divine Cross: Refine the size of the beam to state it as being 1 meter in diameter with it reaching up to 5 meters in range.

Divine Light: Approved.

Light Burst: State that it deals either piercing or cutting as it is currently writing as dealing a combined C rank damage.
