Odango (お団子) is a reference to a Japanese dumpling, it's used to describe the hairstyle, usually worn by women, where the hair is pulled back and bound in buns. Sayaka is not considered to be very tall for someone her age, and shorter than a lot of teenagers and children closer to their teens. Sayaka's hopeless romantic personality is reflected upon her usual clothing preferences, often preferring feminine, lighter shades of pink. She has blemish free skin, and healthy hair, as a result of her carefree lifestyle as a princess. Extra: Elena wears little to no make up, often preferring the natural look. Her main focus is always on her hair. ♥ Personality ♥  Personality: While not gifted in specific areas such as academic studies, Sayaka is well versed in socialization. What she lacks for intelligence is mitigated by her cheerful, optimistic outlook on life. She tends to have the ability to brighten someone else's day, by simply conversing with them genuinely. As the princess of the tribe, she has received plenty of admiration and praise from her fellow tribe members. She was raised up by the Tribe's Chief, her father, and taught how to behave properly as a princess. She has well-brought up manners and behaviour, thanks to her father's strict, but loving supervision since she was a toddler. Because of her royal status, she has never experienced hunger, fear or the cruelty of the world, therefore she is extremely innocent. As a result of her being sheltered for such a long duration of her childhood, she remains naive to the torment of the world. Therefore, developing a false conception of the world - that the world is loving, and full of peace. Sayaka is not only shown reverence from her tribe members, solely because of her status as the princess, but most importantly, because of her compassionate nature. Even as a princess, she cares about those who are not as fortunate, and view all civilians as equals. Sayaka has a romantic ideology, believing in true love, and she hopes that she will find a companion whom she can spend the rest of her life with. Sayaka honours loyalty, and is willingly without the slightest hesitation, prepared to sacrifice for those she love. She borrows her magical power from the goddess Elestialus of the northern Elestia tribe. She is able to bend and manipulate moon light in however way or form she desires. This relationship grants Sayaka the title - tribe princess. As the tribe princess, Sayaka, was given a prosperous lifestyle. She received the most advanced education the tribe could afford, and was praised by many because of her high status. Sayaka is not only revered by her fellow tribe members solely because of her royal blood, but also because of her benevolence shown to others. Sayaka was raised by only her father, as her mother had unfortunately passed away when she was young. Even though such a tragic event had taken place, Sayaka never allowed her smile to fade. She continues to remain a optimistic outlook on life, as she knew that was what her mother would of wanted for her - for her to be happy. Even though she was raised with superior standards, she would never allow it to interfere with her opinion of people. She strongly believes that all people should be treated equally, regardless of their ranks or background. "The tribe of Elestia has history dating to the ancient. The tribe is located in the most northern region, therefore the temperature is extremely cold. The tribe believes in a monotheistic religion. The goddess the tribe worships, is named Elestialus, who the tribe is named after. According to the Elestian scrolls, Elestialus was described as a deity of such divine powers and beauty, that just her presence would heal all sickness or impurities. Lore states that Elestialus created the tribe, with the help of a chosen child of hers, many aeons ago. The chosen one, created giant icebergs that would act as residence for the tribe. The tribe's forts are built on icebergs, that were magically enchanted by Elestialus' chosen, to never melt, or break. The iceberg also had magical properties that offered the tribe members protection from curses and sickness." The tribe was once happy, filled with laughter and music. This all however changed when the icebergs that the tribe reside on stated to melt for unknown reasons. As a result, the High Priestess requested Elena, the prodigy of the tribe, to go on a search for the reason. After almost a year, and having no responses from Elena, the tribe determined that Elena was in danger, and in need of assistance. The princess, Sayaka, volunteered to go on a journey herself to find the blessed one, as she had always felt connected to Elena. Thus, she adventured to Fiore. On the way, she had been separated from her friend, Esperia, who is also searching for Elena. She decided that it would be beneficial if she joined a guild to do some networking, the more mages involved, the easier the task was to accomplish after all.
